  • Saints' Jamaal Williams: Nonfactor again Week 13

Williams recorded five rushes for 10 yards and hauled in his only target for six yards during Sunday's 33-28 defeat versus the Lions.

Williams tallied five or fewer rushing attempts for the fifth time in the last six games. His usage in the rushing game remained minimal despite the absence of rookie running back Kendre Miller (ankle) for the second week in a row. Instead, top runing back Alvin Kamara and versatile tight end Taysom Hill continued to form a unique one-two punch, accouting for 27 carries for 110 yards and three rushing scores. Wideout Lynn Bowden also got involved with two rushing attempts while Rashid Shaheed (thigh), who usually serves as a rushing threat on end arounds, was inactive Sunday. Barring any injuries to Kamara and/or Hill moving forward, Williams should continue to play a negligible role in this rushing attack.

  • Najee Harris RB | LAC

Steelers' Najee Harris: Racks up 77 yards

Harris rushed the ball 16 times for 63 yards in Sunday's 24-10 loss to Arizona. He added two receptions on three targets for 14 yards.

Despite Jaylen Warren being the more efficient runner, Harris once again led the Pittsburgh backfield in terms of both carries and yards. Harris' longest rush of the day went for 11 yards, and he was also involved in the turning point of the game when he was stonewalled at the goal line on fourth down late in the second quarter. Though this wasn't a particularly notable performance, Harris has at least 75 total yards in four of his last five games, and he also has three touchdowns in that span.

  • Tyler Allgeier RB | ARI

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Minimal impact in win

Allgeier rushed eight times for 26 yards and wasn't targeted in Sunday's 13-8 win over the Jets.

Allgeier and Cordarrelle Patterson (five carries for 11 yards) both rotated in to spell Bijan Robinson, who turned 18 carries and five targets into 79 scrimmage yards. With Robinson healthy, Allgeier has totaled between eight and 12 carries in each of the last five games. Allgeier's role is unlikely to change in Week 14 against the Buccaneers.

  • Dameon Pierce RB | PHI

Texans' Dameon Pierce: Retakes lead-back role

Pierce rushed the ball 15 times for 41 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 22-17 win over the Broncos.

Pierce returned from an ankle injury in Week 12 to a reduced workload, but he regained the primary share of opportunities out of the backfield one game later. He saw 15 touches to Devin Singletary's nine and was also given work at the goal line. While Pierce still wasn't impressive in a positive matchup, it appears that volume will be on his side heading into a tough Week 14 contest against the Jets.

  • Broncos' Javonte Williams: Held to 70 total yards

Williams rushed the ball 13 times for 46 yards in Sunday's 22-17 loss to the Texans. He added three catches on three targets for 24 yards.

Williams maintained the clear lead-back role, though he still fell short of 20 touches for the second time in his last five games. He was inefficient with his opportunity and was limited to under four yards per carry for the fifth consecutive contest. While it's positive that Williams has multiple catches in every game in that span, he's shown to be an unexplosive rusher in a mediocre offense, making him difficult to trust on a weekly basis.

  • 49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Eclipses 1,000 rushing yards

McCaffrey took 17 carries for 93 yards and a touchdown while catching three of four targets for 40 yards in Sunday's 42-19 win over Philadelphia.

Fellow superstar Deebo Samuel stole the show with three combined touchdowns Sunday, but McCaffrey still provided stellar results for fantasy managers against the Eagles. The eight-year pro reached 1,000 rushing yards for the third time in his career while notching his 12th rushing touchdown in as many games this season. His rushing numbers alone would constitute a great fantasy campaign, but the MVP candidate has also produced a 51/429/5 line as a receiver. McCaffrey will look to bolster his bid for the award against the Seahawks next Sunday, which will be a rematch from Week 12 when he recorded 114 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

  • D'Andre Swift RB | CHI

Eagles' D'Andre Swift: Injured late in lopsided loss

Swift (undisclosed) went to the locker room in the final minutes of Sunday's 42-19 loss to the 49ers, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Swift went into the blue medical tent after taking a big hit. Shortly afterward, he made his way to the locker room. Clarification wasn't immediately provided regarding the nature of Swift's injury, which he suffered late in the fourth quarter. Swift finished the loss with just six carries for 13 yards and two catches (on six targets) for seven yards.

  • James Conner RB | ARI

Cardinals' James Conner: Two scores in return to Pittsburgh

Conner rushed the ball 25 times for 105 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 24-10 win over the Steelers.

Conner topped 20 carries for the second time this season and for the first time since Week 2, likely in part due to his return to Pittsburgh and also because Emari Demercado (neck) was forced to exit the game. Regardless, he turned in a strong effort, highlighted by a long gain of 29 yards as well as touchdowns of one and nine yards. Conner had failed to top 73 rushing yards in three previous games since returning from a knee injury and will now head into a bye before facing a stout San Francisco defense in Week 15.

  • Tyjae Spears RB | TEN

Titans' Tyjae Spears: Could have chance as lead back

Spears rushed the ball 16 times for 75 yards in Sunday's 31-28 overtime loss to the Colts. He added four receptions on six targets for 13 yards.

Spears played his typical complimentary role for much of the contest, as 13 of his 20 touches came after Derrick Henry (head) was forced to exit. He made a positive impact on the game, as he picked up 20 yards on the Titans' game-tying drive late in the fourth quarter and also accounted for 27 yards on the team's overtime drive that led to a field goal. Spears has been efficient when given opportunity this season, and he could be in line for the lead-back role in Tennessee's Week 14 matchup against Miami if Henry is unable to suit up.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: May miss time with ankle injury

Stevenson may be in line to miss time due to the ankle injury that he sustained during Sunday's 6-0 loss to the Chargers, Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports.

Stevenson remained on the turf after coughing up a fumble on the Patriots' second drive of the game. He was favoring his right leg as he made his way to the locker room, and the Patriots eventually termed it an ankle injury, which didn't allow him to return. Stevenson had nine carries for 39 yards and one catch for no yards when he departed, and while X-rays returned negative, an upcoming MRI is expected to reveal a sprain, per Howe. If Stevenson ends up missing Thursday's contest at Pittsburgh, New England will turn over its backfield to Ezekiel Elliott, who tallied 21 touches for 92 yards from scrimmage Sunday.
