Alexander (4-7) was the pitcher of record in Friday's 7-1 win over the Blue Jays after striking out two batters while giving up four hits and no walks in four innings of relief.

Davis Martin had initially been scheduled to start Friday, but he was instead placed on the injured list prior to the game due to a right forearm strain. As a result, the White Sox had right-hander Grant Taylor step in for a spot start, though he covered just one inning before turning the game over to Alexander. The veteran lefty delivered a quality performance in the extended relief outing, retiring 12 of the 14 batters he faced on 49 pitches. The White Sox will have an opening in the rotation the next time Martin's turn comes up Wednesday versus the Diamondbacks, and Alexander might have performed well enough Friday to serve as a starter or primary pitcher in that outing over Mike Vasil, who was roughed up for six runs in 3.2 innings against the Cardinals on Thursday.

Lowe 1-for-4 with a double, an RBI, a walk and three runs scored Friday against the Tigers.

Lowe has had an up-and-down June but has at least one hit in six of his last seven games. He scored multiple runs in a contest for the second time in that span Friday, and he's gone 7-for-23 with one home run, four RBI, seven runs scored and a stolen base since June 13.

Misner went 2-for-5 with two RBI on Friday against the Tigers.

Misner has gone through a tough stretch at the plate, tallying only 11 hits across his last 27 games and 67 at-bats. However, he delivered Friday with a pair of RBI singles -- one of which came on a bunt. Despite his slump, Misner has started 13 of 18 games in June thanks to his defensive work in the outfield.

Mead went 2-for-2 with three walks, three runs and an RBI in Friday's 14-8 win over the Tigers.

Mead made just his seventh start against a right-handed pitcher for the season, filling in at third base Friday for Junior Caminero. He took advantage of the opportunity by reaching base in every plate appearance while scoring multiple runs in a game for the second time on the campaign. Mead is hitting a solid .250/.336/.385 across 110 plate appearances this season, but his playing time is too sporadic to make him useful outside of AL-only leagues.

Ryan (7-3) took the loss Friday against the Brewers, giving up three runs on three hits and three walks in 5.1 innings. He struck out seven.

It was a rather pedestrian effort overall from Ryan, but he did fan at least seven for the seventh time this year. Ryan has done an excellent job of limiting hits, as he's allowed five or fewer on 13 occasions among his 15 outings, but he's now walked multiple batters in four straight appearances and five of his last six. Over his last 10 outings (58.1 frames), Ryan owns a strong 2.62 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 68:17 K:BB, and he next projects to face the Mariners at home.

Thaiss went 3-for-4 with a walk, a double and four RBI in Friday's 14-8 win over Detroit.

Thaiss gave the Rays a four-run lead in the first inning with a two-run double before driving in two more runs on separate RBI singles in the sixth and eighth. It was Thaiss's fifth multi-hit game and second multi-RBI contest this season. Since being acquired by the Rays in late May, he has gone 9-for-28 (.321) with four runs scored, five walks and five RBI.

Diaz went 3-for-5 with two solo home runs in Friday's 14-8 win over the Tigers.

Diaz set the tone with a leadoff home run in the first inning before tacking on another solo shot in the fifth to extend the Rays' lead to six runs. Diaz is in the midst of an 11-game hitting streak and has reached base safely in each of his last 15 games. He has a scorching .468 batting average (22-for-47) with 10 runs scored, four home runs and 10 RBI during his current hitting streak.

Baz (7-3) earned the win against the Tigers on Friday, allowing five runs on four hits and four walks while striking out six across 5.1 innings.

Baz kept the Tigers off the board through the first two frames before yielding a three-run homer to Riley Greene in the third. Baz was tagged for two more runs in the sixth after being lifted, but he got enough run support to come away with his second straight win. Baz's 4.79 ERA (across 82.2 innings) is seventh highest among qualified starters in the American League this season, but his seven wins are tied for sixth in the AL. He'll look to make it three wins in a row in his next start, tentatively slated for next week on the road against the Royals.

Keith went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Friday's 14-8 loss to Tampa Bay.

Keith cut into the Rays' lead with a two-run long ball to right field in the ninth inning. Keith has had an up-and-down 2025 campaign, but he has been better in June with a .279/.360/.488 slash line with three doubles, two home runs and eight RBI in 50 plate appearances. He has yet to log a steal after swiping seven bags across 148 games in 2024.

Greene went 3-for-4 with one walk, two home runs and three RBI in Friday's 14-8 loss to the Rays.

Greene got the Tigers on the board in the third inning with a three-run homer to center field, and he tacked on another run in the eighth with a solo shot to right. It was Greene's third multi-homer game of the season, and his 17 homers are tied with Junior Caminero for fourth most in the American League. Greene has reached base safely in 11 consecutive games, and over that span he has gone 16-for-43 (.372) with eight runs scored, four doubles, four home runs and 17 RBI.
