Anderson's gone 12-for-28 (.429) over the last eight games since getting a breather May 16, boosting his slash line on the season back up to .337/.369/.506 with eight homers, 13 steals, 25 RBI and 28 runs in 46 contests, and the only thing holding back his fantasy value even slightly is manager Rick Renteria's insistence on hitting Anderson towards the bottom of the order against right-handed pitching.

Story went 2-for-4 with a pair of two-run home runs in Friday's 8-6 win over the Orioles.

Story's seventh-inning blast was the 100th homer of his career, a feat the shortstop accomplished in 449 games. He didn't stay on the milestone for long, going yard again in the ninth inning for a walkoff. Story has 13 homers, 35 RBI and 41 runs scored in 50 games this season.

Bogaerts went 1-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in Friday's 4-3 loss to the Astros.

The shortstop is putting together an impressive month of May, slashing .305/.380/.549 through 19 games with five homers and 17 RBI. Bogaerts is demonstrating that last year's breakout was no fluke, but the 26-year-old may not have found his ceiling yet.

Crawford (eye) isn't in Friday's starting lineup against the Diamondbacks, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.

Crawford is set to miss his second straight contest while battling pink eye. Donovan Solano gets the call at shortstop and will hit second with Crawford out of the mix.

Urena was optioned to Triple-A Buffalo on Friday.

Urena heads back to Buffalo after a week in the majors, with Cavan Biggio and Lourdes Gurriel getting called up Friday. Urena struck out five times in eight at-bats during the brief major-league stint, in which he received a pair of starts at second base.

Crawford's absence from Thursday's game against the Braves was due to conjunctivitis (pink eye), John Shea of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Crawford was reportedly available off the bench but did not appear at any point in the Giants' 13-inning loss. Donovan Solano handled shortstop duties in his absence and could do so again Friday should Crawford's eye not be fully healed.

The speedy shortstop made his at-bats count in a dominant win against the Astros, reaching base three times including an RBI single. Anderson has been turning up the heat again, and overall, he's slashing .326/.359/.491 to go with 25 RBI, 13 stolen bases and eight home runs.

Adames went 3-for-4 with a home run, double and two runs scored in Thursday's 7-2 victory over the Indians.

Adames was a triple shy of the cycle after registering a solo home run, a double and a single off starter Adam Plutko. Despite some struggles at the plate this year, the 23-year-old now has four home runs, three of which came in the last six games. His line improves to .245/.315./.395 with eight doubles, 24 runs scored and 11 RBI.

Tejada was promoted to Triple-A Syracuse on Friday, Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports.

Tejada got a late start to game action this spring but moves up from Double-A Binghamton after just two games. He's still not on the Mets' 40-man roster, however, so his return to the big leagues doesn't appear imminent.

Urena is expected to be sent back to Triple-A Buffalo on Friday, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Urena's latest trip to the big leagues will last just one week. He went 0-for-8 with five strikeouts over that stretch. He'll join Billy McKinney in heading to Buffalo, with Cavan Biggio and Lourdes Gurriel set to be recalled.
