The Phillies optioned Keller to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Friday.

After making just one appearance with the Phillies on June 25, Keller will re-join the Triple-A club. The 32-year-old allowed just one run on two hits while striking out three in three innings during his lone appearance. Philadelphia elevated Andrew Painter from Lehigh Valley to replace Keller on the 26-man roster.

The Pirates optioned Barco to Triple-A Indianapolis on Friday, Jason Mackey of MLB.com reports.

Barco gave up two runs on five hits and three walks in three innings as a bulk reliever Thursday versus the Reds. He was not going to be available to pitch for at least a day or two, so the Pirates will replace him in the bullpen with a fresh arm.

The Mets recalled Curry from Triple-A Syracuse on Friday.

Curry has yielded two runs with a 4:2 K:BB over six innings during his brief time with the Mets this season. Though the righty hasn't made a start since late June at Syracuse, he could eat some innings Friday against the Marlins in what will be a bullpen game for the Mets.

The Mets called up Pintaro from Triple-A Syracuse on Friday.

With Cionel Perez (forearm) hitting the 15-day injured list, the Mets recalled Pintaro to take his place in the bullpen. Pintaro appeared in five games earlier this season, recording a 5.11 ERA, 0.73 WHIP and 12:3 K:BB through 12.1 innings.

The Mets placed Perez on the 15-day injured list Friday with a left forearm strain.

Perez has tossed 5.2 scoreless frames with a 9:0 K:BB over his last five appearances but will be shelved for at least the next couple weeks. With A.J. Minter having also been dealt, the Mets have added Jonathan Pintaro and Xzavion Curry to their bullpen.

Raley (5-5) picked up the win Thursday against the Marlins, allowing one hit over 1.2 scoreless innings. He struck out one.

The southpaw won his third game in July with another sharp relief effort, as Raley fired 10 of 14 pitches for strikes while serving as the bridge between starter Nolan McLean and closer Devin Williams. Through 10 appearances and 9.1 innings this month, Raley has a 0.96 ERA, 0.64 WHIP and 6:2 K:BB while also collecting three holds. With the 38-year-old on an expiring contract, he could be the next Met out of the door ahead of the trade deadline after A.J. Minter was sent to the Twins on Thursday.

Mederos (1-0) was credited with the win Thursday over the Nationals, giving up one run on one hit and one walk in one inning of relief. He didn't strike out a batter.

The 25-year-old right-hander got the final out of the sixth inning, making him the pitcher of record when Atlanta broke a 3-3 tie with two runs in the bottom of the frame, but Mederos nearly handed the lead back in the top of the seventh by walking James Wood and then serving up a triple to Luis Garcia. It was his first career victory in the big leagues, and over nine appearances and 13.1 innings this season he's put together a 4.05 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 11:4 K:BB while mainly working in a low-leverage role.

The Cubs placed Hollowell on the 15-day injured list Friday with right shoulder inflammation, Taylor McGregor of Marquee Sports Network reports.

Hollowell tossed a scoreless frame in Thursday's win over the Cardinals, but he evidently didn't bounce back well from the outing. Antoine Kelly will grab Hollowell's spot on the roster and in the bullpen.

Leclerc (shoulder) struck out a batter and allowed two earned runs on three hits and no walks in an inning of relief Wednesday for Double-A San Antonio after being assigned to the affiliate when he was activated from Triple-A El Paso's 60-day injured list.

Leclerc had spent all season on El Paso's IL while completing his recovery from right shoulder surgery, which he underwent last July. The veteran reliever was cleared to begin a rehab assignment July 3 and was sent to San Antonio after he turned in a 2.16 ERA, 0.60 WHIP and 11:1 K:BB in 8.1 innings over eight appearances between the rookie-level Arizona Complex League and High-A Fort Wayne. Leclerc should eventually move into a bullpen role at Triple-A once he knocks off some more rust at San Antonio.
