  • Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ

Jets' Kene Nwangwu: Limited at practice

Nwangwu (hamstring) was a limited participant at practice Friday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Nwangwu has logged back-to-back limited practices to open the week as he nurses the hamstring injury that he suffered in Week 1 against Pittsburgh. The wide receiver has missed the last two games as a result of the injury, and if he can't go against the Dolphins on Monday Night Football, Isaiah Davis would once again stand to see an increase in workload on special teams.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Good to go

Jacobs (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Dallas, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Jacobs has been a limited practice participant for two weeks now, with no sign so far of the ankle injury limiting his workloads come game day. He'll face a vulnerable Dallas defense this Sunday with the Packers favored by nearly a touchdown.

  • Commanders' Jacory Croskey-Merritt: Questionable after full practice

Croskey-Merritt (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Atlanta after returning to full practice Friday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Following the upgrade to full participation, Croskey-Merritt's absences Wednesday and Thursday don't appear too concerning. Commanders coach Dan Quinn even said that the rookie looked good during Friday's practice, per John Keim of ESPN.com. Fantasy managers may still want to keep an eye on the situation, but it appears Croskey-Merritt will be ready for his committee role this Sunday, likely splitting backfield snaps with Chris Rodriguez and Jeremy McNichols again. The Commanders may need a lot from the group, as they're missing QB Jayden Daniels (knee), WR Terry McLaurin (quad), WR Noah Brown (groin) and TE John Bates (groin).

  • Jakob Johnson RB | HOU

Texans' Jakob Johnson: Placed on IR

The Texans placed Johnson (hamstring) on the injured reserve list Friday.

Johnson will be forced to miss at least the Texans' next four games due to an apparent hamstring injury. The Tennessee product appeared in each of Houston's first three games this season, playing 76 total snaps (40 on offense, 36 on special teams) while failing to record an offensive stat.

  • Sione Vaki RB | DET

Lions' Sione Vaki: Out for Week 4

Vaki (groin) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Browns, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.

The Utah product didn't practice all week after sustaining a groin injury in the Lions' Week 3 win over the Ravens, so it's no surprise that he'll be sidelined Sunday. Vaki played just seven special-teams snaps in that contest, so his absence is unlikely to have much impact on Detroit in Week 4.

  • D'Andre Swift RB | CHI

Bears' D'Andre Swift: Listed as questionable

Swift (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Swift was a limited practice participant Wednesday through Friday, following the same routine as last week, only this time due to a hip injury instead of an issue with his quadriceps. He seems more likely than not to play again, but fantasy managers would be wise to check back in for updates this weekend ahead of a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday. Kyle Monangai is the only other running back to play a snap on offense for the Bears this season.

  • Cam Skattebo RB | NYG

Giants' Cam Skattebo: Set for lead role

Skattebo will serve as the Giants' No. 1 RB on Sunday against the Chargers after the Giants officially ruled out Tyrone Tracy (shoulder) on Friday, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports.

Skattebo took advantage Week 3 against the Chiefs following Tracy's exit in the first quarter due to a dislocated right shoulder, with the rookie turning 10 carries into 60 yards and one touchdown and gathering in six of eight targets for 61 yards. With Tracy likely set for a multi-week absence, Skattebo will be the Giants' priority backfield option as rookie first-round pick Jaxson Dart gets his initial foray as an NFL starting quarterback.

  • Giants' Tyrone Tracy: Ruled out for Week 4

Tracy (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

The Giants waited until Friday to rule Tracy out, even though reports suggest he'll miss multiple games. Cam Skattebo took 69 percent of snaps after Tracy's early departure from the Week 3 loss to Kansas City, finishing the night with 16 touches for 121 yards and a touchdown. Devin Singletary had just four carries for 11 yards, but there's some chance he'll be more involved now that the Giants had time to prepare for Tracy's absence.

  • Nate Carter RB | ATL

Falcons' Nathan Carter: Ruled out for Week 4

Carter (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Carter carried the ball seven times for 46 yards in garbage time during last Sunday's 30-0 loss to the Panthers. With Carter out for Week 4, the Falcons could elevate Carlos Washington from the practice squad to serve as the RB3 behind Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Won't be disciplined for fumble issues

Coach Mike Vrabel noted Friday that Stevenson is not being "disciplined" per se in the wake of the running back's fumbling issues last week, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.

Stevenson lost two fumbles in the team's Week 3 loss to the Steelers and ended up with four carries for 18 yards and three catches for 38 yards in the contest. While Vrabel indicated that he doesn't plan to bench Stevenson (who has started all three of New England's game to date) Sunday against the Panthers, it's still possible that ball security could factor into how the carries are divided between Stevenson, Antonio Gibson (seven carries, with a fumble versus Pittsburgh) and TreVeyon Henderson (11 carries, no fumbles Week 3). In that context, Stevenson profiles as a hit-or-miss fantasy option in Week 4 lineups.
