Cincinnati optioned Stoudt to Triple-A Louisville on Monday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Stoudt allowed three earned runs on four hits and three walks over just three innings in a spot start Sunday versus Atlanta. The 25-year-old right-hander now carries a 9.90 ERA in 10 major-league innings (two starts, one relief appearance) for the season.

Quintana (ribs) is expected to make one more rehab start before joining the Mets' rotation during a western road trip that begins July 4, Tim Britton of The Athletic reports.

The southpaw had his most recent rehab outing delayed a couple days due to mild soreness on his right side, but Quintana looked healthy Sunday, throwing four innings for High-A Brooklyn and allowing one run on two hits and a walk while striking out five. If he stays on turn, the 34-year-old would make his final rehab start Friday, setting him up to be activated the following week -- though how the Mets plan to work him into the rotation isn't yet clear.

Rogers, who has a partial tear in his right (non-throwing) lat, hopes to have better clarity on his timeline after the All-Star break, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Rogers said that his doctors told him they had never seen a non-throwing shoulder injury like his, and he has "a ways to go" even though his range of motion has improved. He is primarily doing lower-body work and whatever he can to keep his left arm strong for when he gets the all-clear to start throwing again. Given that he won't begin a throwing program until after the All-Star break at the earliest, it sounds like Rogers may not be ready to rejoin the big-league rotation until around August. As odd as it seems, his non-throwing shoulder is now the only concern, as his left biceps injury is in the rearview mirror.

Seabold (arm) is scheduled to start Tuesday's game against the Dodgers at Coors Field.

Though Seabold missed his last turn through the rotation due to an unspecified right arm issue, the Rockies determined the injury wasn't significant enough to require a trip to the IL. Seabold apparently made it out of his weekend throwing session no worse for the wear, so he'll get the green light to make his 10th start of the season Tuesday. Seabold takes a 1-3 record, 5.88 ERA and 1.48 WHIP into the outing.

Burnes allowed four runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out three over 5.2 innings Sunday against the Guardians. He did not factor into the decision.

Burnes gave up an early home run to Josh Naylor to put the Guardians ahead in the second and was able to keep them in check until he got a little wild in the sixth. Burnes allowed three hits, walked two and threw a wild pitch during a three-run inning and couldn't even make it through the frame. He's now surrendered a home run and at least seven hits in each of his last three starts and his ERA sits above a 4.00 (currently at 4.10) for the first time since late April. The 28-year-old has just one win since May 12 and will look to change his fortune in a road matchup against the Pirates next weekend.

Atlanta optioned Smith-Shawver to Triple-A Gwinnett on Monday.

Though Smith-Shawver was fast-tracked to the big leagues after he began the season at High-A Rome and pitched just 19 innings above the Double-A level, Atlanta evidently decided that the 20-year-old needed some more seasoning in the minors. Over his three starts and one extended relief appearance, Smith-Shawver struck out 15 batters in 16.2 innings and submitted a 1.14 WHIP, but he was stung by the long ball, as he allowed five home runs during that stretch. Atlanta called up Dereck Rodriguez from Gwinnett in a corresponding move to give the club a fresh relief arm heading into a three-game series with Minnesota, but Michael Soroka is likely to be called up from Gwinnett on Wednesday to start against the Twins in what would have been Smith-Shawver's turn through the rotation, according to Mark Bowman of MLB.com.

Urias (hamstring) completed four innings in a rehab start with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga on Sunday, allowing one run on two hits and one walk while striking out eight batters.

Urias tossed 60 pitches (46 strikes) in the outing, which was his first game action since being placed on the injured list May 20. The southpaw isn't expected to need another rehab appearance and is on track to return to the big-league rotation Friday in Kansas City, per Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times. Given his long layoff and his pitch count Sunday, Urias will likely be on a pitch limit in his first game back.

Pepiot (oblique) has begun a throwing program at the Dodgers' complex in Arizona, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

Pepiot was expected to start the season with a fill-in spot in the Dodgers' rotation, but an oblique strain near the end of spring training quashed that plan. The right-hander began throwing to hitters in early May but was then shut down after continuing to experience soreness in his left oblique. Pepiot is now beginning to ramp up again, but given the amount of time he has missed, a potential return to the big-league staff is likely at least several weeks away.

Oviedo (3-8) took the loss Sunday, allowing one run on six hits over seven innings against the Marlins. He struck out six.

Oviedo went toe-to-toe with Miami's Eury Perez, allowing just one run across seven innings, which came on a solo homer by nine-hole hitter Jonathan Davis. However, Oviedo would take his fourth straight loss after the Pirates failed to get on the scoreboard Sunday, which bumped him up to a tie for the third-most losses in MLB. Despite the massive loss total, Oviedo has quietly been putting together a solid stretch of starts, posting a 2.96 ERA with five quality starts over his last nine appearances (51.2 innings).

Perez (5-1) earned the win Sunday, allowing four hits and one walk over six scoreless innings against the Pirates. He struck out nine.

Perez tossed another gem, holding Pittsburgh scoreless through six innings while tying his season high in strikeouts. After giving up seven runs over his first three MLB appearances (14 innings) Perez has let just one batter cross the plate since (33.0 innings). Though Perez may be given some time off leading up to the All-Star break to help prevent late-season fatigue, he should still be considered one of the more valuable arms in fantasy.
