The Reds optioned Wynne to Triple-A Louisville on Monday.

Wynne had his contract selected ahead of Sunday's game against the Orioles, and he earned a three-inning save in the Reds' 24-2 rout of Baltimore. Across his three innings of work, Wynne allowed three hits, including a solo home run, and struck out three batters with one walk. He'll head back to Triple-A, where Wynne has operated as a starter.

The Reds activated Lodolo from the paternity list Monday.

Lodolo spent three days away from the team but has rejoined the club in time to make Monday's start against the Marlins. The left-hander has started four games this season and boasts a 2-1 record, 2.31 ERA and 14:2 K:BB across 23.1 innings.

The Brewers list Myers (oblique) as their probable starter for Thursday's game against the Giants in San Francisco.

Myers has yet to be activated from the 15-day injured list and won't be until Thursday, but he's on track to make his next appearance with Milwaukee after wrapping up a three-start rehab assignment at Triple-A Nashville last week. He ended the assignment in style Friday, striking out five batters over five scoreless innings while permitting just two hits and one walk. Myers tossed 76 pitches in that outing, so he should be able to handle something close to a typical starter's workload in his 2025 debut with Milwaukee.

Tatis went 2-for-3 with a solo homer, a triple, a walk and three runs scored in Sunday's win over the Astros.

Tatis scored all three runs for the Padres, but none was bigger than his solo home run in the seventh inning to put them ahead 3-2. He's now homered seven times in his last 11 games and has asserted himself as one of the premier hitters in baseball over the first couple of weeks.

Cease allowed two runs on six hits and a walk while striking out six in five innings Sunday against the Astros. He did not factor into the decision.

Cease held the Astros scoreless through four innings while escaping run-scoring threats in both the third and fourth. He was unable to do the same in the fifth, however, as the Astros opened up with a double and two singles and plated a second run on a sacrifice. Cease was able to complete the outing without allowing a single barrel and has only allowed two homers through five starts thus far. He lines up for a home start versus the Rays over the weekend.

Suarez earned the save in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Astros, not allowing a baserunner while punching out two in a scoreless ninth.

Suarez continued his dominant ways and closed the door on the Astros to jump back into a solo lead for saves in all of baseball. He's yet to give up a run and has allowed just five baserunners in 10 innings while posting a 12:2 K:BB.

Stephenson (oblique) worked out with Triple-A Louisville this weekend and is expected to begin a rehab assignment Tuesday, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

Stephenson has been on the 10-day injured list since late in spring training and hasn't played in a game since mid-March. That length of absence suggests he'll require a significant amount of at-bats before rejoining the Reds roster -- maybe 20-to-30 at-bats over a week. As a comparison, the Rangers' Wyatt Langford missed the minimum 10 days and returned Sunday from a less-severe oblique injury after only six at-bats (two games).

Steer started at first base and went 2-for-6 with a walk, a double, an RBI and three runs scored in Sunday's 24-2 win over the Orioles.

Steer, who has been limited to designated hitter due to a right shoulder injury, made his first start in the field Sunday. He entered the contest batting .111 with three RBI through 15 games, suggesting the shoulder had a negative impact. It's unclear if Steer is able to play more than just first base. He's served at third base and in the outfield in past seasons.

Horwitz (wrist) has been cleared for baseball activity and will participate in extended spring training, MLB.com reports.

This marks a significant step in Horwitz's recovery, though he'll still likely need plenty of ramp-up time after missing all of spring training. He should take over as Pittsburgh's primary first baseman once activated from the injured list.

Santana (0-1) allowed one unearned run without allowing a hit to take the loss Sunday against the Guardians.

Santana was called upon to pitch the 10th inning and retired every batter he faced, but he still was stuck with the loss after allowing the ghost runner to score on a sacrifice fly. He has turned in seven scoreless efforts in nine appearances this season and appears to be Pittsburgh's preferred option at closer, even with David Bednar back on the roster.
