Callihan has been diagnosed with a fractured left forearm after exiting Monday's game against Atlanta.

Callihan was removed from Monday's matchup against Atlanta early after crashing hard into the outfield wall. He's presumably looking at a lengthy absence given the severity of the injury, but the club is unlikely to have a timetable for his return until later on in his recovery. Skipper Terry Francona noted after the game that Callihan is headed back to Cincinnati to schedule surgery, per Charlie Goldsmith of the Dayton Daily News.

Calaz (undisclosed) is 5-for-17 with two home runs, four RBI and five runs scored in five games for Single-A Fresno since returning from the 7-day injured list.

Calaz was shut down for a good chunk of April due to an unspecified injury. However, he's been flashing the power since being reinstated and turned in his first multi-hit game of the season Saturday.

Callihan was removed from Monday's game against Atlanta due to an apparent left arm injury, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Callihan suffered the injury while attempting to make a catch at the wall and immediately exited the field after the play. Blake Dunn replaced Callihan in left field.

Minter will undergo surgery May 12 to repair a torn left lat, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

Minter was moved to the 60-day injured list Thursday, and it's since been disclosed that he's elected for season-ending surgery. The veteran southpaw was off to a strong start to the 2025 campaign, allowing only two runs in 13 appearances.

Hernandez was removed from Monday's game against the Marlins due to left hamstring tightness.

Hernandez picked up a pair of hits before being lifted from the matchup, though it's unclear as to when he felt the injury pop up. He'll be considered day-to-day until the club has more information on his availability moving forward. Chris Taylor entered the game in center field and Andy Pages shifted to right with Hernandez out of the game.

Martinez (shoulder) will begin throwing later this week after being placed on the 15-day injured list Thursday, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Martinez was placed on the 15-day IL with right shoulder inflammation Thursday, but he received promising imaging results Saturday, which didn't show any structural damage. The relief pitcher is first eligible to return to action May 16, but it's far too early to place a timeline on when he'll be able to make his return to the mound. Once Martinez picks a ball up later this week, there will be a better understanding of where he's at physically.

Winker has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 oblique strain and is expected to miss the next 6-to-8 weeks, Abbey Mastracco of the New York Daily News reports.

This is unfortunate news for Winker, who was officially placed on the 10-day injured list Monday after suffering a side injury during the first game of Sunday's twin bill against the Cardinals. The injury will open up plenty of opportunities for Starling Marte and Brett Baty in the DH slot.

Graveman (back) will make a rehab appearance with Triple-A Reno on Wednesday, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Graveman has missed the entirety of the 2025 campaign to this point while recovering from a right lumbar strain, but he appears to be on the cusp of returning to action with the Diamondbacks. After tossing 1.2 scoreless innings in a rehab outing in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League over the weekend, Graveman has now been cleared to shift his assignment to Reno, where he'll likely make a few appearances before being activated from the 15-day injured list.

Irvin won't make his scheduled start Monday against the Guardians after the game was postponed due to inclement weather, Bobby Blanco of MASNSports.com reports.

Irvin has been named the starter for Game 1 of his team's doubleheader Tuesday following the announcement that Monday's game has been postponed. He'll look to bounce back from his worst outing of the 2025 season, surrendering six runs on eight hits and three walks while striking out two over six innings against the Phillies on Wednesday.

Burnes (shoulder) threw on flat ground Monday, Jack Sommers of SI.com reports.

Burnes is not making his scheduled start Monday against the Mets after experiencing fatigue in his right shoulder over his past two outings. It's the first time he's missed a start since he entered the rotation on a full-time basis in 2020. However, Burnes' session of catch Monday appeared to go well, and he and the Diamondbacks remain optimistic he can avoid the 15-day injured list and start this weekend versus the Dodgers.
