DeGrom allowed two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out seven batters over five innings in a no-decision against the Angels on Tuesday.

DeGrom struggled in the first inning, allowed two runs on a pair of hits and a walk. The veteran right-hander settled in thereafter, holding the Angels scoreless over the remainder of his outing. DeGrom exited having tossed fewer than six innings for the first time over his past six starts, but it was still mostly a positive appearance that included seven punchouts and 13 whiffs. He's lined up to make one more start before the All-Star break -- a home matchup against Houston.

Lugo did not factor into the decision Tuesday against the Mets, allowing nine runs (six earned) on nine hits and two walks while striking out four over 4.1 innings.

Lugo got off to a nightmare start in the first inning after his throwing error on a Carson Benge groundball was followed by two more Royals infield errors, allowing Benge to circle the bases for a Little League three-run "home run." The right-hander didn't recover, later serving up two real homers to A.J. Ewing and Juan Soto. Fortunately for Lugo, Kansas City's offense erupted for nine runs of their own while he was in the game, sparing him the loss. He has struggled since the start of June, posting a 6.98 ERA. On the year, Lugo owns a 4.56 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 80:32 K:BB across 100.2 innings and he's lined up to make one final start before the All-Star break on the road against Baltimore.

Hoskins went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to the Twins on Monday.

Hoskins kicked off the scoring in the contest with a 416-foot solo blast in the second inning. That ended up being Cleveland's only run of the game. The long ball was Hoskins' first since June 19, and he entered Tuesday having batted .167 with 16 strikeouts over 13 games since that homer. Hoskins was provided a touch of power with eight home runs across 254 plate appearances on the season, but it's otherwise been a tough time for the veteran first baseman, as he's slashing a meager .180/.319/.359 with a 31.5 percent strikeout rate.

Cantillo (7-4) took the loss against Minnesota on Tuesday, allowing two unearned runs on six hits and three walks while striking out seven batters over five innings.

Both runs Cantillo allowed came in the second inning, and they were unearned due to an inning-opening error by Travis Bazzana. While those runs were enough to send Cantillo to defeat, the southpaw pitched pretty well, logging 13 swinging strikes and seven punchouts while throwing 59 of 94 pitches for strikes. Cantillo has given up two or fewer earned runs in each of his past five starts, recording a 1.55 ERA with a 33:11 K:BB over 29 frames during that stretch. He's projected to start Cleveland's final game of the first half in Miami.

Gomez registered a save against the Guardians on Tuesday, striking out the only batter he faced in the ninth inning.

The Twins carried a 3-1 lead into the ninth and turned to lefty Tyler Rogers with Cleveland set to send up two left-handed batters. Rogers got two outs before walking Chase DeLauter, which prompted Minnesota manager Derek Shelton to summon Gomez from the bullpen. The righty reliever got the job done with aplomb, recording three straight swinging strikes to end the game. Gomez is now a perfect 10-for-10 in save opportunities this season and has emerged as the Twins' clear top closer. He had a rough start to the season but has been outstanding since the beginning of May, posting a 1.85 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 24:8 K:BB across 24.1 innings over 28 appearances.

Bradley (8-3) earned the win over Cleveland on Tuesday, allowing one run on three hits and no walks with 10 strikeouts over seven innings.

Bradley surrendered a solo homer to Rhys Hoskins in the second inning, but that was the only time the Guardians were able to get in the scoring column. The right-hander was absolutely dominant with a massive 25 swinging strikes en route to 10 punchouts. Bradley has registered double-digit strikeouts three times this season, including in both of his past two starts. He had a rough stretch from late May through mid-June, posting a 7.78 ERA across four starts, but he's since turned things around with three wins, a 2.25 ERA and 32:8 K:BB across 24 innings spanning his past four outings. Bradley's next start will likely be after the All-Star break in Chicago against the Cubs.

Altuve went 1-for-5 with a solo home run during the Astros' 6-3 win over the Nationals on Tuesday.

Altuve failed to get on base in each of his first four plate appearances but the fifth time was the charm for the veteran second baseman, who smacked a solo homer to left-center field in the eighth inning. He's gone deep in back-to-back games against Washington and is up to 10 home runs on the season. Altuve has reached base safely in six of his last seven games, going 6-for-27 (.222) with four extra-base hits, five RBI and one steal in that span.

Allen went 1-for-3 with a steal and three RBI during the Astros' 6-3 win over the Nationals on Tuesday.

Allen was responsible for half of the Astros' runs Tuesday, which came on a sacrifice fly in the second inning and a two-run single in the fourth. It was a season high in RBI for Allen, who has seen regular run at shortstop since returning from the 10-day injured list in late June. However, his playing time will take a significant hit once Jeremy Pena (calf) returns from the IL, with Pena having embarked on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Sugar Land on Tuesday.

Hader earned the save against the Nationals on Tuesday, allowing one hit and one walk while striking out one batter in one-third of an inning.

The Astros initially turned to Alimber Santa to protect their 6-2 lead in the ninth, but the right-hander gave up a solo homer to Jose Tena before giving up another single. Hader was brought out needing just one out to secure the save, but the southpaw gave up an infield single and a walk to load the bases before getting Dylan Crews to strike out swinging. Hader has converted all 10 of his save opportunities this season and has a 0.59 ERA, 0.72 WHIP and 25:8 K:BB across 15.1 innings.

Imai did not factor into Tuesday's decision against the Nationals, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out three across 3.2 innings.

Imai put the Astros on the back foot early by giving up a leadoff home run to James Wood. Imai yielded another run in the second and ran up his pitch count to 84 (52 strikes) before being pulled in the fourth inning. He's recorded only 15 outs over his last two starts, which comes after he tossed back-to-back quality starts with 10-plus strikeouts in both of those outings, and he sits at a 6.06 ERA and 1.50 WHIP over 52 innings this season. Whether Imai gets one last turn in the rotation before the All-Star break largely depends on whether Ronel Blanco (elbow) will be activated off the 60-day IL for the Astros' weekend road series against the Rangers.
