  • Colts' Jonathan Taylor: At practice Wednesday

Taylor (ankle) was present for Wednesday's practice, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.

Taylor didn't practice last week before being ruled out in advance of Sunday's loss to the Patriots, but his presence at Wednesday's session is a positive indicator for his status ahead of this weekend's contest versus the Raiders. The Colts will release their first official Week 10 injury report later Wednesday, when the extent of the running back's participation in practice will be clarified.

  • D'vonte Price RB | IND

D'Vonte Price: Placed on PS injured list

Indianapolis placed Price (undisclosed) on the practice squad injured list Wednesday.

Price will be ineligible for elevation for the next four games after being placed on the practice squad injured list. The running back has been elevated once this season (Week 6), but he saw just two snaps on special teams. In a corresponding move, the Colts signed tight end Darrell Daniels to their practice squad.

  • Chuba Hubbard RB | CAR

Panthers' Chuba Hubbard: Questionable despite full practice

Hubbard (ankle) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Atlanta, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.

Hubbard seems likely to play after the Panthers listed him as a full practice participant Tuesday and Wednesday. He was the starting running back the last time he played (Week 7 versus the Buccaneers) and took 11 touches for 73 yards before suffering the ankle injury. It's possible Hubbard handles a lesser role upon his return to the lineup for Carolina's rematch with Atlanta after D'Onta Foreman scored three touchdowns in a Week 8 loss to the Falcons.

  • Lions' Craig Reynolds: Heads to IR

Detroit placed Reynolds (ribs) on injured reserve Wednesday.

Reynolds was forced out of Sunday's win over Green Bay due to the rib injury and will now be required to miss at least the Lions' next four games with his move to IR. His absence should open up even more opportunities for Justin Jackson as the Lions' No. 3 back behind D'Andre Swift and Jamaal Williams.

  • Jaylen Warren RB | PIT

Steelers' Jaylen Warren: Could see added opportunities

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin suggested Tuesday that Warren might get a look in a feature-back role at some point in 2022, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. "He's a quality back who has made some plays," Tomlin said of Warren. "We'll keep giving him an opportunity to do so, and maybe he'll write that script."

Meanwhile, top back Najee Harris, who suffered a foot injury during training camp, has managed to play in all eight of the Steelers' games thus far while averaging 3.3 yards on 108 carries. For his part, Warren has averaged 5.3 yards on his 29 rushing opportunities to date, and while Tomlin's comments don't necessarily foreshadow the undrafted rookie supplanting Harris as Pittsburgh's lead back following the team's bye week, it wouldn't be a surprise if Warren earned more touches in the coming weeks. Warren most recently turned in a six-carry, 50-yard effort to go along with three catches for 25 yards in the Steelers' 35-13 loss to the Eagles in Week 8.

  • Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott: Returning to practice

Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said that Elliott (knee) will return to practice Wednesday, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Elliott wasn't on the field for the Cowboys' unofficial practice session Monday, but he'll resume handling on-field reps Wednesday as Dallas kicks off Week 10 prep in earnest. Though Elliott has been sidelined since Week 8 due to an MCL sprain, the Cowboys have offered optimism that Elliott could be available Sunday versus Green Bay following a bye week. If Elliott remains hampered in any significant capacity by the time the weekend arrives, it could lead to increased opportunities for Tony Pollard.

  • Saints' Dwayne Washington: Totals 14 total yards in loss

Washington logged three rushes for seven yards and reeled in his only target for seven yards during Monday's 27-13 defeat against Baltimore.

The 28-year-old served as the Saints' de facto No. 2 running back with Mark Ingram out due to a sprained MCL. However, 23 of Washington's 28 snaps still came on special teams. With New Orleans' offense stymied for much of the game, starting running back Alvin Kamara handled nine of the team's 15 rushing attempts against Baltimore, while Taysom Hill and Andy Dalton split the other three. Washington should continue to play a minor role even if the Saints find more success on the ground versus Pittsburgh on Sunday.

  • Buccaneers' Ke'Shawn Vaughn: Cameo appearance in Week 9 win

Vaughn rushed twice for four yards and failed to bring in his only target in the Buccaneers' 16-13 win over the Rams on Sunday.

Logging his first three offensive snaps of the season, Vaughn recorded his first carries since the wild-card win over the Eagles in January. Vaughn has remained a fixture on special teams since Week 3, and he projects to continue filling the smallest of roles on offense as long as Leonard Fournette and Rachaad White are healthy in front of him.

  • Jake Funk RB | JAC

    Jake Funk: Let go Tuesday

Funk was cut from the Saints' practice squad Tuesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Funk signed with New Orleans' practice squad Oct. 12, just one day after being cut loose by the Rams. However, it appears his time in New Orleans will be short, as he was originally brought in when Alvin Kamara was dealing with a rib injury. Funk will now work to a find an opportunity elsewhere.

  • Godwin Igwebuike: Joins Seattle's practice squad

The Seahawks signed Igwebuike to their practice squad Tuesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Seattle cut Igwebuike from its practice squad just two weeks ago, but he gets another chance to make an impression on Seahawks coaches. Barring some injuries on the active roster, though, it's unlikely the 28-year-old halfback will be elevated any time soon.
