Scott was recalled from Triple-A Reno on Sunday.

Scott had a 6.94 ERA, 1.60 WHIP and 61:35 K:BB across 48 innings for Reno and will makes his way back to the majors thanks the September's roster expansion.

Menez was recalled from Triple-A Sacramento on Sunday.

Menez made three starts for the Giants this season but struggled with 10 runs allowing over 12.2 innings, though he should work out of the bullpen this time around. The 24-year-old had a 3.79 ERA and 1.21 WHIP over 23 outings between Double-A and Triple-A this season.

Guerra was recalled from Double-A Amarillo on Sunday.

Guerra made the transition to pitching this season and spent the bulk of the season at High-A Lake Elsinore before being promoted to Double-A less than two weeks ago. The 23-year-old has a 3.38 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and a 30:10 K:BB over 21.1 innings between the two levels.

Holmes (quadriceps) was activated off the 10-day injured list Sunday.

Holmes went down with left quad discomfort Aug. 21, but he'll return to the Pirates after a brief stay on the shelf. The 26-year-old has a 6.05 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and 43:28 K:BB over 38.2 innings this season.

Floro (chest) was activated off the 10-day injured list Sunday.

Floro went down with a left intercostal strain Aug. 21, but he'll rejoin the Dodgers after a shot stint on the IL. The 28-year-old has a 3.89 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 30:12 K:BB over 37 innings this season.

Hoffman was recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque and will start Sunday against the Pirates.

Hoffman was pulled from Thursday's start with Albuquerque after two perfect innings, setting him up to take the mound Sunday. The 26-year-old has struggled in nine starts for the Rockies this season with a 7.81 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and 43:18 K:BB over 40.1 innings. He didn't fare much better at Triple-A with a 7.70 ERA.

Mayers was recalled by the Cardinals on Sunday.

Mayers was designated for assignment by the Cardinals earlier in August but was added to the 40-man roster and will have a chance to close the season in St. Louis. The 27-year-old has managed just a 7.24 ERA and 1.90 WHIP across 13.2 big-league innings this year, meaning he isn't likely to see high-leverage work.

Cabrera was recalled by the Cardinals on Sunday.

Cabrera served as the 26th man for the team's doubleheader Saturday but will stick with the team as rosters expand. He'll have the opportunity to improve his 6.17 ERA and 1.89 WHIP across 11.2 big-league innings for the season while closing the campaign in the Cardinals' bullpen.

Peralta was recalled from Triple-A Louisville on Sunday.

Peralta rejoins the big-league club as part of the September roster expansion. He has a 5.06 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 26:14 K:BB in 32 major-league innings this season.

Bowman was recalled from Triple-A Louisville on Sunday.

Bowman made one appearance in the majors in mid-August but spent most of the second half at Triple-A. The 28-year-old has a 5.48 ERA, 1.55 WHIP and 17:9 K:BB over 21.1 major-league innings this season.
