Guardians' Joey Cantillo: Hit hard in loss
Cantillo (2-4) took the loss Friday against Houston, pitching 3.2 innings while allowing three runs on six hits and two walks. He struck out seven.
The Cleveland southpaw entered this contest on a hot streak, posting a 1.10 ERA across 16.1 innings in September, but he struggled in this 93-pitch outing. Cantillo wraps up his rookie campaign with a 4.89 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 44:15 K:BB across 38.1 innings.
