Yu Darvish SP | SD
Dodgers' Yu Darvish: Takes mound for Game 7
Darvish will start Game 7 of the World Series against the Astros on Wednesday, Dylan Hernandez of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Darvish allowed four earned runs off six hits and one walk in 1.2 innings during Friday's Game 3 loss in Houston, but receives a shot at redemption from manager Dave Roberts in the winner-take-all Game 7. He will once again be opposed by Lance McCullers, as both pitchers are coming in on normal rest. During Darvish's first two postseason starts prior to Game 3 on Friday, the right-hander allowed just two earned runs while striking out 14 over 11.1 innings to help the Dodgers reach the World Series.

Hill was confirmed as the starting pitcher for Game 6 of the World Series against the Astros on Tuesday.
As expected, Hill will match up against Justin Verlander in what is an elimination game for Los Angeles. The veteran southpaw was pulled after just 60 pitches in an otherwise effective Game 2 start. Hill owns a 2.76 ERA this postseason with 19 strikeouts in 13 innings.

Brewers' Chase Anderson: Agrees to contract extension with Brewers
Anderson signed a two-year contract extension with Milwaukee that guarantees $11.75 million through 2019, with club options for 2020 and 2021, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
In total, this deal could wind up netting Anderson over $31 million once incentives kick in, and will keep the right-hander in Milwaukee for the foreseeable future following his phenomenal 2017 season. Over this past year, he accumulated a 2.74 ERA and 1.09 WHIP while posting a 12-4 record during 25 starts. It appears as though Anderson will receive a salary of just over $4 million for 2018, and $6 million in 2019, with club options for $8.5 and $9.5 million, respectively, for the following two seasons.

Yu Darvish SP | SD
Dodgers' Yu Darvish: Starting Game 3 of World Series
Darvish will start Game 3 of the World Series against the Astros on Friday, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.
After throwing for a 3.44 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over nine starts with the Dodgers following a trade from the Rangers at the end of July, Darvish has been absolutely dialed in during the postseason. He's gone 2-0 over his two starts (11.1 innings) and logged a 14:1 K:BB while allowing just two runs. He'll look to carry his recent success into Friday's game against a high-powered Houston offense.
