Nola (3-9) was tagged with the loss Tuesday against the Marlins after allowing one run in 5.2 innings, giving up five hits and three walks while striking out four.

Nola gave up a solo shot to Kyle Stowers in the bottom of the first inning, and while he limited the damage the rest of the way, the offense didn't provide him any support. This marks the first time Nola has allowed fewer than two earned runs since May 4, when he tossed six scoreless innings against the Marlins, as the veteran hurler has been hard to trust in fantasy all season long. Nola owns a 5.49 ERA with a 1.45 WHIP and 60:21 K:BB across 11 starts and 57.1 innings since the beginning of June. He's scheduled to make his next start Monday at home against the Nationals.

Bleday went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a 2-0 win over the Guardians in the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader.

After going 0-for-5 in the matinee, Bleday launched a solo home run in the first inning of the nightcap, which is all the Reds would need. It was the 18th homer of the season for Bleday, who should spark interest from playoff contenders leading up to next week's trade deadline. The outfielder has a career-high .807 OPS through 78 games for Cincinnati, which is five games out of the wild-card hunt and last in the NL Central.

Stowers went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Tuesday's 1-0 win over the Phillies.

Stowers launched his 14th homer of the season in the first inning, and that would be all the offense the Marlins would need to secure the win. He has two homers over his last three games, and it's also worth noting Stowers has hit safely in seven of his last eight contests, batting .281 with a .924 OPS over that stretch.

Fairbanks tossed a perfect ninth inning with two strikeouts and earned his 14th save of the season Tuesday against the Phillies.

Fairbanks needed just nine pitches (eight strikes) to get the job done Tuesday in what was one of his most dominant outings of the campaign. Despite holding a 7.36 ERA across his eight appearances (7.1 innings) since the beginning of July, Fairbanks has gone 2-for-3 in save chances this month while posting a 13.5 K/9.

Alcantara (11-6) earned the win Tuesday against the Phillies after tossing seven scoreless innings, allowing four hits and a walk while striking out five.

Alcantara tossed 64 of his 97 pitches for strikes in what was an impressive bounce-back outing after he gave up five runs on nine hits across seven frames at Houston his last time out. Alcantara has been hit or miss of late, trading outings in which he's allowed either one run or zero or at least three earned runs in his last six starts. He has a 3.32 ERA with a 34:12 K:BB across 40.2 innings in that stretch. He's lined up to make his next start Sunday on the road against the Mets.

Moreno went 2-for-6 with two RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 8-7 extra-innings win over the Pirates.

Moreno's infield single in the third inning extended an on-base streak to 25 consecutive games and 44 straight starts. The catcher/DH is batting .346 (56-for-162) with a .439 on-base percentage during his 44-start on-base streak. Moreno has a .307/.389/.445 slash line with 18 doubles, seven home runs, 43 RBI, four steals and 44 runs through 81 contests this season.

McCann went 4-for-6 with an RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's 8-7 extra-innings win over Pittsburgh.

McCann saved Arizona from its worst loss of the season when he singled home the game-winning run in the top of the 12th inning. The Diamondbacks blew a 6-0 lead in the final two innings of regulation but came back to win it in extras. McCann has hit safely in all six games since returning from a quad injury that cost him nearly two months. The backup catcher is 12-for-24 (.500) with three home runs and 10 RBI in those six contests.

Carrigg went 3-for-4 with a run scored in Tuesday's 8-7 loss to the Padres.

Carrigg has hit safely in eight of his last nine games, going 13-for-34 (.382) in that span. The outfielder was caught stealing in this contest, and he's now 3-for-6 on the basepaths on the year. Carrigg has hit .301 with an .896 OPS, five home runs, 26 RBI, 31 runs scored, nine doubles and three triples over his first 40 major-league contests.

Moniak went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and an RBI double in Tuesday's 8-7 loss to the Padres.

Moniak has been swinging the bat fairly well since the All-Star break, going 9-for-31 (.290) with two homers and eight RBI over his last eight games. While he's still filling a platoon role, Moniak has had little trouble finding success against right-handed pitchers. He's batting .279 with an .890 OPS overall this season, and those marks rise to .292 and .951 against righties. Moniak has added 17 homers, 12 doubles, three triples, 46 RBI, 36 runs scored and one stolen base over 260 plate appearances.

Castro went 1-for-2 with a solo home run, two walks and a second run scored in Tuesday's 8-7 loss to the Padres.

Castro was initially scheduled for a day off, but he ended up starting at third base when Kyle Karros (biceps) got scratched. This was Castro's second game in a row with a homer, and he's up to 11 long balls on the year, including five in July. He's hitting .259 with a .738 OPS, 45 RBI, seven stolen bases, 47 runs scored and 15 doubles over 92 contests in a utility role.
