The Brewers optioned Myers to Triple-A Nashville on Sunday.

Myers was with the big club for a couple weeks as a bullpen piece, tossing three scoreless innings across two appearances. The right-hander will presumably rejoin the rotation at Nashville, where he's posted a 2.93 ERA and 54:16 K:BB over 58.1 frames covering 11 starts.

Fedde will start Tuesday against the Royals at Kauffman Stadium in his Atlanta debut.

Fedde was acquired from the Cardinals via trade Sunday to help supplement a rotation that's been decimated by injuries. The right-hander had been designated for assignment by St. Louis after he was torched for 26 earned runs with an 8:11 K:BB over his last 17.2 innings.

Reds manager Terry Francona said Saturday that Spiers will require season-ending Tommy John surgery on his right elbow, Pat Brennan of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Spiers had been in the midst of a rehab assignment at Triple-A Louisville while working his way back from a shoulder impingement, but he was pulled off the assignment about a week ago after experiencing soreness in his right biceps. He underwent a couple of MRIs since then, and a second opinion confirmed that Tommy John surgery was necessary. No date has been set for Spiers' procedure, but the surgery will be performed by renowned arm specialist Dr. Keith Meister. In addition to missing the remainder of the season, Spiers will be at risk of missing the entire 2026 campaign as well.

Miley (forearm) has increased his throwing distance off flat ground to 120 feet, MLB.com reports.

Miley, who was placed on the 15-day injured list June 20 due to a left flexor strain, has been working his way through a throwing program. He's expected to throw off a mound in a bullpen session Friday.

Irvin (8-5) picked up the win Sunday against Minnesota, allowing two runs on five hits and no walks across seven innings. He struck out two.

Irvin hadn't pitched into the seventh inning in his previous 10 starts, and Sunday's outing tied his fewest runs allowed during that stretch. Irvin hadn't had a start without a walk since June 21. In 126.2 innings this season, Irvin has a 4.69 ERA and an 86:41 K:BB. He'll look to keep rolling next weekend against Milwaukee.

Woodruff didn't factor into the decision Sunday against Miami, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks with six strikeouts over six innings.

Woodruff made his fourth appearance of the 2025 campaign and notched his third quality start. The 32-year-old has picked up right where he left off before suffering a shoulder injury in October of 2023, posting a 2.01 ERA and a 29:3 K:BB over 22.1 innings. Woodruff didn't walk a batter during his first three starts before issuing three free passes Sunday. He's on track to pitch at Washington next weekend.

Perez didn't factor into the decision Sunday against Milwaukee, allowing one run on two hits and two walks across five innings. He struck out six.

Perez's outstanding stretch of play continued Sunday, as he allowed fewer than three runs for a fifth consecutive outing. He's allowed fewer than four hits in all but one of those appearances. In nine starts this season, the 22-year-old has a 3.07 ERA and a 46:15 K:BB across 44 innings. He's tentatively scheduled to face the Cardinals his next time out.

Senga allowed three runs on four hits and five walks while striking out three over five innings in a no-decision versus the Giants on Sunday.

Senga had trouble finding the strike zone, throwing just 55 of 92 pitches for strikes. He has now allowed seven runs with a 12:10 K:BB over 12 innings across three starts since returning from a month-long absence due to a hamstring injury. Overall, his 2.00 ERA remains elite, but it's backed by a 1.21 WHIP and 82:41 K:BB through 85.2 innings over 16 starts, which suggest he's had more than his fair share of good luck. Senga is tentatively projected to make his next start at home in a rematch with the Giants.

Singer (8-8) yielded a run on three hits and a walk over 7.1 innings Sunday, striking out eight and earning a win over the Rays.

Singer was outstanding Sunday, rolling through seven shutout frames before Taylor Walls knocked a solo shot in the eighth. Singer threw 67 of 97 pitches for strikes and forced 16 whiffs, tying his season best. It was his first scoreless start since his season debut March 31. His dominant outing snapped a 0-4 skid over his previous six appearances. During that losing streak, he posted a 6.18 ERA. Singer dropped his season ERA to 4.60 with a 101:43 K:BB across 109.2 frames. His next outing is projected to be at home against Atlanta.

Gallen (7-12) allowed four runs on five hits and a walk over six innings Sunday, striking out five and taking a loss against Pittsburgh.

Gallen ran into some trouble early, allowing a run in the second inning and two in the third. Arizona couldn't bring a run home against Paul Skenes and the Pirates' bullpen, leading to Gallen's third consecutive loss. Gallen has given up at least four runs in seven of his last nine outings, registering a 6.24 ERA during that span. His season ERA is up to 5.60 alongside a 121:47 K:BB through 127 frames. Gallen's name has been floated around as a potential trade piece, but he's currently projected to take the mound on the road against the Athletics next weekend.
