Urena allowed two runs on four hits and a walk while striking out two over 4.1 innings in a no-decision versus the Angels on Tuesday.

Urena did fine, throwing 52 of 74 pitches for strikes in his Blue Jays debut. The right-hander has starting experience but has rarely been able to maintain a full-time gig in any team's rotation. He's allowed seven runs with a 5:2 K:BB over 7.1 innings between the Mets and the Blue Jays this season. Should Urena stick in the rotation for another start, he is tentatively scheduled for a road outing in Seattle this weekend.

O'Hoppe went 3-for-4 with one RBI and one run scored in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Blue Jays.

O'Hoppe's third hit of the game knocked in the go-ahead run in the eighth inning, and he came around to score on Yoan Moncada's three-run homer. Over his last six games, O'Hoppe has gone 9-for-20 (.450) with two long balls and four RBI. The catcher is up to a .294/.333/.569 slash line with nine homers, 16 RBI, 13 runs scored and a double across 29 contests this season. He appears set for a breakout campaign, as he's nearly halfway to his career-high total of 20 homers from last season.

Neto went 1-for-3 with a walk, two stolen bases and two runs scored in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Blue Jays.

Neto remains sizzling at the plate -- he's hit safely in his last 11 games. In that span, he's 16-for-45 (.356) with seven steals and seven extra-base hits. The shortstop missed three weeks at the start of the season while finishing up his recovery from offseason shoulder surgery. It hasn't taken him long to settle in -- he's batting .290 with four home runs, eight RBI, 10 runs scored, seven steals and five doubles across 65 plate appearances.

Adell went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Blue Jays.

Adell's playing time has been trending downward to begin May, and he was on the bench for the third time in four games Tuesday. However, Gustavo Campero left this contest with an ankle injury, and if he misses time, that could allow Adell to be in the lineup more regularly moving forward. Adell could help his own cause with better hitting -- he's batting .183 with three homers, 15 RBI, six runs scored and a stolen base over 98 plate appearances this season. However, he doesn't have all that high of a ceiling after hitting .207 with a .682 OPS in 130 games last year.

Jansen was unavailable for Tuesday's game against the Blue Jays due to an illness, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Jansen hasn't pitched since he collected his seventh save of the season Saturday. Manager Ron Washington said after Tuesday's game that the veteran reliever should be available out of the bullpen in Wednesday's contest, though that will ultimately depend on how the right-hander is feeling. Jansen owns a 5.79 ERA and 1.39 WHIP through 9.1 innings on the season, though all the runs scored against him came during a six-run barrage from the Tigers on Friday.

Moncada (thumb) went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Blue Jays.

Moncada's homer was part of a six-run eighth inning that put the Angels in control of the game. The third baseman has battled a thumb sprain since mid-March, with the latest flare-up costing him nearly a month of action. Moncada is hitting .200 (5-for-25) with a homer, seven RBI, four runs scored, two doubles and a 6:8 BB:K over his first nine games with the Angels. Staying healthy will be the big concern for Moncada going forward, as he played in just 104 games between the 2023 and 2024 campaigns.

Ward went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and an additional run scored in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Blue Jays.

Ward was stuck in an 0-for-24 drought from April 25 to May 3 before knocking a double in Sunday's game versus the Tigers. He looked more lively Tuesday, earning his first multi-hit effort since April 12 versus the Astros. The 31-year-old outfielder is up to seven homers, 12 RBI, 15 runs scored, five doubles and a .188/.234/.391 slash line over 33 games this season. Despite his recent poor hitting, he has maintained a starting role in left field, as the Angels have few players who are making consistent contact lately.

Anderson allowed two runs on six hits and a walk while striking out seven over 6.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

This was a fourth straight quality start for Anderson, and it was also his longest outing of the season. The seven strikeouts were a season high for the southpaw, who has stepped up his game early in 2025 to be a reliable starter for the Angels. He's at a 2.68 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 34:15 K:BB over 40.1 innings across seven starts this season. His velocity has been down this year, with an average fastball at 88.8 mph compared to 89.4 mph in 2024, but he's never overwhelmed batters with sheer velocity in the past. He's lined up for a home start versus the Orioles over the weekend.

Jones went 2-for-4 with a double and a solo home run in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Nationals.

Both extra-base hits came off Jake Irvin, including a second-inning blast that landed in the second deck in right field at Nationals Park. The performance snapped an 0-for-14 slump for Jones, but he wasn't able to follow it up, going 0-for-3 with a walk and a run scored in the nightcap. On the season, Jones has stumbled to a .167/.286/.310 slash line with two homers, three steals, seven runs and 14 RBI in 32 contests.

Isbel went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Tuesday's win over the White Sox.

Isbel finally got the Royals on the board with a solo home run to lead off the sixth inning. He's now homered twice in his last four games after leaving the yard only once in 29 games prior. Outside of his two home runs, Isbel does not have an extra-base hit since April 16 and continues to lack notable production with 12 RBI and 10 runs scored in 95 plate appearances.
