Gordon put on a dominant display, allowing just one baserunner while generating eight whiffs on 68 pitches (45 strikes). The 26-year-old southpaw made his major-league debut May 14 and bounced back and fourth between the big club and Triple-A Sugar Land. Gordon will end his first season in the majors with a 6-4 record and one save across 20 games (14 starts) with a 5.34 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 72:19 K:BB across 86 innings.

Rocchio went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer and an additional RBI in Sunday's 9-8 extra-inning victory over Texas.

The Cleveland infielder played hero in this contest with a 380-foot, three-run blast to walk off the Rangers and clinch the division for his club. Rocchio concludes a relatively productive second half that saw him hit .257 (56-for-218) with four homers, six steals, 32 RBI and 23 runs scored across 66 games after the All-Star break. Overall, the 24-year-old slashed .233/.290/.340 with five homers, eight steals, 44 RBI and 34 runs scored across 383 total plate appearances this regular season.

Ramirez went 2-for-5 with three steals in Sunday's 9-8 extra-inning win against the Rangers.

Ramirez drew the start at designated hitter and tallied three stolen bases in a contest for the third time this season. The Cleveland star pilfered both second and third off Texas starter Patrick Corbin in the third before tallying his last steal off Jose Corniell in the ninth. Ramirez wraps another stellar fantasy season in which he reached the 30-homer/40-steal mark for the second consecutive campaign and slashed .282/.360/.503 with 103 runs and 85 RBI in 667 plate appearances.

Ibanez went 3-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Red Sox.

With Detroit resting several regulars with a playoff spot locked up, Ibanez picked up a start in the regular-season finale and delivered his first three-hit effort of the year. The utility player wraps up his regular season with a .239/.301/.352 slash line across 91 games, and he'll give the Tigers a versatile bench option as they enter the postseason.

Allen took a no-decision in Sunday's 9-8 extra-inning victory over the Rangers, conceding four runs on five hits and two walks over 4.1 innings. He struck out four.

Allen struggled once again in this 88-pitch appearance, generating only eight whiffs. The 27-year-old gave up two runs on an Alejandro Osuna double in the second before allowing two additional tallies via a Jake Burger single in the third. Allen slogged through the second half, pitching to a 4.59 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and 52:24 K:BB in 66.2 innings after the All-Star break. Overall, the Cleveland southpaw concludes his regular season with a 4.25 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 122:62 K:BB across 156.2 total frames.

Baez went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Red Sox.

Baez provided Detroit's offense on the afternoon, hitting his 12th home run of the season in the fourth inning with two runners on. While the veteran cooled down some after a strong start to the year, he still put together a bounceback campaign following a disastrous 2024. Baez wraps up his regular season with a .257/.282/.398 slash line across 126 games.

Corbin did not factor into the decision in Sunday's 9-8 extra-inning loss, allowing three runs on four hits and two walks over four innings. He struck out five.

The veteran southpaw kept the Cleveland lineup relatively in check during this 90-pitch outing, as he didn't concede an extra-base knock. Corbin gave up two runs on a Johnathan Rodriguez single in the first before being tagged with another run on a Bo Naylor sacrifice fly in the third. The 37-year-old concludes his season with a 4.40 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 131:51 K:BB across 155.1 total frames.

Springer went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer, a stolen base and an additional run scored in Sunday's 13-4 win over the Rays.

It was a fitting end to an outstanding regular season for Springer, who batted .369 with a 1.121 OPS across 50 games following the All-Star break. Overall, Springer posted a career-best .309 average with a .959 OPS, 32 homers, 84 RBI, 106 runs scored and 18 steals across 586 plate appearances in his 12th major-league campaign.

Seymour (4-3) took the loss Sunday against the Blue Jays, allowing six runs on seven hits and two walks over 3.1 innings. He struck out seven.

Toronto got to Seymour out of the gate Sunday, scoring five times in the first inning, punctuated by an Alejandro Kirk grand slam. The 26-year-old Seymour had been pitching well coming into the day, posting a 2.08 ERA in his previous six appearances (30.1 innings). While it wasn't the ideal finish, it was an encouraging rookie campaign overall for the left-hander. Seymour posted a 3.63 ERA with a 1.18 WHIP and 64:19 K:BB across 57 innings.

Gausman did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Rays, allowing four runs on eight hits and two walks across 3.2 innings. He struck out five.

It was a rocky finish to the regular season for Gausman, who allowed eight runs on 17 hits across 9.1 innings in his last two outings -- he had given up just three runs over 30 innings in his previous four outings. The 34-year-old Gausman will wrap up the campaign at 10-11 with a 3.59 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 189 strikeouts across 32 starts (193 innings).
