Narvaez went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional run scored in Saturday's 10-1 win over Kansas City.

Narvaez crossed home plate in the fifth frame on a Rafael Devers RBI single, and the former extended Boston's lead to eight runs in the eighth with a two-run blast off Angel Zerpa. While Connor Wong's return from the injured list has led to less playing time for Narvaez, the 26-year-old has done well at the plate as of late. Over his last eight starts, Narvaez has gone 10-for-29 (.344) with five runs scored, two home runs and seven RBI.

Devers went 4-for-4 with three RBI, one walk and a run scored in Saturday's 10-1 win over the Royals.

Devers put the Red Sox on the board in the third inning with an RBI double, and he proceeded to crack RBI singles in the fifth and eighth. It was the second time this season that Devers tallied four hits, and he has recorded at least one hit in seven of his last nine games, going 14-for-34 (.412) with one stolen base, two runs scored, one home run and 10 RBI over that span.

Altuve was removed during the third inning of Saturday's game against the Reds due to right hamstring tightness, Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Altuve drew a walk in his lone plate appearance in the first inning and came around to score before being replaced by Brendan Rodgers in the third. Altuve will undergo additional tests to determine the severity of the hamstring injury, but it puts him in jeopardy of missing Sunday's series finale. A prolonged absence would give Cam Smith and Chas McCormick more opportunities for playing time in the outfield.

Effross (hamstring) had his rehab assignment transferred to Double-A Somerset on Saturday.

Effross made one rehab appearance for the Yankees' Florida Complex League affiliate Tuesday, when he allowed one hit and struck out one batter in a scoreless inning without issuing a walk. He's in the final stages of his recovery from the Grade 2 left hamstring strain that he suffered in late February.

Santander is not in Saturday's starting lineup against the Mariners due to a shoulder injury, Keegan Matheson of MLB.com reports.

Santander has been receiving treatment on his shoulder after crashing into the stands in a pursuit of a foul ball during Thursday's game against the Angels, per Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet.ca. The outfielder will be out of the starting lineup for a second consecutive game as a result of his injury, but he could be available off the bench Saturday. George Springer will serve as the Blue Jays' designated hitter while Myles Straw, Daulton Varsho and Nathan Lukes start in the outfield with Santander out.

O'Neill is not in the Orioles' starting lineup against the Angels on Saturday.

O'Neill was reinstated from the 10-day injured list ahead of Friday's game, and he finished that contest 1-for-3 with a walk and a run scored. He'll be in the dugout for the start of Saturday's game while Heston Kjerstad, Cedric Mullins and Ryan O'Hearn man the outfield for the Orioles.

Mullins will start in center field and bat sixth against the Angels on Saturday.

Mullins has occupied the leadoff spot for the majority of the season. He has struggled at the plate as of late (1-for-26 with a solo home run and seven strikeouts over his last seven games), which has prompted Orioles manager Brandon Hyde to move the 30-year-old center fielder down in the batting order. Jackson Holliday will serve as Baltimore's leadoff hitter for Saturday's contest.

Holliday will start at second base and bat in the leadoff spot against the Angels on Saturday.

After being moved to the two hole Thursday, Holliday will lead things off for the Orioles on Saturday, a spot that has been occupied mostly by Cedric Mullins this season. Holliday has reached base safely in nine straight games, and over that span he has gone 11-for-30 (.367) with five runs scored, two home runs and four RBI.

Trout (knee) said Saturday that he has been swinging a bat and is aiming to begin a running progression early next week, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Trout landed on the 10-day injured list May 2 due to a bone bruise in his twice surgically repaired left knee, but the veteran outfielder relayed that the pain in his knee has since dissipated, per Greg Beacham of The Associated Press. The veteran outfielder is still dealing with some soreness, but it won't prevent him from trying to run again during the upcoming week. The Angels will assess Trout's condition once he starts running before getting a better idea regarding when he might be ready to return from the IL Before being shut down with the injury, Trout slashed .179/.264/.462 with two stolen bases, nine home runs and 18 RBI in 121 plate appearances.

Soler (groin) is not in Saturday's starting lineup against the Orioles, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Soler was scratched from the lineup before Friday's game due to groin tightness (though he was able to pinch hit in the eighth inning), and he is aiming to return to the lineup for Sunday's series finale, per Jack Janes of TheSportingTribune.com. Jo Adell will start in right field again and bat seventh against Orioles right-hander Kyle Gibson. Soler has gone 5-for-27 with one home run and five RBI since the beginning of May.
