The Brewers acquired Priester from the Red Sox on Monday in exchange for Yophery Rodriguez, a Competitive Balance Round A draft pick, and a player to be named later or cash considerations.

Priester had been at Triple-A Worcester, where he allowed two runs with a 6:0 K:BB over four innings in his first start. He will join the major-league club in Milwaukee and should immediately slide into a rotation that's been hit hard by injuries. It's the second time since last summer that Priester has been traded, as he went from the Pirates to the Red Sox for Nick Yorke in July.

Hart allowed five runs on two hits and four walks in just two-thirds of an inning Sunday against the Cubs. He did not factor into the decision.

Hart was staked to a three-run lead in the top half of the first inning, but that advantage quickly disappeared. He walked four Cubs and didn't make it out of the frame. Hart's day finished with the bases loaded and the game tied at 3-3, and he was charged two more runs on two balks by Logan Gillaspie. It was a step in the wrong direction after Hart earned a win in his MLB debut. He'll look to bounce back in a home start versus the Rockies next weekend.

Brown allowed five runs on seven hits and four walks while striking out five over four innings Sunday versus the Padres. He did not factor into the decision.

Brown needed 35 pitches to complete a disastrous first inning during which he allowed three runs while facing all nine batters in the Padres lineup. He responded with consecutive scoreless innings but surrendered a two-out, two-run homer to Jackson Merrill in the fourth. Brown's shaky command returned after he showed some improvement his last time out. He hasn't looked comfortable as a starter yet and lines up for a difficult matchup on the road against the Dodgers next weekend.

Dollander (1-0) allowed four runs on seven hits and a walk while striking out six over five innings in a win Sunday versus the Athletics.

Dollander was hurt by the long ball, allowing a two-run shot to Tyler Soderstrom in the first and a solo blast to Lawrence Butler in the fifth. He did show plenty of promise, topping out at 99.3 MPH with his fastball and getting out of an impressive bases-loaded jam in the fourth with back-to-back strikeouts. Dollander will have his work cut out for him in his next start, which is set to be on the road versus the Padres.

Pallante did not factor in the decision during a loss to Boston in Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader. He allowed two runs on four hits and three walks over 4.1 innings while striking out six.

Pallante rolled through three shutout frames before David Hamilton put Boston on the board with an RBI single in the fourth inning. Rafael Devers followed that up with a solo shot in the fifth. Pallante threw 53 of 92 pitches for strikes and generated 12 whiffs. He owns a 3.86 ERA with a 9:5 K:BB through 9.1 innings. Pallante's next start is lined up to be a home matchup with the Phillies.

Mikolas (0-1) yielded nine runs (eight earned) on 11 hits and a walk over 2.2 innings while taking a loss in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader against Boston. He struck out one.

Mikolas coughed up a run in the first inning, and the Red Sox really picked it up from there. Boston plated five runs in the second and four in the third, and Mikolas was eventually chased after a whopping 81 pitches. His ERA shot up to 11.25 with a 4:3 K:BB through eight innings. Mikolas will continue looking for his first win in his next outing, which is projected to be at home against Philadelphia next weekend.

Bellozo is expected to be promoted from Triple-A Jacksonville to start Monday's game versus the Mets, Daniel Alvarez-Montes of ElExtraBase.com reports.

Bellozo will return to the big-league roster after being sent down to Jacksonville last week. The right-hander made the team's Opening Day rotation and tossed 4.1 innings of one-run ball against the Pirates on March 29. Bellozo could be in line for another brief stay with the big club, as he'll be filling in Monday for Sandy Alcantara (personal), who will likely rejoin the rotation later on this week while he temporarily steps away from the team following the birth of his cild.

Abbott (shoulder) allowed two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out four over 4.1 innings for Triple-A Louisville on Sunday.

Abbott made his second rehab start and reached 92 pitches on the day. The left-hander will work a side bullpen session Tuesday, per Mark Sheldon of MLB.com, and the Reds will need to make a decision on whether to give him another rehab start or activate him. Abbott, who was placed on the 15-day injured list retroactive to March 24, is eligible to return April 9.

Hicks allowed three runs on six hits and a walk over 5.1 innings in a no-decision against Seattle on Sunday. He struck out five in the victory.

Hicks was not as sharp as he was in his 2025 debut. He kept the Mariners' bats in check for the most part but coughed up solo homers to Julio Rodriguez and Cal Raleigh in the first and third innings, respectively. Hicks generated 10 swinging strikes, including five with his sweeper. He's sporting a 2.38 ERA with an 11:3 K:BB through 11.1 frames. Hicks is lined up for a tough matchup in Yankee Stadium next weekend.

Williams (1-0) earned the win against the Diamondbacks on Sunday, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks with six strikeouts over five innings.

Williams wasn't particularly efficient, throwing 57 strikes on 97 pitches with 10 whiffs, but he battled to extend his run of starts allowing three runs or fewer to 17. According to the Nationals, that ties him with Max Scherzer for the longest such streak in team history. On the season, the 32-year-old owns a 5.40 ERA, 1.70 WHIP and 9:2 K:BB across 10 innings. He's scheduled to make his next start on the road against the Marlins next weekend.
