Webb was optioned to Triple-A Colorado Springs on Tuesday.

The left-hander allowed a run in both of his appearances after being acquired from the Yankees, so he'll head back to the minors for more seasoning. There aren't a ton of southpaws in Milwaukee's relief corps, so there's a decent chance that Webb could return to the majors when another lefty is needed. Michael Blazek was recalled to fill his spot in the major-league bullpen.

White (toe) was activated from the disabled list with High-A Rancho Cucamonga, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.

White broke his toe in early June, but he's already ready to return since he didn't undergo surgery to fix the problem. The pitching prospect held a 3.72 ERA and a 49:16 K:BB in nine starts prior to getting hurt, so he'll look to continue that strong showing now that he's back on the mound.

Adams was optioned to Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday, Chelsea Janes of The Washington Post reports.

The Nationals had to clear space in the bullpen for Ryan Madson and Sean Doolittle, and Adams, along with Trevor Gott, were the cuts. He had only been on the big-league roster for a handful of days before he was sent back down. Adams has a 2.50 ERA, 1.61 WHIP and 53:29 K:BB in 36 innings at Triple-A.

Gott was optioned to Triple-A Syracuse on Tuesday, Chelsea Janes of The Washington Post reports.

Gott was demolished in his first appearance out of the All-Star break, serving up five earned runs without recording an out. Although he notched a scoreless appearance the following day, he was still a clear choice to be optioned to make room on the active roster for Sean Doolittle and Ryan Madson given that he's unavailable for the next few days. Gott will likely have to show significant improvement with the Chiefs if he wants another shot in the nation's capital.

Hudson (2-4) picked up his second win Monday, recording one out against the Brewers.

He allowed a hit to the only batter he faced, but right fielder Gregory Polanco threw out a runner attempting to score. As a result, Hudson hasn't allowed an earned run in his last seven outings (5.1 innings). He's pitched mostly in low-leverage situations but is slowly regaining the trust of management. Hudson has compiled a 4.34 ERA, 1.42 WHIP and 35:16 K:BB in 37.1 innings. It was thought in some circles that he could take over the closer's duties when Tony Watson faltered or was traded, but Felipe Rivero leap-frogged Hudson and has showed no signs of slowing down.

Young has submitted a 4.63 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 63:39 K:BB over 81.2 innings with Double-A Jackson this season.

As is typical for most young left-handers, Young has struggled a bit in the transition to the high minors this season, with his walk and strikeout rates both trending in the wrong direction from the marks he posted between Low-A Kane County and High-A Visalia in 2016. The 23-year-old at least showed some minor improvement during his two starts last week, covering 11 innings while giving up three runs and posting a 9:5 K:BB. If he can close out the Southern League season on a high note, Young could be in store for a promotion to Triple-A Reno in 2018.

Moore (3-10) allowed four runs (two earned) on six hits and a walk while striking out five over seven innings during Monday's loss to the Indians.

Moore pitched fairly well, but he received no favors from his defense, which committed two errors behind him and ended up sticking the 28-year-old with his 10th loss of the season. Despite this respectable performance, Moore simply cannot be relied upon in any fantasy format this season. He'll carry a 5.81 ERA into Saturday's start against the Padres.

Leiter was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Monday.

Making his first big-league appearance since July 4, Leiter was saddled with the loss after surrendering a walkoff single to Dee Gordon in the bottom of the ninth inning. The Phillies have not yet announced the corresponding move.

Suter allowed two runs on seven hits and two walks across 4.2 innings in a no-decision Monday against the Pirates. He struck out two.

Suter cruised through four innings, but he allowed two runs on five hits in the fifth, laboring at times before he was removed with two outs. While one tough inning cut his night short, the 27-year-old pitched well for the most part, with a 66 percent first-strike percentage and six groundball outs during his time on the mound. Suter delivered two consecutive quality starts in a pair of outings prior to the All-Star break and should keep hold of his place in the rotation, as he'll take a respectable 3.09 ERA into Saturday's matchup against the Phillies.

Vizcaino (finger) could return from the disabled list as early as Wednesday, Kevin McAlpin of 680 The Fan reports.

Prior reports suggested that he would not be available until the series with the Dodgers later in the week, so this is pleasant news. Vizcaino is scheduled to pitch an inning with Triple-A Gwinnett on Monday night, which very well could determine which day the reliever is able to rejoin Atlanta's relief corps.
