Thomas (foot) went through a full pre-game workout Saturday, MLB.com reports.

Thomas, who was placed on the 10-day injured list retroactive to May 27, resumed running earlier this week and is eligible to return at any time. He was batting just .119 at the time of his IL placement, but if Thomas can find his swing after an injury-plagued start to the season, the Guardians could use him. Cleveland center fielders (.190) and right fielders (.179) rank last in batting average in MLB.

The Twins reinstated Coulombe (forearm) from the 15-day injured list Sunday.

Minnesota cleared a spot for Coulombe on the 26-man roster by moving Zebby Matthews (shoulder) to the injured list. Though Jhoan Duran maintains a firm grip on the Twins' closing gig, Coulombe had been a sneaky source of fantasy value in his setup role prior to landing on the shelf May 18 due to an extensor strain in his left forearm. In addition to scooping up two saves, two holds and one win in 19 appearances, Coulombe has yet to allow a run this season with 19 strikeouts over 16.2 innings.

Sewald (shoulder) threw a bullpen session Saturday featuring fastballs only, MLB.com reports.

Sewald was added to the 15-day injured list in late April, and a few days later, manager Stephen Vogt said the right-hander would be out "a while." Sewald's been getting weekly checkups, and it appears he's ready to ramp up. He'll need to check the usual boxes before returning to the Guardians by throwing all his pitches in bullpen sessions before facing live hitters and then heading out on a rehab assignment.

Gipson-Long is scheduled to start Tuesday's game in Baltimore, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.

The 27-year-old righty could be at risk of a demotion to the bullpen or Triple-A Toledo once the likes of Reese Olson (finger), Jackson Jobe (elbow) and Alex Cobb (hip) return from the injured list, but Gipson-Long will get at least one more turn through the Detroit rotation. In his first big-league start since 2023 following a lengthy recovery from Tommy John surgery and hip surgery, Gipson-Long took a no-decision against the White Sox on Wednesday, covering 3.2 innings and striking out three while allowing three earned runs on five hits and one walk. He tossed 70 pitches in that start but could push up to the 80-to-90 range during his upcoming outing.

The Rays optioned Sulser to Triple-A Durham on Sunday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

The right-hander hadn't given up a run in his past six appearances but will still be sent down in favor of Ian Seymour, who can provide a bit more length out of the bullpen. Sulser's 3.09 ERA and 1.20 WHIP through 10 big-league outings this season should be enough for him to get another look with Tampa Bay later this season.

The Rays recalled Seymour from Triple-A Durham on Sunday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

The left-hander was scheduled to start for Durham on Sunday, but he'll instead receive his first taste of the majors since the Rays are in need of some fresh bullpen arms. Seymour has a 2.95 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 84:15 K:BB across 61 innings (12 starts) at Triple-A this season.

Walls went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a double and an additional RBI in Saturday's 11-10 extra-inning loss to the Marlins.

Walls is currently in the midst of his best stretch of the season, posting his third multi-hit game in a row Saturday. The 28-year-old has gone 6-for-12 with two doubles, a home run and five RBI over the three-game stretch and could be included in the lineup on a more frequent basis while he's wielding a hot bat.

Jansen went 3-for-4 with a double, a two-run home run and three total runs scored during Saturday's 11-10 extra-inning loss against the Marlins.

The bottom of the lineup ruled the day for the Rays, and Jansen was a big part of it with his second three-hit game of the season. The 30-year-old is slashing .200/.320/.354 with five home runs and 14 RBI this year.

Morel went 3-for-3 with a double, two homers, three runs scored and four RBI during Saturday's 11-10 loss to the Marlins.

Getting a start against lefty Ryan Weathers (head/arm), Morel accounted for 10 total bases in only three at-bats before being replaced for defensive reasons by Josh Lowe in the top of the eighth inning. Morel's two home runs brought his season total up to five, and his four RBI represented his first in 23 games.

Bellinger went 2-for-3 with a walk, three runs and two stolen bases in a loss to the Red Sox on Saturday.

Bellinger made things happen when he got on base, notching his first multi-steal performance of the campaign. The veteran outfielder is enjoying a strong start to June, reaching base in all six of his games so far and slashing .350/.435/.600 with a home run, three RBI, five runs and three thefts during that stretch. Bellinger had a slow start to the campaign but has since pushed his OPS up to .793, which would be his second-highest mark since his NL MVP campaign with the Dodgers in 2019.
