Hendricks did not factor into the decision Saturday against the Guardians, allowing four runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out six across 5.2 innings.

Hendricks kept the Guardians off the board through the first three innings, but he yielded at least one run in each of the next three frames, capped off by a Steven Kwan solo home run in the sixth. Hendricks has given up at least three earned runs in eight of his last nine starts, and his 5.34 ERA across 59 innings is fourth highest in the majors among qualified starters. He's slated to make his next start against the Mariners at home next weekend.

Santana went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 7-5 win over the Angels.

Santana tied things up at 5-5 in the seventh inning when he took Ryan Zeferjahn deep to right field for a solo home run. It was Santana's seventh home run of the season, five of which came in May. He'll end the month with a .994 OPS, 18 runs scored and 22 RBI across 100 plate appearances.

Cecconi did not factor into the decision in Saturday's game against the Angels. He allowed five runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out three across 4.1 innings.

Cecconi kept things scoreless through the first two innings before giving up five runs over the next three frames, including three home runs to Yoan Moncada, Taylor Ward and Jo Adell. It's the most runs Cecconi has given up across three starts this season, but he was able to avoid the loss as the Guardians' bats came alive from the fifth frame onward. Cecconi has a 5.28 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 17:5 K:BB across 15.1 innings this season. He's slated to face the Astros at home next weekend.

Clase pitched a perfect ninth inning in Saturday's 7-5 win over the Angels to record his 12th save of the season.

Clase needed only 10 pitches (seven strikes) to retire the side in the ninth. He'll finish the month of May with seven saves, and his 12 saves on the year is tied with Edwin Diaz and Mason Miller for ninth most in the majors. Clase has a 4.13 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 24:5 K:BB across 24 innings this season, as he's appeared to stabilize himself after a rough start to the campaign.

Arias went 2-for-4 with a run scored and a two-run double in Friday's 7-5 win over the Angels.

With the game tied 5-5, Arias gave the Guardians their first and only lead in the seventh inning, when his double to center field brought Bo Naylor and Daniel Schneemann home. Saturday was Arias' 11th multi-hit performance and ninth game with multiple RBIs this season. The 25-year-old shortstop is slashing .242/.303/.368 with two steals, four home runs and 24 RBI in 202 plate appearances this season.

Ramirez went 2-for-3 with two walks and a solo home run in Saturday's 7-5 win over the Angels.

Ramirez cut the Guardians' deficit to two runs in the fifth inning, when he took Kyle Hendricks deep to right field for a 357-foot solo home run. Saturday marked Ramirez's 22nd multi-hit game of the season, 13 of which have come in the last month. He'll end the month of May with a .386/.451/.634 slash line with eight steals, eight doubles, five home runs and 14 RBI in 113 plate appearances.

Kwan went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, a double and a steal in Saturday's 7-5 win over the Tigers.

Kwan doubled and singled in the third and fourth frames, respectively, before cutting the deficit to one run in the sixth on a solo home run to right field. It was the sixth time this season that Kwan has recorded at least three hits in a game, and four those games have come in May. He'll finish the month with a .308/.374/.413 slash line, four steals, eight doubles, one home run and five RBI in 115 plate appearances.

The Red Sox are expected to promote Guerrero from Triple-A Worcester on Sunday, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Guerrero has spent most of the season in Triple-A, where he has a 4.43 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 16:11 K:BB across 20.1 innings. He's made four appearances out of the Red Sox's bullpen this season and has allowed one run on three hits and three walks while striking out four across 5.1 innings.

The Red Sox are expected to promote Eaton from Triple-A Worcester on Sunday, Chris Henrique of the Boston Sports Journal reports.

Eaton signed a minor-league contract with the Red Sox in November after spending the entire 2024 season in Triple-A. He is slashing .277/.364/.446 with four steals, five home runs and 27 RBI across 225 plate appearances with Worcester this season. Assuming Eaton sees game action with the Red Sox, it will mark his first major-league outing since June of 2023 with the Royals.

Springer went 2-for-3 with a walk, two solo home runs and a third run scored in Saturday's 8-7 win over the A's.

Both blasts came off Gunnar Hoglund, with Springer taking the rookie right-hander deep in the third and fifth innings. The 35-year-old outfielder is up to eight homers on the season, including three in the last three games as he emerges from a slump that had seen him slash .098/.260/.171 with zero RBI over his prior 14 contests.
