Maton was optioned to Triple-A El Paso on Sunday.

Maton's latest stay in the majors lasted one week. He allowed a run in both of his relief appearances. Robbie Erlin will take his place on the roster.

Wilson was called up by the Braves on Sunday.

Wilson will take the roster spot that had belonged to Touki Toussaint, who was optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett in a corresponding move. It's unclear whether he'll also take Toussaint's rotation spot. Mike Foltynewicz (elbow) will make what could be his last rehab start Sunday, but the Braves have an off day Monday, so they may not need five starters on the roster for the next few days.

Clarke was optioned to Triple-A Reno on Sunday.

Clarke lasted all of one day on the big-league roster after getting called up for his debut Saturday. He looked good in his lone appearance, picking up a save after throwing three scoreless innings, but he'll be replaced by Jimmie Sherfy as the Diamondbacks need another fresh arm.

Hernandez threw a scoreless inning in relief Saturday against the Padres, recording his second hold on the season.

Late-inning leads have been few and far between for Hernandez and the Reds to protect at the start of the season, so look for Hernandez to provide more holds going forward. His numbers have been pedestrian so far -- 3.00 ERA, but with a 1.89 WHIP. He's allowed 12 hits over nine innings, with five walks and five strikeouts.

Peralta hasn't allowed an earned run in eight appearances so far this season, covering 7.1 innings. He has five strikeouts and three walks.

Due to the improvement of Amir Garrett and Robert Stephenson, Peralta hasn't pitched in too many high-leverage situations, and he has no decisions, holds or blown saves yet this season.

Iglesias earned his fourth save of the season, striking out the side against the Padres on Saturday.

The 29-year-old threw 10 of his 13 pitches for strikes, as he overwhelmed the three hitters he faced. Strikeouts have been no problem for Iglesias, as he has 17 of them in 9.2 innings, but he has also suffered three losses and owns a 4.66 ERA and 1.34 WHIP.

Neris didn't allow a baserunner while striking out two to record a five-out save in an 8-5 victory over the Rockies on Saturday.

With David Robertson on the injured list, the Phillies have turned to Neris in save situations. Neris has converted all three of his save opportunities and hasn't allowed a run in his last nine appearances. Overall, he has a 1.86 ERA, 0.62 WHIP and 15 strikeouts in 9.2 innings.

Minter saved his second game in an 8-7 win over the Indians on Saturday, striking out the side in a perfect inning.

Minter has now converted both save chances he has been given, although he has also sustained two losses this year. The 25-year-old has a firm grip on the closer job after Arodys Vizcaino underwent season-ending shoulder surgery Wednesday. Minter holds a 6.75 ERA and 1.80 WHIP this season.

Clarke allowed a hit and hit a batter while striking out two over three innings and got the save in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Cubs.

Clarke made his major-league debut Saturday after getting called up from Triple-A Reno earlier in the day. The 25-year-old right-hander had been a minor-league starter, so he's stretched out for long-relief duty, something the Diamondbacks needed after using Matt Andriese and Matt Koch a lot recently. Clarke's stay with the big-league club is expected to be a short one, lasting as long as it takes for the newly acquired Blake Swihart to join the roster.

Rusin (back) played catch on the field Saturday, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

Rusin has been dealing with back pain since early March and reportedly hadn't been making great progress. It's a positive that he's now throwing, but it's not clear when he's expected to return.
