Woodruff (9-3) earned the win Friday at Boston after allowing one run on four hits with nine strikeouts and two walks over 6.1 innings.

Woodruff generated 19 swinging strikes on 101 total pitches, and he kept the Red Sox off the board besides besides giving up a run on back-to-back doubles during the sixth inning. The right-hander has been dominant in six starts since returning from the injured list in late June with a 4-0 record, 2.06 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 48:11 K:BB across 35 frames.

DeGrom (shoulder) will start Tuesday's game against the Nationals, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

DeGrom made four starts during his recent rehab assignment, and he posted a 2.84 ERA and 0.87 WHIP in 12.2 innings. While he gave up four runs in four innings during Wednesday's outing, he felt good afterward and will make his 2022 debut Tuesday on an extra day of rest. The right-hander threw 67 pitches during his most recent start, so it's possible that he'll have his workload monitored during Tuesday's matchup in Washington.

Quintana didn't factor into the decision in Friday's 4-2 extra-inning loss to the Phillies, allowing four hits and two walks over 5.2 scoreless innings while striking out four.

The veteran lefty didn't let a baserunner get past first base through five innings, but Quintana ran into trouble in the sixth and fell just short of a quality start as a result, exiting with the bases loaded and two outs. Fortunately for his line, Yerry De Los Santos got Nick Castellanos to fly out to end the threat, although the Bucs' bullpen ultimately imploded and cost Quintana the win. Even with a rough outing in Coors Field on his ledger, he's been sharp over the last month-plus, and Quintana sports a 3.23 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 34:9 K:BB through 39 innings over his last seven starts while serving up zero homers.

Falter didn't factor into the decision in Friday's 4-2 extra-inning win over the Pirates, giving up two runs on five hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out eight.

The eight punchouts were a career high for the southpaw, while the quality start was his first in the majors. Falter is still looking for his first win this season for the Phillies, and while he has an impressive 24:5 K:BB through 19 innings over four starts in July, he's also served up five homers and carries a 5.21 ERA during that stretch.

Urias gave up two earned runs on four hits and no walks while striking out four over seven innings to earn the win in a 5-4 victory over the Rockies on Friday.

Urias continued his excellent 2022 campaign with seven solid innings of two-run baseball on the road at Coors Field. Other than a blip in the second inning when he gave up an RBI triple to Randal Grichuk, Urias looked in control all night, pounding the zone with his fastball for called strikes and inducing plenty of playable batted balls. The 25-year-old left-hander now has an excellent 103:24 K:BB over 109.2 innings of work this season. He will look for his 11th win of the year when he takes the mound next week at San Francisco.

Cobb (3-5) allowed a run on three hits, a walk and a hit batter while striking out 11 in six innings, taking the loss Friday versus the Cubs.

Cobb allowed a solo home run to Patrick Wisdom in the fifth inning, which accounted for the only run in the game before the ninth. The Cubs added three more in the final frame, and the Giants' comeback effort fell short. Cobb recorded quality starts in four of his six outings in July, allowing 13 runs (11 earned) across 36 innings. He's gone 10 starts without a win despite pitching well. For the season, he owns a 4.06 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 85:23 K:BB through 82 innings in 16 appearances. The right-hander is lined up for a tough home start versus the Dodgers next week.

Stroman (3-5) allowed eight hits and a walk while striking out three over six scoreless innings to earn the win Friday over the Giants.

Stroman was dialed in, throwing 67 of 95 pitches for strikes. The eight hits actually matched his second-highest total allowed this season, but he was able to limit the opposition to one or zero runs for the fourth straight start since returning from a shoulder injury. The right-hander has a 3.99 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 62:18 K:BB through 67.2 innings. His next start is tentatively scheduled to come during a road matchup in St. Louis next week.

Snell (3-5) earned the win Friday over the Twins. He allowed one run on four hits and a walk while striking out seven in six innings.

The Twins' lone run in the 10-1 contest was Byron Buxton's solo home run off Snell in the fourth inning. All three of Snell's wins this season have come in July -- he's gone 3-0 this month with eight runs allowed in 25.2 innings, a notable improvement compared to how he started the campaign. He owns a 4.43 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 78:34 K:BB across 61 innings in 12 starts overall. The 29-year-old southpaw is projected for a home start against the Rockies next week as he looks to carry his strong form into August.

Alcantara allowed four runs on eight hits and three walks over five innings during Friday's loss to the Mets. He struck out five and did not factor in the decision.

The 26-year-old yielded three runs in the second inning, including a two-run triple by Starling Marte, followed by Marte's solo shot in the fourth. It was the first time since June 24 that Alcantara has given up more than three runs, and only his third time doing so this season. His ERA still stands at a terrific 1.99 alongside a 138:39 K:BB through 149.1 frames. Alcantara is projected to face the Reds at home next week.

Mikolas (8-8) allowed two runs on six hits and a walk over seven innings Friday, striking out four and earning a win over the Nationals.

Both runs against Mikolas on Friday came via sacrifice flys. It was a strong bounceback after he was tagged for six runs by the Reds in his last outing. Mikolas lowered his season ERA to 2.86, including a 3.58 ERA in six July appearances. He'll carry a 100:26 K:BB into his projected home start against the Cubs next week.
