Wiggins (elbow) struck out four and allowed three earned runs on three hits and three walks across 2.2 innings in a start Friday for Triple-A Iowa after being reinstated from the 7-day injured list.

Wiggins hit the shelf in April due to right elbow inflammation and was shut down for a brief period before beginning a rehab assignment June 15. He posted a 2.89 ERA and 1.18 WHIP with nine strikeouts in 9.1 innings over four appearances across stops with the Cubs' rookie-level Arizona Complex League affiliate and High-A South Bend before rejoining the Iowa rotation.

McCullough (forearm) was activated from the 60-day injured list Sunday.

McCullough made four rehab appearances while working his way back from season-ending surgery, posting a 4.26 ERA and 1.11 WHIP with 17 strikeouts over 12.2 innings in two showings in the Arizona Complex League and two with Single-A Myrtle Beach. He was reinstated from the 60-day IL on Sunday and looked strong in his first appearance of the year with Double-A Knoxville later that day, allowing two runs (one earned) on two hits and two walks while striking out four in four frames.

Harris signed a minor-league contract with the Padres on Wednesday and debuted at Triple-A El Paso on Sunday, going 0-for-3 with a walk.

Harris, who elected free agency earlier in the month after opting out of a minor-league deal with the White Sox, will boost the Padres' organizational outfield depth. He's appeared in 17 big-league games this season across stops with the White Sox and Astros, hitting .233 with four stolen bases, five RBI and six runs scored.

Suarez went 1-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in Sunday's 8-4 loss to the Cubs.

Suarez, who homered for a second straight day, dialed up the power this past week with three long balls over his last six games (22 ABs). The flip side of that are the 16 times he's struck out during that stretch. Suarez has 11 home runs and 35 RBI through 67 games.

Burns will not play in Tuesday's All-Star Game due to a right groin injury he suffered during his last start Wednesday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Burns, who labored through five innings and 106 pitches, was injured while covering home plate on a wild pitch. The right-hander said he didn't feel anything wrong while on the mound for the rest of the game but felt tightness the following day. He huddled with manager Terry Francona and the front office and decided it was best to not represent the National League in the midsummer classic. There has been no mention of imaging, which suggests the 23-year-old could return following the All-Star break.

Burnes (elbow) began a throwing program July 10 and felt good following the session, MLB.com reports.

Burnes had been working his way back from Tommy John surgery during April and May but was forced to shut down in early June. The plan calls for him to throw off flat ground every other day and then progress to throwing off a mound. The Diamondbacks hope the right-hander can return in time for a September playoff push.

Lawlar (hamstring) has begun hitting in the cage and executing running mechanics, MLB.com reports.

There's been little information about Lawlar's recovery since he landed on the injured list June 20. The return to baseball activities is encouraging, and the 23-year-old is expected to undergo a follow-up MRI on Friday. Injuries keep piling up for Lawlar, who's been impacted by poor health the last three seasons and played just 12 games in 2026. The report indicates a possible return in late July or early August.

Waldschmidt went 0-for-2 with a walk, an RBI and a stolen base in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Dodgers.

Waldschmidt returned to action after missing Saturday's game with a hand injury he sustained Friday when he was hit by a pitch. He's started in center field twice in the four games since his call-up last Thursday. Tommy Troy (shoulder) was getting regular run there, but he's batted just .184 (7-for-38) over the last two weeks, opening an opportunity for Waldschmidt.

The Reds sent Myers to the rookie-level Arizona Complex League on Monday to begin a rehab assignment.

Per MLB.com, Myers is hopeful to return from the 10-day injured list for the Reds' first game out of the All-Star break Friday in Colorado, so he may need just a couple of games in Arizona to prove his health. Before landing on the IL on June 30 due to a left shoulder contusion, Myers had mostly served as a short-side platoon outfielder for the Reds this season and slashed .256/.358/.385 with three home runs, five stolen bases, 14 RBI and 18 runs across 137 plate appearances.

Lovelady (triceps) began a throwing program shortly after landing on the injured list June 29 and had thrown off flat ground out to 60 feet as recently as July 3, MLB.com reports.

The Nationals haven't provided an update on Lovelady's status over the past week and a half, but assuming he hasn't suffered any setbacks since he began playing catch, he could be ready to get back on a mound following the All-Star break. Before being deactivated, Lovelady had been a key piece in the Washington bullpen, notching one wins, four saves and nine holds across his 22 relief appearances with the club.
