Misner is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta.

With southpaw Chris Sale toeing the rubber for Atlanta, Misner will head to the bench along with fellow left-handed bats Jonathan Aranda and Brandon Lowe. Jake Mangum will slide over to center field Sunday while Jose Caballero occupies right field.

Lowe is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta.

Chapman (2-1) was tagged for his first loss Saturday as the Red Sox fell 3-2 to the White Sox. He allowed a run on a walk and a single while striking out one over a third of an inning.

Chapman had not allowed a run over his first six appearances. He gave up a leadoff walk to Luis Robert, who eventually stole second base and scored on a Brooks Baldwin walk-off single. Through six innings this season, Chapman has a 1.50 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 9:4 K:BB while converting both his save chances.

Manzardo is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

With the Royals sending southpaw Cole Ragans to the bump, Manzardo will head to the bench for just the second time through the Guardians' first 15 games. Jose Ramirez will get a day out of the infield and will serve as Cleveland's designated hitter in place of Manzardo, who is batting .125 with a 16.7 percent walk rate and 28.6 percent strikeout rate so far in April.

Naylor is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

Naylor will head to the bench along with fellow left-handed batters Nolan Jones and Kyle Manzardo while the Royals send southpaw Cole Ragans to the hill for the series finale. Austin Hedges will handle the catching duties for Cleveland.

Red Sox manager Alex Cora said Saturday that Bello (shoulder) will make at least one more rehab start for Triple-A Worcester, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Bello made a third rehab start Friday, reaching 64 pitches and four innings. "He was OK. He was good," Cora said of Bello, who allowed three runs (two earned) on four hits and struck out five batters Friday. "Now, we'll see how he recovers today. There's definitely one more. Definitely." There are some weather issues forecasted for Worcester's upcoming road trip, which could impact when Bello next takes the mound, but Boston's injury-ravaged rotation could use him as soon as possible with Richard Fitts (pectoral) being the latest starter to hit the IL on Sunday. Bello is tentatively scheduled to pitch Wednesday, which would put him on a path to return to the Red Sox during a series against the Mariners at Fenway Park from April 22-24.

Jones is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

With southpaw Cole Ragans taking the hill for Kansas City, Jones will exit the lineup for the second time in the series. The Guardians will deploy a starting outfield of Steven Kwan, Angel Martinez and Jhonkensy Noel from left to right.

Thomas (wrist) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

Thomas is on the bench for the fifth game in a row due to a bruised right wrist, which he sustained when he was hit by a pitch in Tuesday's 1-0 win over the White Sox. With an off day looming Monday, the Guardians are hoping Thomas will be recovered for the team's three-game series in Baltimore that begins Tuesday. Angel Martinez will cover center field Sunday in Thomas' absence.

Ward went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Saturday's 4-1 win against Houston.

Ward went deep to right field in the fifth inning for the Angels' final run of the contest. The outfielder has slugged four long balls in his past four games after beginning the campaign with no homers over his first 10 contests. During the power surge, Ward is batting .353 with five RBI.
