Baz (elbow) will make a rehab start with Triple-A Durham either Saturday or Sunday, MLB.com reports.

Baz has thrown in two extended spring training games, the most recent of which came Monday. The next step in his recovery will come at Triple-A Durham to build up his pitch count. There is no specific timeline for Baz to return, but it's possible that he'll be back in late May.

Javier (neck) could be activated from the 15-day injured list to make a start during Houston's weekend series against Seattle, MLB.com reports.

Javier threw a bullpen session Sunday and is expected to throw again either Wednesday or Thursday. How Javier fares in his upcoming throwing session will likely determine his status for the weekend, though it appears that Javier will be able to avoid a rehab stint even if his absence extends later into May.

Anderson didn't factor into the decision Tuesday, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks over six innings against Philadelphia. He struck out six.

Anderson secured his fourth quality start of the campaign Tuesday and logged at least six K's for a second consecutive outing. All of the damage against Anderson came in the second inning when Kyle Schwarber launched a three-run homer. Although Anderson has surrendered five home runs in his last four starts, he still owns a solid 3.63 ERA with 19 strikeouts during that stretch.

Berrios (4-2) took the loss Tuesday against the Royals, allowing two runs on five hits and a walk over seven innings. He struck out three.

Berrios was solid Tuesday, holding the Royals to two runs on a Michael Massey homer in the second inning en route to a sixth quality start in seven outings this year. However, the 29-year-old Berrios was ultimately stuck with a second straight loss to Kansas City as the Blue Jays could only muster a lone run off Cole Ragans. Berrios lowered his ERA to an excellent 1.44 with a 1.01 WHIP and 31:13 K:BB through 43.2 innings this season. He'll look to get back in the win column in his next start, currently lined up for next week in Philadelphia.

Wood didn't factor into the decision Tuesday, allowing two runs on four hits and four walks over four innings against Pittsburgh. He struck out four.

Although Wood was charged with only two runs allowed, his start shouldn't spark much optimism for fantasy managers. He walked four batters for the second time this season and surrendered a home run to Connor Joe in the first frame to mark his fifth straight start allowing a long ball. While he's yielded four or more runs three times this season, he's held opponents to two or fewer in three starts as well, leaving his overall ERA at 6.32. He's lined up to make his next start Monday against the Rangers.

The Tigers returned Manning to Triple-A Toledo after Tuesday's win over St. Louis.

Manning allowed four runs in 4.2 innings and walked away with a no-decision during his third start of the year. The 26-year-old righty has often been the Tigers' first choice to come up from the minors for spot starts, and there's a good chance he gets a few more opportunities to pitch in the big leagues as the season goes on.

Brown didn't factor into the decision Tuesday, allowing six runs on five hits and two walks across 5.1 innings against Cleveland. He struck out seven.

Brown gave up at least five runs for the third time in his last five starts and walked multiple batters for the fifth time this season. He was tagged for a three-run home run in the first inning by Josh Naylor and a two-run home run in the sixth by Andres Gimenez. Through six appearances, Brown is 0-3 with a 9.78 ERA and a 2.22 WHIP over 23.0 innings. He's lined up for a start against the Mariners on Sunday.

Carrasco didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against Houston, allowing eight runs on six hits and two walks over four innings. He struck out three.

Carrasco should be considered lucky to have ended up with anything other than a loss, having surrendered three-run home runs to Jon Singleton and Alex Bregman and tying his career high in runs allowed. After keeping the ball in the yard in each of his first four starts, Carrasco has given up five long balls in his past two appearances, a span in which he has yielded 13 runs with a 7:3 K:BB over nine innings. Carrasco's tentatively scheduled for a matchup against the Angels on Sunday.

Cortes (1-3) took the loss Tuesday against the Orioles, allowing four runs on eight hits and two walks over six innings. He struck out five.

Three of Baltimore's four runs off Cortes came in the fourth inning, as the 29-year-old left-hander took a second straight loss. Cortes had gone seven innings in each of his previous two outings, allowing just three runs while striking out 13 in that span. His ERA now sits at 3.86 with a 1.10 WHIP and 37:7 K:BB across seven starts (42 innings). Cortes is currently scheduled to face the Tigers at home in his next start.

Manning came away with a no-decision in the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Cardinals, giving up four runs on seven hits and two walks over 4.2 innings in an 11-6 win. He struck out seven.

The right-hander got spotted a 4-0 lead early, but Manning fell apart in the fifth inning and exited after 89 pitches (63 strikes). Tuesday's effort was the shortest of his three spot starts this season, and while he's pitched reasonably well when given the opportunity, Detroit doesn't have a more permanent opening in its rotation for him right now. Manning will likely head back to Triple-A Toledo with a 4.24 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 17:8 K:BB through 17 big-league innings.
