The Nationals scratched Abrams from the lineup Friday against Miami due to left shoulder soreness, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Abrams made a diving play during Thursday's game and tweaked his left shoulder. He was slated to bat leadoff and play shortstop prior to being scratched. Nasim Nunez will enter the lineup in place of Abrams, but will bat ninth. Abrams will likely undergo further testing, but the injury doesn't seem to be significant at this point.

Benson (finger) is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Twins.

Benson was removed from Thursday's game after being hit in the finger by a pitch while attempting a bunt. X-rays on his middle finger came back negative, but he'll get Friday off to recover. Spencer Steer, TJ Friedl and Jake Fraley fill the outfield from left to right.

Glasnow didn't complete his scheduled simulated game Friday, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Glasnow went straight to the clubhouse after warming up in the bullpen instead of facing hitters. It's unclear why he couldn't complete the session, but it doesn't bode well for his ability to return before the end of the regular season. Glasnow hasn't thrown for the Dodgers since Aug. 11 due to elbow tendinitis.

Del Castillo is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Brewers.

Del Castillo will give way to Jose Herrera for the fourth time in six games. Although two of those occurrences came against left-handed pitching, the Brewers are starting right-hander Freddy Peralta on Friday, a strong sign that Del Castillo's playing time is trending downward.

Marte is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Phillies.

Marte will be on the bench for the fourth time in eight games, with Tyrone Taylor filling right field Friday. Since being activated from the injured list Aug. 18, Marte is 12-for-56 (.214) with three doubles, four RBI and three stolen bases.

Martinez is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Phillies.

After starting at DH in three consecutive games, Martinez will give way to Jesse Winker on Friday. Martinez is 3-for-21 (.143) with four RBI in September.

Sanchez is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Nationals.

Sanchez will retreat to the bench Friday against lefty DJ Herz and the Nationals. Javier Sanoja, Cristian Pache and Griffin Conine fill the outfield from left to right.

Stowers is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Nationals.

The lefty-hitting Stowers will avoid a matchup with southpaw DJ Herz on Friday. Instead, Cristian Pache will make his third straight start in center field for the Marlins.

Walker is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Blue Jays.

Walker made six straight starts in right field, but he'll get the night off Friday. During those six starts, Walker went 3-for-20 (.150) with a solo home run. Brendan Donovan, Michael Siani and Lars Nootbaar will fill the outfield from left to right Friday.

Kelenic is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Dodgers.

Despite having the platoon advantage against right-hander Landon Knack, Kelenic will take a seat for Friday's contest. In his place, Ramon Laureano will play left field and bat sixth. Kelenic is 5-for-19 (.263) with two homers and a stolen base in September.
