De La Cruz went 2-for-4 with a walk, a double, an RBI and a run scored in a 6-5 extra-inning win in the second game of Monday's doubleheader against St. Louis. He went 0-for-4 with four strikeouts in the matinee.

De La Cruz completed the Reds comeback in the nightcap with a walk-off, run-producing double in the bottom of the 10th inning. It was the first walk-off of the two-time All-Star's career. De La Cruz entered the second game on a 0-for-14 run before singling in the first inning.

Lawlar started in center field and went 0-for-4 in Monday's 11-1 loss to Boston.

Lawlar, who missed the last two months due to a hamstring injury, was activated ahead of Monday's game. He's expected to resume a role as the primary starter in center field.

Fernandez started at third base and went 1-for-3 in Monday's 11-1 loss to the Red Sox.

Fernandez was a late call-up after Arizona placed Ketel Marte (personal) on the restricted list. Without both Marte and Nolan Arenado (torso), the Diamondbacks got by with Ildemaro Vargas at second base and Fernandez at third. The length of Marte's absence is unknown, but Arenado will try to play through his injury and could miss Tuesday's game, per MLB.com.

Vargas started at second base, batted leadoff and went 0-for-4 with a run scored in Monday's 11-1 loss to Boston.

Vargas got the call at second base after the Diamondbacks placed Ketel Marte (personal) on the restricted list. It's unclear how much time Marte will need, but Vargas should step in while the situation plays out. Geraldo Perdomo, who recently took over at leadoff, took Marte's cleanup spot while Vargas ascended to the top of the order.

Glasnow (back) is scheduled to make another minor-league rehab start Wednesday, and he could then rejoin the Dodgers' rotation during a road trip that begins Aug. 25 and ends Aug. 30, MLB.com reports.

Glasnow tossed 67 pitches in his most recent rehab outing with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Aug. 14, and he dominated with 3.2 hitless frames while striking out eight batters. The star right-hander is expected to toss five innings or approximately 75 pitches in his upcoming rehab appearance Wednesday, which is likely to be his last before being activated from the 60-day IL, assuming he doesn't have any setbacks. That puts Glasnow on track to return to the big-league club as soon as Aug. 25, when Los Angeles kicks off a three-game series in Atlanta.

Treinen (elbow) kicked off a minor-league rehab assignment with Single-A Ontario on Saturday, MLB.com reports. He tossed a scoreless and hitless inning while striking out two batters.

Treinen's appearance with the Single-A club was his first game action since he tossed a clean frame for the Dodgers against Baltimore on June 19. The veteran reliever landed on the injured list shortly thereafter due to a right elbow inflammation, and while he's been throwing since early July, he's taken a slow road back to the big-league squad. Trienen may need several more rehab outings before he's cleared to return, but he could be activated from the IL in late August or early September.

Pages went 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI, two runs scored and a walk in Monday's 11-5 win over Colorado.

Pages got in on the offensive explosion, logging three-plus hits for the 12th time this season. Since the calendar flipped to August, the center fielder has slashed .306/.368/.500 with three homers, nine RBI, seven runs and two stolen bases across 16 contests. Overall, he's hitting .274/.340/.465 with 21 homers, 80 RBI, 71 runs and 12 stolen bases in 125 games.

Muncy went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run, an additional run scored and a walk in Monday's 11-5 win over the Rockies.

Muncy demolished a center-cut sinker from Tomoyuki Sugano, sending it 461 feet for a three-run homer in the third inning. The third baseman has homered four times in August, slashing .250/.321/.542 across 15 games this month. In total, Muncy is hitting .252/.345/.501 with 25 homers, 63 RBI, 66 runs and two stolen bases in 116 contests.

Ohtani went 4-for-5 with two homers, three total RBI and four total runs scored in Monday's 11-5 win over the Rockies.

Ohtani blasted off twice, crushing a solo homer off Tomoyuki Sugano in the fifth inning before taking Juan Mejia deep for a two-run shot in the sixth frame. It was a big offensive performance for the two-way star, who's slashing .317/.377/.619 with five homers, 11 RBI, 11 runs and a stolen base through 16 games in August. Overall, Ohtani is hitting .295/.392/.556 with 29 homers, 78 RBI, 81 runs and seven stolen bases across 120 contests.

Pivetta (forearm) has continued to play catch and build up, but his throwing program has been moved to the Padres' complex in Peoria, Arizona, MLB.com reports.

Pivetta hasn't pitched for the Padres since April 12, but it looked like he was on the way back when he was penciled in for a minor-league rehab start Aug. 4. However, the veteran hurler ended up throwing just 14 pitches for Single-A Lake Elsinore in that outing and hasn't made another game appearance since. While it's at least promising that Pivetta hasn't been shut down from throwing, the move to the team's training complex may indicate that the right-hander isn't going to resume a rehab assignment in the near future. As such, it remains up in the air whether he'll be able to pitch again for the big-league club before the end of the regular season.
