Boyd yielded two runs on two hits and three walks over 4.1 innings during Monday's win over Houston. He struck out three and did not factor in the decision.

Boyd kept the Astros' offense tame until they finally broke through in the fifth. He gave up one run on a Jeremy Pena groundout and was charged with another when Yordan Alvarez took Jose Cisnero deep. Boyd forced just six whiffs on 35 swings. He's expected to face the Red Sox at home this weekend.

Brown yielded four runs on six hits and three walks over 4.2 innings during Monday's loss to Detroit. He struck out five and did not factor in the decision.

Brown gave up two runs through four frames before running into trouble in the fifth. After striking out the first two batters of the inning, he put the next four Tigers on base, including three walks. His fastball topped out at 98.5 mph and he forced eight swinging strikes. Brown will look for better command and results in his next outing, which is currently scheduled for this weekend in Minnesota.

Gray (0-1) allowed two runs on four hits and two walks over 6.1 innings Monday, striking out seven and taking a loss against Baltimore.

Gray was on the wrong side of a one-hitter and fell to 0-1 right out of the gate with a tough-luck loss. He rolled through three scoreless innings before coughing up solo shots to Gunnar Henderson and Jorge Mateo in the fourth and fifth frames, respectively. Gray forced 13 swinging strikes, including six with the slider. He's lined up for a road start against the Cubs this weekend.

Wells struck out two batters over five no-hit innings during Monday's win over Texas. He did not factor in the decision.

After Kyle Bradish (foot) left in the second inning, Wells ended up covering most of the innings in Baltimore's combined one-hitter. Wells allowed just one baserunner and never faced any trouble in his first outing of the year. He needed just 47 pitches (33 strikes) to cruise through his five frames. It's unclear if Bradish will stay on turn and start Sunday against the Yankees or if Wells will step into this rotation spot and give Bradish another day to get right.

Singer (1-0) gave up one earned run on two hits and three walks while striking out three batters in five innings Monday against the Blue Jays. He picked up the win.

Singer cruised to the win in his first start of the season, as his counterpart Jose Berrios coughed up eight runs in less than six frames. Singer was on his game, as he generated 61.5 percent groundballs in this one to help offset the lack of strikeouts. His second start of the week is scheduled for Saturday in San Francisco.

Berrios (0-1) gave up eight earned runs on nine hits and two walks while striking out seven in 5.2 innings Monday against the Royals. He took the loss.

He was BABIP'd (.500) to death in this one, and generally seven strikeouts and two walks while going five-plus frames in the first start of the year would be a strong outing, but that obviously wasn't the case here. Coming off a puzzling 2022 campaign where he put up uncharacteristically high ratios (5.23 ERA, 1.42 WHIP), Berrios did little to earn the trust of his fantasy managers, although at least the strikeouts were there. The second of his two starts this week is tentatively scheduled for Saturday in Anaheim.

Crawford (0-1) gave up seven earned runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out six in four innings Monday against the Pirates. He took the loss.

The Red Sox scored five runs in the first inning, but Crawford still couldn't protect the lead, giving up at least one run in all four frames. With Garrett Whitlock (hip), James Paxton (hamstring) and Brayan Bello (forearm) nearing returns, Crawford is not guaranteed another turn in the rotation.

Bradish left Monday's game against the Rangers with a right foot contusion, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports. Preliminary X-rays were negative for a fracture and he will undergo further evaluation and testing.

It's unfortunate because Bradish was off to a great start with a couple strikeouts over 1.2 scoreless frames before taking a 104-mph comebacker off his foot. We should learn in the coming days whether he will be able to make his scheduled start this weekend against the Yankees.

Bradish has left Monday's start against the Rangers after being hit in his right leg by a comebacker in the second inning, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Bradish took a 104 mph liner off his right leg and was unable to continue after attempting a warmup pitch shortly after. The right-hander went 1.2 innings without allowing a run while picking up two strikeouts before exiting. For now, Bradish should be considered day-to-day.

Blackburn (finger) threw 40 pitches in Monday's side session, and will head to Low-A Stockton to begin a rehab assignment shortly, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

The right-hander threw two "double up" sessions while throwing 20 in each. Blackburn is currently on the injured list with a right middle fingernail avulsion. It's possible that he will need to make multiple rehab starts because he hasn't been on the mound since early in March, but Blackburn should be able to rejoin the Oakland rotation by the end of April if there are no setbacks.
