Senzatela (2-7) was tagged with the loss Sunday against the Reds after allowing five runs on eight hits while striking out four across six innings.

Senzatela has dropped three of his last four decisions and is currently among the leaders in MLB in the loss department, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's been awful on the mound. In fact, Sunday's outing snapped a streak of four appearances in which Senzatela had given up two or fewer earned runs. He owns a 4.86 ERA across 70.1 innings this season and is expected to make his upcoming start against the Brewers at home next week.

Manager Dave Martinez said Sunday that Strasburg (neck) is scheduled to meet with a specialist soon before the Nationals determine the next step in his recovery from nerve irritation, Matt Weyrich of NBC Sports Washington reports.

Strasburg has yet to resume throwing since he was placed on the 10-day injured list June 2 with a neck strain, as the Nationals are waiting for his nerve irritation to subside before clearing him to play catch. The meeting with a specialist could shed more light on a potential timeline for Strasburg's return, but it's clear at this point that the Nationals are viewing him as week-to-week rather than day-to-day. Erick Fedde is expected to serve as Washington's No. 5 starter for the duration of Strasburg's absence.

Houser allowed two runs on seven hits over 5.2 innings in Sunday's win over the Pirates. He struck out two and did not factor in the decision.

Houser worked through five innings of one-run ball before a solo shot by Jacob Stallings chased him from the game with two outs in the sixth frame. His ERA dropped slightly to 3.62 through 64.2 innings this season. He's allowed two or fewer runs in four straight outings and seven of his last eight. Houser is lined up to face the Rockies in Colorado next weekend.

Nola (5-4) allowed three hits and one walk while striking out nine in 7.2 scoreless innings to earn the win against the Yankees on Sunday.

Nola had given up at least three runs in each of his last two starts, but he returned to form Sunday with his first scoreless outing in nearly two months. The right-hander didn't allow more than one baserunner in any inning against the Yankees and has now earned wins in two of his last three appearances. He's posted a 3.69 ERA and 1.14 WHIP in 83 innings across 14 starts this year. Nola tentatively lines up to make his next start on the road against San Francisco on Saturday.

Cueto (4-3) allowed five runs (four earned) on nine hits and three walks while striking out two in 5.1 innings to take the loss against the Nationals on Sunday.

Cueto has now given up at least four runs in three of his last four starts, and the Nationals offense got hot early Sunday to put the right-hander in line for the loss. Across his first 10 starts of the season, the 35-year-old has posted a 4.00 ERA and 1.35 WHIP in 54 innings. He tentatively lines up to make his next start at home against the Phillies on Friday.

Garrett is slated to start Monday's game against the Cardinals in St. Louis.

Despite displaying shaky control (three walks in four innings) in his first start of the season Wednesday in Miami versus the Rockies, Garrett will get another turn through the rotation. More than anything, the Marlins' lack of healthy starting pitchers is allowing Garrett to stick in the rotation for the time being, but he could be at risk of losing his spot soon with Cody Poteet (knee) having resumed a throwing program since being placed on the injured list June 5.

Lopez (2-4) allowed four runs on six hits and two walks with two strikeouts in three innings, taking the loss versus Atlanta on Sunday.

Lopez allowed three of his hits and both walks, as well as a hit batter, in the first inning alone, which saw Atlanta jump out to a three-run lead. Austin Riley added a solo home run in the third inning. Sunday's start was the shortest of the year for Lopez, who has been solid more often than not with a 3.12 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 78:21 K:BB across 78 innings. He'll look to bounce back in his next outing, tentatively scheduled for next weekend's road series against the Cubs.

Smyly (3-3) allowed two runs on six hits and a walk with six strikeouts in five innings to earn the win over Miami on Sunday.

Smyly collected his first win since May 14, but it wasn't an easy outing. The southpaw needed 91 pitches (64 strikes) to get through five innings. The 32-year-old completed five innings for the seventh time in 11 starts this year. He has a 5.63 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 49:20 K:BB in 56 innings overall. Smyly lines up for a home start versus St. Louis next weekend.

Lucchesi allowed a run on four hits and a walk and struck out six in five innings in a no-decision versus San Diego on Sunday.

Lucchesi got off to a rough start when he allowed a leadoff home run to Tommy Pham in the first inning, but the southpaw settled down after that. He was denied a win after San Diego rallied for the lead in the seventh. Lucchesi has a 5.18 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 36:9 K:BB across 33 innings this year. He's given up just three runs in his last 17.1 innings, so he'll look to carry some momentum into his next start, which is expected to be in Washington during next weekend's series.

Paddack (3-5) allowed two runs on six hits and struck out nine over six innings to earn the win Sunday versus the Mets.

The only damage on the 25-year-old's line was a two-run home run by Jose Peraza in the fifth inning. Paddack has posted quality starts in four of his last five outings, and he also notched a season high with nine strikeouts Sunday. He's pitched to a 4.14 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 57:13 K:BB across 58.2 innings this year. The right-hander lines up for a home start versus Cincinnati next week.
