  • Austin Ekeler RB | WAS

Commanders' Austin Ekeler: Leading receiver in loss

Ekeler rushed twice for seven yards and secured eight of nine targets for 89 yards in the Commanders' 26-18 loss to the Eagles on Thursday night. He also returned two kickoffs for 59 yards and committed a fumble recovered by Washington.

Ekeler was a non-factor on the ground after back-to-back contests with double-digit rush attempts, as fellow running back Brian Robinson returned from a two-game absence and logged 16 carries. However, Ekeler did finish as the team leader in receptions, receiving yards and targets, with all three figures also serving as season highs. Ekeler is likely to be a bit more involved in the ground attack and remain a key complementary target at minimum during a favorable Week 12 home matchup against the Cowboys on Sunday, Nov. 24.

  • Commanders' Brian Robinson: Garners 72 total yards, TD in loss

Robinson rushed 16 times for 63 yards and a touchdown and brought in his only target for nine yards in the Commanders' 26-18 loss to the Eagles on Thursday night.

Robinson opened the scoring on a one-yard touchdown run late in the first quarter, his seventh rushing TD of the season. Six of those trips to the end zone have come in the last six contests, and Robinson has managed at least Thursday's rushing yardage total in four of the last five games. Robinson does continue to be the clear lead back when healthy -- Austin Ekeler and Jeremy McNichols combined for only five rush attempts against Philadelphia -- and that pattern should continue in a highly favorable Week 12 home matchup against the Cowboys on Sunday, Nov. 24.

  • Saquon Barkley RB | PHI

Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Another breakout effort in win

Barkley rushed 26 times for 146 yards and two touchdowns while bringing in two of three targets for 52 yards in the Eagles' 26-18 win over the Commanders on Thursday night.

Barkley was the unequivocal team MVP for the Eagles on the night, with his 23- and 39-yard touchdown runs just 20 seconds apart in the fourth quarter pushing Philadelphia's lead from two to 16 points. The veteran back's yardage tally was actually only his fourth highest of the season, a testament to the caliber of his first Eagles campaign to date. Barkley's receiving yardage total was a season best, however, and he now has three multi-TD efforts and 1,137 rushing yards over 10 games heading into a favorable Week 12 road matchup against the Rams on Sunday night, Nov. 24.

  • 49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Another limited practice

McCaffrey (Achilles) practiced on a limited basis Thursday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

McCaffrey is enduring practice limitations this week in the wake of his season debut this past Sunday in Tampa Bay, a contest in which he turned 19 touches into 107 yards from scrimmage. Meanwhile, reserve RBs Jordan Mason and Isaac Guerendo combined for two carries for five yards. Assuming McCaffrey gains clearance for Week 11 action against the Seahawks -- be it on Friday's injury report or about 90 minutes before Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff -- he'll assume the lead-back role for the 49ers.

  • Commanders' Chris Rodriguez: Healthy scratch for Thursday night

Rodriguez (coach's decision) is inactive for Thursday night's game against the Eagles, Zach Selby of the Commanders' official site reports.

Rodriguez has registered 13 carries for 56 yards over the Commanders' last two games, but he will be a healthy inactive Thursday due to Brian Robinson returning from a hamstring injury. With Rodriguez sidelined, Austin Ekeler and Jeremy McNichols will be the backup running backs Thursday behind Robinson.

  • Hunter Luepke RB | DAL

Cowboys' Hunter Luepke: Dealing with calf injury

Luepke (calf) did not practice Thursday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Luepke played 23 snaps (14 on offense, nine on special teams) during the Cowboys' Week 10 loss to the Eagles, but it appears he may have picked up a calf injury in the process. The 24-year-old fullback will have two more chances to return to practice ahead of Monday night's game against the Texans. Luepke has logged six carries for 19 yards and nine catches (on 11 targets) for 95 yards through the first nine games of the regular season.

  • Tony Pollard RB | TEN

Titans' Tony Pollard: Limited due to foot issue

Pollard was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's practice due to a foot injury, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Though Pollard's lack of participation in Wednesday's practice was attributed to rest, he's now appearing on the Titans' injury report with a foot issue attached to his name. Pollard had shown up on Titans reports the past two weeks with the same injury and was ultimately cleared to play in games against the Patriots and Chargers, and assuming he's able to continue practicing in some fashion Friday, he should have a good chance at suiting up this Sunday versus the Vikings. Even so, Pollard may be operating as Option 1A out of the backfield rather than a true three-down workhorse, as he played just 53 percent of snaps and handled 13 touches in the loss to the Chargers in Week 10, when Tyjae Spears (47 percent snap share, 10 touches) made his return from a three-game absence due to a hamstring injury.

  • Jaguars' D'Ernest Johnson: Remains limited Thursday

Johnson (hamstring) was limited in Thursday's practice.

Johnson has opened the week with back-to-back limited practices due to a hamstring injury, and unless he logs a DNP on Friday, he's expected to play through the issue against the Lions on Sunday. Johnson didn't record a stat across four offensive snaps in Week 10 against the Vikings, and in the two games prior he logged just three carries for nine yards. However, Johnson could see an increased workload in Week 11 if backup running back Tank Bigsby (ankle) is unable to play.

  • Aaron Jones RB | MIN

Vikings' Aaron Jones: Remains limited Thursday

Jones (ribs) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday.

Jones' practice limitations this week can be attributed to the rib injury that forced him to miss about a quarter of action during this past Sunday's win at Jacksonville. There's been no indication that his status is in peril for Sunday's game at Tennessee, but Friday's practice report will unveil whether or not he enters the weekend with a designation.

  • Tyler Allgeier RB | ARI

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Logs full practice Thursday

Allgeier (quadriceps) practiced in full Thursday, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Allgeier has earned double-digit touches in three of the last five contests, averaging 10.8 touches for 52.6 yards from scrimmage per game while scoring two rushing TDs. He kicked off Week 11 prep as limited due to a quad injury Wednesday, but his ability to get back to all activity one day later sets him up for a similar workload Sunday in Denver.
