Pepiot did not factor in the decision during Monday's loss to Houston. He allowed three runs on eight hits and a walk over six innings while striking out two.

Pepiot's start was better than the final line would suggest, outside of a three-run second inning by the Astros. All three runs came with two outs in the frame, starting with a solo shot by Victor Caratini. Pepiot has now produced six quality starts in 10 appearances this season, including three straight and five in his last six outings. Despite the overall consistency, he owns a disappointing 3.99 ERA with a 47:18 K:BB through 56.1 frames. Pepiot is currently lined up for a home start against Toronto this weekend.

Gordon did not factor in the decision during Monday's win over the Rays. He allowed three runs on five hits over 5.1 innings while striking out seven.

Gordon worked through four scoreless frames before coughing up a two-run shot to Danny Jansen in the fifth inning. Jose Caballero later knocked an RBI double in the sixth. Gordon generated eight whiffs on 83 total pitches after getting just two swinging strikes in his MLB debut. He's allowed three runs in each of his first two MLB starts, resulting in a 5.59 ERA over 9.2 frames. Should he see another turn in the rotation, Gordon would likely slot in at home against the Mariners this weekend.

Meyers went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, two runs scored, a stolen base and a walk in Monday's win over Tampa Bay.

Meyers walked, swiped second base and came around to score during Houston's three-run second inning. The team was held scoreless after that until the seventh when Meyers belted a go-ahead solo shot. It was his third home run of the year and first since his multi-homer performance May 3. Meyers is now slashing .301/.368/.426 with eight stolen bases and 10 extra-base hits through 154 plate appearances.

Hader threw a scoreless inning and earned a save against the Rays on Monday.

Hader had to deal with the speedy Chandler Simpson on base after he reached via catcher's interference to start the frame. Hader was able to retire the next three batters in order to close out the 4-3 victory. He's now converted each of his 12 save chances this season and lowered his ERA to 1.71 across 21 innings. Monday was Hader's first appearance without recording a strikeout since April 19.

DeBarge (wrist) is 6-for-16 with four RBI, three stolen bases and six runs scored in his last four games since returning from a wrist injury.

DeBarge missed one week of action after being struck by a pitch on his wrist earlier in the month, but he's shown no sign of slowing down since his return. The 21-year-old is now batting .294 with four home runs, 28 RBI, 20 stolen bags and 33 runs in 126 at-bats this season for the Kernels.

Gipson-Long (elbow/hip) struck out three and allowed one earned run on five hits over 2.2 innings Sunday in a rehab start with High-A West Michigan.

Gipson-Long tossed 46 pitches (30 strikes) in the third start of his rehab assignment, which began May 8 with Single-A Lakeland. The right-hander is in the process of building back up after undergoing Tommy John surgery last April and left hip surgery last July, and he should be on track for activation near the end of his 30-day rehab window. Expect Gipson-Long to eventually move his assignment to Triple-A Toledo, though it's unclear if he'll do so for his fourth rehab start, which will likely come this weekend.

Trout (knee) was spotted jogging in the outfield prior to Monday's game against the Athletics, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

This is another step in the right direction for Trout, who was cleared to begin hitting off a machine Friday and ran on an anti-gravity treadmill May 12. The club will presumably check in on the star outfielder Tuesday morning to see how he's feeling after Monday's activity. Trout remains without a firm timetable for a return from the 10-day injured list.

Long is expected to begin a rehab assignment with the Royals' Arizona Complex League team Tuesday.

Long has missed over a month of action while dealing with left elbow inflammation, but he's now set to return to the mound officially. The reliever struggled to a 12.86 ERA and 2.43 WHIP with six strikeouts over seven innings in seven appearances with Kansas City this year, and once healthy, he'll likely return to a low-leverage role in the bullpen.

Andujar was scratched from Monday's starting lineup against the Angels due to right rib soreness, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

This doesn't appear to be a significant injury for Andujar, who could be available off the bench Monday night, per manager Mark Kotsay. The team should have a better idea of Andujar's availability moving forward after re-evaluating him Tuesday morning.

Smith was promoted to Triple-A Toledo on Monday, Emily Waldon of Baseball America reports.

Smith has performed well through his first 12 appearances of the 2025 campaign at Double-A Erie, posting a 1.80 ERA and 0.80 WHIP with 27 strikeouts over 20.0 innings. He's found success strictly in a relief role this season after making 13 starts a season ago at High-A West Michigan.
