Brebbia fired a scoreless inning in Monday's 8-2 win over the Reds, recording a strikeout.

The 27-year-old reliever has now blanked the opposition in seven of his last eight trips to the mound, lowering his ERA from 4.50 to 2.51 in the process. While he doesn't bring much strikeout upside, Brebbia has shown impressive control while largely limiting hard contact, as evidenced by his 8:2 K:BB, 19.0 percent hard contact rate allowed and 0.63 WHIP over 14.1 innings.

Edwards recorded his 10th hold of the season in Monday's win over the Nationals. He struck out the side on 13 pitches in his lone inning of work.

The Cubs used seven relievers behind starter Eddie Butler, and Edwards was first out of the gate in the sixth inning. With the three strikeouts, he now has 44 in just 31.1 innings this year. Edwards also has a sparkling 1.72 ERA and 0.83 WHIP, and he should continue to help fantasy owners with holds, strikeouts and solid ratios.

De La Rosa tossed a perfect eighth inning in Monday's 6-1 win over the Phillies, striking out two batters.

De La Rosa's start to the season was delayed until May while he recovered from stem-cell treatments to address a UCL sprain, but he looks plenty healthy now. After having mostly served as a starter in his last two seasons with the Diamondbacks, De La Rosa will now work exclusively in relief, a role he could thrive in thanks to his premium velocity. He's already ridden his upper-90s fastball to five strikeouts in three appearances with the Diamondbacks, who added him to the 40-man roster after he posted a 23:4 K:BB in 15.1 innings at Triple-A Reno. If De La Rosa can maintain that success over his subsequent games, he could end up settling into a key setup role.

Bracho was optioned to Triple-A Reno on Monday.

The 24-year-old has pitched well across multiple stints with the Diamondbacks in June, having allowed one run on four hits and striking out six over seven innings of work. Bracho earned a spot on the Opening Day roster, but he's now been optioned to Triple-A six times in 2017. However, he likely remains near the top of the list for when Arizona need a fresh arm.

Carasiti was traded to the Cubs on Monday in exchange for lefty reliever Zac Rosscup.

Carasiti got rocked during a 19-games stint in the majors last season, as he allowed a 9.19 ERA and 2.30 WHIP over just 15.2 innings of work. He has bounced back at Triple-A, though, where he owns a 2.37 ERA with 43 strikeouts over just 30.1 innings of relief this season. The Cubs will take a flyer on him as they add right-handed organizational depth to their bullpen.

Stewart was called up from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday.

Stewart has appeared in just one game at the MLB level this season, but it was a strong outing, as he struck out four in three scoreless innings against the Mets. With Brandon McCarthy out for the next 10 days or so, the Dodgers needed a short-term arm capable of eating multiple innings. Expect Stewart to serve in a long-relief role while he's up.

Pivetta (1-4) allowed six runs on seven hits and five walks across 2.2 innings in Monday's loss to the Diamondbacks. He struck out three.

Pivetta struggled to find the strike zone in this one, throwing just 53 percent of his pitches for strikes and walking three consecutive batters at one point during the second inning. He yielded a solo home run to Chris Herrmann in the first inning before rallies plated two and three runs in the second and third innings, respectively. This poor showing came as a bit of a surprise for Pivetta, who had turned in a pair of quality starts with a 19:3 K:BB over his last two outings, but it can partially be attributed to a very difficult matchup. This shellacking bloated his ERA to 5.40 for the season -- a figure he will look to improve Sunday against the Mets.

Floro was optioned to Triple-A Iowa on Monday, Carrie Muskat of MLB.com reports.

With Jeimer Candelario joining the team from Triple-A to fill in temporarily for the injured Addison Russell (shoulder), Floro was sent back to Iowa as the corresponding roster casualty. The 26-year-old didn't appear in a game during his latest stint with the big club, but he compiled a 8.53 ERA and 2.21 WHIP in 6.1 innings with the Cubs earlier in the season. He could be back in the majors sometime later in the year, perhaps once Russell is healthy.

Jansen recorded a five-out save Sunday, striking out two and walking his first batter of the 2017 season in a win over the Rockies.

It took 30 games for the dominant closer to finally issue his first free pass of the season, an impressive feat to say the least. With a 0.83 ERA and an astronomical 52.0 K/BB ratio, it's hard to find a better closer in the game than Jansen right now.

Leiter was confirmed as the starting pitcher for Wednesday's game against the Mariners, Jim Salisbury of CSN Philadelphia reports.

With Jerad Eickhoff (back) not quite ready to return to the rotation, Leiter will get another chance to start in his place. The 26-year-old impressed in his first spot start for the Phillies, allowing just three hits and a walk while striking out five batters in six scoreless frames against the potent Diamondbacks offense. He'll look to keep it up against a hot-hitting Seattle lineup that has scored the most runs in the majors this month.
