Seahawks' Thomas Rawls: Set to reenter running-back rotation

Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Tuesday that Rawls would reenter the team's running-back rotation for the Week 12 matchup with the 49ers, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

After producing only 27 yards on 10 carries in a Week 10 win over the Cardinals, Rawls was a healthy inactive for Monday's 34-31 loss to the Falcons with Eddie Lacy (groin) returning from injury and the recently signed Mike Davis entering the team's backfield mix. While Lacy's workload was limited in his return to action, Davis acted as the team's lead back for a good portion of the contest, amassing 59 total yards before departing with a groin pull. With Carroll indicating that Davis was "unlikely" to suit up against the 49ers, Rawls will have an opportunity to see snaps, but it's expected that he'll rank behind Lacy and pass-catching back J.D. McKissic in the pecking order. Rawls is averaging a horrid 2.6 yards on 49 carries this season and seems a long way from rediscovering the strong form he showcased as a rookie in 2015.

  • Raiders' Cordarrelle Patterson: Totals season high in receiving yards

Patterson caught four passes on as many targets for 45 yards during Sunday's loss to the Patriots.

After logging just six offensive snaps against Miami prior to the Raiders' bye week, Patterson took advantage of his increased snap count in Week 11 as he hauled in all four of his targets. Seth Roberts, who has filled the No. 3 receiver role all season, struggled with drops and lost a fumble in the red zone, which could potentially result in additional opportunities for Patterson in the slot against the Broncos in Week 12.

  • Redskins' LeShun Daniels: Signs with Washington

The Redskins signed Daniels off their practice squad Tuesday, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Daniels will assume the roster spot of Chris Thompson, who will be placed on injured reserve after fracturing his right fibula in Sunday's loss to the Saints. With Rob Kelley (ankle) also on IR, Daniels will check in as third on the depth chart at running back behind Samaje Perine (finger) and Byron Marshall heading into the Thanksgiving Day matchup with the Giants. A healthy Perine should fill the lead back role for the Redskins, but Daniels could end up serving as a change-of-pace option if Marshall proves ill equipped for those duties.

  • Bronson Hill RB | GB

Cardinals' Bronson Hill: Lands on 53-man roster

Hill was promoted to the Cardinals' active roster from their practice squad Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Hill accumulated just 11 yards on two carries across three games in his rookie season for the Jaguars. He's spent the 2017 season on the Cardinals' practice squad and will replace recently waived running back Andre Ellington on the roster. Hill is one of five healthy running backs on the depth chart, so he figures to just provide special teams help.

  • Corey Clement RB | ARI

Eagles' Corey Clement: Scores in second straight game

Clement rushed six times for 50 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 37-9 defeat of the Cowboys. He also converted a two-point attempt.

The undrafted rookie capped the first drive of the second half with an 11-yard run up the middle for a score that put the Eagles up for good. Despite seeing half the touches that he did Week 9, Clement managed to reach 50 yards in his third consecutive game. His emergence, alongside Jay Ajayi's arrival, certainly makes the Philadelphia backfield a three-headed monster as they head into a Week 12 matchup at Chicago.

  • Thomas Rawls RB | JAC

Seahawks' Thomas Rawls: Inactive Week 11

Rawls (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Monday against the Falcons.

Over the last five games, Rawls received between 29 and 42 offensive snaps. The modest usage didn't translate to the box score, though, as he averaged 2.8 YPC on his 44 rushes and reeled in seven of 10 passes for 74 yards. With Rawls in street clothes, the Seahawks will turn to the trio of Eddie Lacy, J.D. McKissic and Mike Davis out of the backfield.

  • Samaje Perine RB | CIN

Redskins' Samaje Perine: Listed as limited due to finger

Perine (finger) is listed as a limited participant on Monday's injury report for Thursday's game against the Giants.

There's little reason to think the finger issue will jeopardize his game-day availability, especially considering that the Redskins tend to list every little ailment on their injury report. Perine rumbled for 117 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries in Sunday's 34-31 overtime loss to the Saints, and he may get more involved in the passing game with Chris Thompson potentially out for the season due to a fractured fibula. Byron Marshall is the only other healthy running back on the roster, though the Redskins likely will address that situation before Thanksgiving. Perine has quickly jumped from the No. 3 spot on the depth chart to the unquestioned lead role.

  • Kenyan Drake RB | GB

Dolphins' Kenyan Drake: Poor game in loss

Drake only had four yards on seven carries and 10 yards on one reception as the Dolphins lost to Tampa Bay, 30-20, on Sunday.

Drake had been splitting the starting running back job with Damien Williams but disappointed fantasy owners with a poor performance Sunday. Part of the reason for his lack of touches could be that the Dolphins were trailing for most of the game, but more was expected of Drake coming off his 82 yards on the ground versus Carolina last Monday. He'll now set his sights on Week 12's matchup with the Patriots.

  • Lions' Dwayne Washington: Listed as non-participant

Washington (hip) was listed as non-participant on Monday's injury report, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

The Lions didn't actually practice, but even if they had, Washington apparently wouldn't have taken part. It's a strong sign he won't be ready for a Thanksgiving matchup with the Vikings.

  • De'Veon Smith RB | MIA

    De'Veon Smith: Waived by Miami

Smith was waived by Miami on Monday.

Smith was promoted from the Miami practice squad for the game versus Tampa Bay on Sunday. He didn't receive a snap during the loss to Tampa and could end up back on the Miami practice squad once again.
