Lively didn't factor into the decision in Tuesday's 9-8 extra-inning win over the Tigers, giving up six runs on seven hits, a walk and four strikeouts over 5.1 innings.

Lively was given a healthy 6-0 lead on Tuesday but allowed a season-high six runs of his own. The 32-year-old has now given up multiple runs in five straight starts and has seen his ERA go from 2.59 to 3.59 over his last 27 innings. The no-decision snapped a streak of 11 straight appearances in which he factored in the decision, as he's accumulated a solid 8-4 record in 15 starts this season. Lively is scheduled for one more start prior to the All-Star break, Sunday against the Rays.

DeGrom (elbow) threw a 30-pitch bullpen session Tuesday, Shawn McFarland of The Dallas Morning News reports.

DeGrom mixed in a few changeups Tuesday in addition to the fastballs he had been throwing in previous sessions. He hasn't experienced any setbacks since beginning his throwing program in February, though manager Bruce Bochy noted that the 36-year-old is still "a ways away" from returning from the 60-day injured list. Once deGrom is cleared to face live hitters or begin a minor-league rehab assignment, a clearer return timeline may emerge.

Blackburn (foot) appeared in relief for Single-A Stockton against Rancho Cucamonga on Tuesday, allowing three earned runs on two hits and two walks over two-thirds of an inning. He struck out one.

Blackburn was slated to throw about 35 pitches, but he was pulled after just 23 due to his struggles. The right-hander worked himself into trouble immediately upon entering in the third inning, issuing back-to-back walks and allowing a pair of run-scoring singles. Blackburn could still be bumped up to Triple-A Las Vegas for his next rehab appearance Sunday, although it remains to be seen if Tuesday's poor showing alters those plans.

Stripling (elbow) started Single-A Stockton's game against Rancho Cucamonga on Tuesday, allowing two runs (one earned) on two hits and one walk over two-thirds of an inning. He struck out one.

Stripling was slated to throw about 35 pitches, but he was pulled after 24 offerings. The right-hander allowed a solo home run and saw another runner cross the plate on a fielding error, making for an all-around eventful rehab debut. Stripling is still likely to make his next rehab start at Triple-A Las Vegas on Sunday, unless the outcome of Tuesday's appearance alters that plan in some form.

Kremer (4-5) took the loss Tuesday against Chicago, allowing seven runs (five earned) on seven hits and three walks over four innings. He struck out three.

Kremer allowed a run in each of his four innings Tuesday, with the three-run homer served up to Ian Happ in the fourth being the crucial blow. It was Kremer's second start since coming off the IL (triceps), and the veteran continues to be plagued by the long ball, particularly at home. He's given up multiple home runs in four of his five starts at Camden Yards this season. His nine homers allowed overall in that span are the most by an Orioles pitcher since Chris Tillman in 2009. Kremer is scheduled for one more start before the All-Star break, Sunday against the Yankees.

Matthews has a 1.89 ERA with a 59:4 K:BB in 52.1 innings at Double-A Wichita.

Matthews was promoted to Double-A after just four starts at High-A Cedar Rapids. He's had outstanding control with just four walks in 75 innings between the two levels. He's becoming one of Minnesota's top pitching prospects and it wouldn't be surprising to see him finish the season at Triple-A.

Blanco (9-3) allowed two runs on four hits and a walk while striking out seven over seven innings to earn the win over the Marlins on Tuesday.

Blanco gave up multiple home runs for the second time in three starts, but he got away with it since both were solo shots. He's allowed more than two runs just once over his last six outings, turning in a quality start in four of them. The 30-year-old continues to enjoy a breakout season with a 2.53 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 95:40 K:BB across 103 innings through 17 starts. Blanco could make one more start before the All-Star break, a turn tentatively projected to be at home versus the Rangers on Sunday.

Rodon (9-7) took the loss Tuesday against the Rays, allowing four runs on five hits and two walks over four innings. He struck out five.

Rodon allowed four straight hits to open the bottom of the first inning, including an Isaac Paredes three-run homer that extended Tampa's lead to 4-1. While Rodon would blank the Rays over his final three innings, the Yankees couldn't climb out of the early hole in an eventual 5-3 loss. It's the fifth straight loss for the 31-year-old left-hander -- he's struggled to a 10.50 ERA in that span, allowing 27 earned runs across 23 innings. Overall, Rodon sports a 4.63 ERA across 19 starts (103 innings) this year with a 1.26 WHIP and 105:30 K:BB. He'll look to right the ship in his next outing, currently slated for this weekend on the road versus Baltimore.

Pepiot (5-5) earned the win Tuesday over the Yankees, allowing one run on four hits and three walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out seven.

After allowing a run in the first inning, Pepiot held New York scoreless over his final 4.2 frames, allowing just two additional hits before the Rays turned to the bullpen with two outs in the sixth. It's the first win since June 4 for the 26-year-old Pepiot -- he'd gone 0-3 with a 5.40 ERA in his previous five outings. Overall, his ERA sits at 4.20 with a 1.13 WHIP and 90:31 K:BB across 16 starts (81.1 innings) this season. Pepiot is currently lined up to face the Guardians at home this weekend in his next outing.

Manager Scott Servais said Tuesday that Woo (hamstring) will return from the 15-day injured list during Seattle's upcoming series against the Angels, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Servais didn't specify exactly what day Woo will return to start, though his turn in the rotation would come up Friday. The 24-year-old had been dominant in eight starts prior to landing on the IL with a strained hamstring, posting a 1.77 ERA and 0.69 WHIP in 40.2 innings. However, he threw just 45 pitches in 2.2 frames during his lone rehab start with High-A Everett this past Saturday, so Woo will most likely be working under a relatively low pitch count in his return to a major-league mound.
