Diaz notched his 10th save of the year with a scoreless ninth inning Saturday versus the Marlins. He allowed one hit with one strikeout and one walk.

Diaz put a pair of runners on base to bring the tying run to the plate with two outs, but he was able to record the final out quickly with a three-pitch at-bat. The 25-year-old remains a perfect 10-for-10 in save chances and has a 2.30 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 25:5 K:BB over 15.2 innings.

Beede will start Tuesday's game against the Blue Jays, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Beede had an ugly recent outing as a spot starter -- eight runs (seven earned) allowed over 2.1 innings -- as he filled in for Derek Holland, but he'll get another chance Tuesday with Holland moving to the bullpen. The 25-year-old returned to the majors Thursday to serve in a long-relief role, but he quickly made his way back into the rotation. It's not currently clear if Beede is expected to receive multiple starts, but a good outing Tuesday would certainly help his standing after his first outing.

Ferguson (oblique) will make a second minor-league rehab appearance Monday at Triple-A Oklahoma City, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.

Ferguson started his rehab assignment Friday at High-A Rancho Cucamonga and delivered a scoreless inning with one walk and two strikeouts. The 22-year-old has been on the injured list since April 28 and could subsequently rejoin the Dodgers if all goes well with Oklahoma City.

Burdi (biceps) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Saturday, Bill Brink of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Burdi will make way on the 40-man roster for the newly acquired Chris Stratton. The move doesn't appear to have any effect on Burdi's return timeline, as he's been shut down from throwing for four weeks due to a nerve injury.

Wilson was placed on the 10-day injured list with left elbow soreness Saturday.

Wilson had only just returned from the same issue Monday. He allowed two runs in one inning in his only appearance since then. Eric Hanhold was recalled from Triple-A Syracuse in a corresponding move.

Rodriguez was optioned to Triple-A Sacramento on Saturday.

Rodriguez has been unable to replicate his 2.81 ERA from his rookie season, stumbling to a 5.05 mark in his first eight starts of the year. He's likely to be given a chance to improve on that number at some point later in the season. Erik Kratz (hamstring) was activated from the 10-day injured list in a corresponding move.

Hernandez was recalled from Triple-A New Orleans on Saturday.

Hernandez threw 65.2 innings in his big-league debut for the Marlins last season, recording an unimpressive 5.21 ERA, but he has a 1.16 ERA in six starts for New Orleans this season. Jose Quijada was optioned in a corresponding move.

Quijada's latest stay in Miami lasted just three days. He allowed one run in three innings of work. Elieser Hernandez was called up in a corresponding move.

Jackson struck out two in a perfect ninth inning against the Diamondbacks on Friday en route to his third save of the season.

Jackson retired the side in order on 15 pitches (10 strikes), bouncing back from his second blown save Thursday (his first since stepping into the closer role). A.J. Minter is out of the mix for now, so it seems it will be Dan Winkler and lefty Sean Newcomb serving as the top setup arms in front of Jackson. Jackson is throwing harder this year and has a healthy 20.3 K-BB%. He's looking like a priority add in leagues where he's still available.

Rodriguez (3-5) took the loss after giving up four runs (none earned) on five hits and four walks while striking out two over five innings in Friday's 7-0 loss to the Reds.

Rodriguez struggled with his control yet again, throwing just 48 of 85 pitches for strikes and walking four batters for the third consecutive outing. Those who rolled with the 26-year-old weren't hurt by a Tyler Austin fielding error that kept all four of the starter's runs unearned. Even with the technically scoreless outing, Rodriguez only saw his ERA decrease to 5.05 through eight starts. Two key components of the righty's breakout rookie season were an ability to paint the corners and limit the long ball, and he has been unable to accomplish either of those goals over his last three starts (5:12 K:BB and 3.5 HR/9). Rodriguez's next scheduled start is a favorable home matchup against the Blue Jays next Wednesday, but it could be playing with fire given his recent control issues.
