Yankees' Ben Rice: Launches 24th long ball
Rice went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk Sunday in a loss to Cincinnati.
Rice produced the lone New York run Sunday with a 375-foot solo homer in the third inning. The slugger has shown no signs of slowing down after a hot start to the season -- over his past seven games, he's batting .310 (9-for-29) with four homers and eight RBI. Rice is among the MLB leaders in several categories, including OPS (1.004, second place), homers (22. fourth place) and RBI (53, tied for eighth place).

Tristan Peters CF | CHW
White Sox's Tristan Peters: Knocks in two
Peters went 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI and a run scored Sunday against the Tigers.
Peters was a primary driver of the White Sox's offense Sunday, doubling in a run in the seventh inning before hitting a sacrifice fly in the 10th frame. This marked Peter's first multi-hit effort in his last nine starts, and he's gone just 5-for-28 in that span. Overall, he's been a source of empty batting average in 210 plate appearances this season, though he has been Chicago's primary center fielder and should remain in that role due to his strong ability with the glove.

Luisangel Acuna CF | CHW
White Sox's Luisangel Acuna: Slugs first homer
Acuna went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run Sunday against the Tigers.
Acuna has been limited to a short-side platoon role for most of the season, with his start Sunday marking only his fifth against a righty since the start of May. He did manage to make a positive impression with his opportunity, smacking a two-run home run in the sixth inning off Keider Montero for his first long ball of the season. Acuna's lack of playing time keeps him off the fantasy radar in nearly every format, though he has gone 10-for-24 with five RBI and four runs scored since June 1.

Through four starts in June, the right-hander has posted a 3-1 record with a 2.59 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 16:8 K:BB across 24.1 innings. The 27-year-old has been a pleasant surprise in 2026, compiling a 3.07 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 49:25 K:BB across 67.1 innings (12 starts). Young's next start is tentatively scheduled for Saturday against the Nationals.

Nathan Eaton LF | BOS
Red Sox's Nate Eaton: Goes yard in loss
Eaton went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's 3-1 loss to Seattle.
Eaton started in right field and delivered Boston's lone run, blasting a solo shot to left field in the third inning. After opening the year with Triple-A Worcester, the 29-year-old was recalled June 8 and has played sparingly since. Across five major-league appearances this season, Eaton has gone 1-for-8 (.125) with two walks, with Sunday's homer accounting for his lone hit.

Andres Munoz RP | SEA
Mariners' Andres Munoz: Secures 13th save
Munoz picked up the save in Sunday's 3-1 victory over the Red Sox. He allowed a hit and no walks while striking out two over a scoreless inning.
Munoz had little trouble finishing off the Red Sox, working past a one-out single from Mickey Gasper by striking out Willson Contreras and Jarren Duran to secure his 13th save of the season. It has been an uneven campaign for the well-regarded closer, as he owns a 5.27 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 41:13 K:BB with five blown saves across 27.1 innings (30 appearances). Munoz has gotten the job done of late, though, converting a save in each of his three most recent outings with no runs allowed.

Payton Tolle SP | BOS
Red Sox's Payton Tolle: Charged with fifth loss
Tolle (3-5) took the loss Sunday, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks over six innings against the Mariners. He struck out two.
Tolle churned out a quality start, but he recorded a season-low two strikeouts while taking the loss. After surrendering just three homers through his first nine outings, the southpaw has now allowed three long balls across his past two starts, with Dominic Canzone taking him deep in the second inning Sunday. Tolle will take a 3.08 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 62:18 K:BB across 64.1 innings (11 starts) into his next appearance, tentatively scheduled for Friday against the Yankees.

Logan Gilbert SP | SEA
Mariners' Logan Gilbert: Earns sixth win
Gilbert (6-4) earned the win Sunday, allowing one run on three hits and two walks over 6.1 innings against the Red Sox. He struck out eight.
Gilbert was in control throughout the outing, with his lone blemish coming on a Nate Eaton solo homer in the third inning. The big right-hander has punched out at least eight batters in three of his past four starts and reached the 100-strikeout mark in Sunday's win. Gilbert will take a 3.29 ERA and 1.01 WHIP across 93 innings (16 starts) into his next outing, which is lined up for next weekend against the Guardians.
