Grace was recalled from Triple-A Syracuse on Friday, Jamal Collier of MLB.com reports.

Grace will return for his second stint with the major-league club this season, replacing Shawn Kelley (back) on the active roster. The lefty has recorded 14 strikeouts in 11 innings with Syracuse this season, but he's also allowed six runs on 11 hits (including two homers). Grace figures to work primarily in middle relief.

Iglesias allowed a hit and struck out two batters during a scoreless ninth inning to collect his fifth save of the season during Thursday's win over Pittsburgh.

Cincinnati's ninth-inning committee limits Iglesias' upside in the saves column, but he's being used more liberally in high-leverage situations, which could also help him collect a few extra wins. He's posted a 1.17 ERA, 0.80 WHIP and 19 strikeouts through 16.1 innings, so missing out on a save or two is mitigated by his elite ratios. Additionally, it isn't out of the question that he pitches his way into being the full-time closer.

Adleman (1-1) allowed just two runs on six hits and a walk while striking out five batters over six innings to collect his first win of the season Thursday against Pittsburgh.

This was a solid outing from Adleman, and it probably has earned the 29-year-old righty a permanent spot in the rotation until Brandon Finnegan (shoulder) is ready to return from the disabled list. Through 13 starts during his rookie campaign, Adleman posted an underwhelming 4.00 ERA, 5.30 FIP and 6.1 K/9 over 13 starts, so both his fantasy floor and ceiling are likely to remain low. He projects to face the Yankees in his next outing, and New York is averaging 5.7 runs per game with a league-best .357 wOBA against right-handed hurlers.

Lamet, 24, has a 2.52 ERA and 32:14 K:BB through 25 innings for Triple-A El Paso.

Lamet's numbers were even better before his most recent outing, in which he was tagged for six earned runs. Still, he had 22 strikeouts in his two previous starts. If he can maintain his control, Lamet could be an option for the San Diego rotation in short order, though he's not currently on the 40-man roster.

Bickford (suspension) underwent surgery for two fractures in his hand and will be sidelined for 8-to-12 weeks, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Bickford, who is serving a 50-game suspension for testing positive for a drug of abuse twice, suffered the injury in extended spring training when he was hit by a comebacker. He is expected to serve out the rest of his suspension and then head to the disabled list, making him eligible to play once he is healthy.

De La Rosa (elbow) made his first minor-league rehab appearance Monday with High-A Visalia, tossing a perfect inning and striking out a batter.

Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo said that De La Rosa, who has been rehabbing a sprained UCL in his right elbow, looked sharp during his inning and sported a mid-90s fastball, according to Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic. De La Rosa's next outing with Visalia will come Friday, and it's likely he'll require several more rehab appearances at multiple minor-league levels before the Diamondbacks consider bringing him onto the big-league roster. He could be ticketed for relief duty if he reemerges with the big club.

Miller (elbow) will undergo Tommy John surgery May 10, the Associated Press reports.

Miller, who was placed on the 60-day disabled list last Thursday, indicated over the weekend that he would opt for the season-ending procedure. Recent protocol for Tommy John rehabs has typically included a 14- or 15-month recovery timetable, according to Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic, making it unlikely that Miller will be back on the mound for the Diamondbacks until July or August of next season. With that in mind, Miller looks bound to open the 2018 campaign on the DL, which may make him little more than a late-round stash consideration in NL-only and deep-league drafts next spring. The Diamondbacks will replace Miller in the rotation with Triple-A Reno starter Braden Shipley, but the 25-year-old may need to pitch well to guarantee himself any outings beyond Thursday's turn against the Nationals.

Pivetta will start Friday against the Nationals, Matt Breen of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Pivetta gets another start with Aaron Nola still sidelined with a lower-back strain. He'll face a tough challenge against the explosive Washington offense.

Melancon threw a scoreless inning and converted his sixth save in a 4-1 win over the Dodgers.

The Giants' closer received a couple days of rest after seeing heavy usage at the end of April. His return to the mound was a successful one -- he worked around a couple of singles for his sixth save in eight chances. Melancon has been the victim of an inflated .374 BABIP early on, leading to an uncharacteristically-high 1.31 WHIP. Outside of that, the rest of his ratios are at, or above, the impressive marks he posted with the Pirates.

Estevez was optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque on Wednesday.

Estevez was sent down after an up-and-down start to the season, making room on the 25-man roster for Mike Dunn, who was recently activated from the disabled list. The 24-year-old struggled to a 7.94 ERA through 13 games (11.1 innings), though he only allowed earned runs in three of those games. He'll head back to Albuquerque for some more seasoning, but he should get another look sometime in 2017.
