The Marlins transferred Luzardo (forearm) on Tuesday from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day IL, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

Luzardo has resided on the IL since May 15 due to a left forearm strain and only recently resumed throwing a few days ago, so it's not a major surprise that the Marlins elected to move him to the 60-day IL. Even if he hits no further snags in his recovery from the injury, he'll still likely need at least three weeks to get stretched back out for starting duty with the big club, so Luzardo could very well remain sidelined through the All-Star break. The transaction temporarily removes Luzardo from the 40-man roster and opens up a spot for reliever Jimmy Yacabonis, whose contract was selected from Triple-A Jacksonville in a corresponding move.

Cabrera was placed on the 15-day injured list due to right elbow tendinitis Wednesday, retroactive to June 13, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

Cabrera struggled during Sunday's start against the Astros, as he gave up five runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out two in 3.2 innings to take his first loss of the season. It's possible his injury played a role in his lackluster results, and he'll be forced to miss at least two weeks. Daniel Castano was recalled from Triple-A Jacksonville to start Wednesday's game against the Phillies, and he'll likely have a chance to remain in the rotation while Cabrera is sidelined.

The Phillies plan to call up Falter from Triple-A Lehigh Valley to start one game of Friday's doubleheader in Washington, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

Ranger Suarez is scheduled to start the other game of the twin bill, but the Phillies have yet to decide in what order he and Falter will take the hill. Before being sent down to Triple-A on May 29, Falter made four of his six appearances out of the bullpen, but he's worked exclusively as a starter in the minors. Over his five outings with Lehigh Valley this season, Falter has produced a microscopic 1.54 ERA and 0.69 WHIP while striking out 33.7 percent of the batters he's faced. Falter will likely be making just one start with the Phillies before he's optioned back to Triple-A.

Senzatela gave up three earned runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out four in a 4-3 extra-inning loss to the Guardians on Tuesday. He did not factor into the decision.

Senzatela pieced together a quality start despite only racking up four strikeouts. His strikeout percentage is in the lowest one percentile of all eligible pitchers and he has an abysmal 4.6 K/9 this season, which is markedly down from his career 6.0 K/9 number. The problems here cannot be chalked up to Senzatela's notoriously hitter-friendly home park. In 2022, he has a 6.75 ERA on the road. The Rockies continue to trot him out there every five days, so he lines up for his next start versus the Padres on Sunday.

Hendricks gave up one earned run on four hits and no walks while striking out six over five innings in a 12-5 loss to the Padres on Tuesday. He did not factor into the decision.

Hendricks found some success against the Padres on extra rest Tuesday, holding them to only one earned run and issuing no free passes. However, Hendricks threw a mere 78 pitches and has pitched six-plus innings on only two occasions this season. His 4.95 ERA is the highest of his nine-year career, and after a rough 2021 campaign, the once-reliable 32-year-old appears to be on a downward trajectory while battling shoulder fatigue. Look for him to start Sunday versus Atlanta.

Mikolas (5-4) picked up the win in the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Pirates, giving up one unearned run on one hit and one walk over 8.2 innings. He struck out six.

The right-hander allowed his unearned run in the fourth inning after Bryan Reynolds got aboard on a Juan Yepez error, but the only hit off Mikolas didn't come until there were two outs in the ninth inning, as Cal Mitchell ripped a ground-rule double on Mikolas' 129th and final pitch. Mikolas had to settle for his second straight quality start and eighth of the year in 13 starts, and he'll take a 2.62 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 66:16 K:BB through 82.1 innings into his next outing.

Keuchel allowed four runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out four for the Diamondbacks' affiliate in the Arizona Complex League on Monday.

This was Keuchel's first game action with the organization after signing a minor-league contract last week. He threw about 80 pitches and did "fairly well," Arizona pitching coach Brent Strom told Theo Mackie of the Arizona Republic. The coach was pleased with the number of strikes thrown and the lefty's signature sinker; the downside was the fastball was not where Strom wanted to see it. Strom and Keuchel have history from when the two were with the Astros, and the coach will monitor the pitcher's off-day throwing session Thursday.

Davies allowed six hits and struck out seven over seven shutout innings in a no-decision versus the Reds on Tuesday. He didn't walk a batter.

This was Davies' third straight quality start, but he was outplayed by Reds starter Tyler Mahle (12 strikeouts in nine shutout innings). Despite allowing just three runs in his last 20.2 innings, Davies has taken no-decisions in all three starts in that span. The right-hander owns a 3.78 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 57:22 K:BB across 69 innings in 13 starts overall. He's in line for a road start versus the Padres next week.

Mahle allowed just three hits and no walks with 12 strikeouts in nine shutout innings, but he took a no-decision Tuesday versus the Diamondbacks.

Mahle pitched one of the best games of his career, but the Reds' offense couldn't scrape together a run until the 10th inning. He's recorded double-digit strikeouts in his last two starts, and he's turned in quality starts in six of his last seven outings. The right-hander's excellent game Tuesday dropped his ERA from 5.07 to 4.46 with a 1.23 WHIP and 86:30 K:BB through 74.2 innings overall. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect a repeat performance in his next start, which is projected to be a home start versus the Dodgers next week, but Mahle has been in excellent form over the last month-plus.

Gonsolin (8-0) allowed a hit and two walks over 6.1 scoreless innings to earn the win over the Angels on Tuesday. He struck out six.

Gonsolin pitched into the seventh inning, which has been a rarity for him throughout his career. The Angels couldn't get anything going against the right-hander, who has now allowed only three runs in 33 innings at home in 2022. He lowered his ERA to 1.42 with a 0.82 WHIP and 60:20 K:BB across 63.1 innings in 12 starts overall. Gonsolin projects for a favorable road start against the Reds next week.
