Cabrera exited Monday's Grapefruit League game against the Twins with an apparent injury, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

Cabrera had an impressive outing during his first start of the spring Wednesday, but he was forced to exit Monday's game with trainers while potentially favoring his hand. The exact nature and severity of the injury are not yet known. The southpaw is in contention for a spot in the Cardinals' bullpen to begin the season, but it's unclear whether he'll be forced to miss time as a result of his injury.

Rodriguez will undergo an MRI on his right biceps, Mark Gonzales of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Rodriguez left his outing Sunday against Seattle with what was originally called right biceps discomfort. The Cubs are evidently fairly concerned with the injury, which makes sense, as biceps issues are sometimes the precursor to a lengthy absence. Rodriguez's timeline should become clear once the results of his MRI are known.

Kimbrel is scheduled to make his Cactus League debut Wednesday, Gordon Wittenmyer of NBC Sports Chicago reports.

Kimbrel has been easing into spring training work, but he's scheduled to throw a bullpen Monday ahead of his first scheduled game action Wednesday. The 31-year-old joined the Cubs in June last season but experienced some struggles as he posted a career-worst 6.53 ERA and 1.60 WHIP as he converted on 13 of his 16 save chances. Although the right-hander's fastball velocity dipped slightly in 2019, he'll look to return to his past efficiency heading into 2020.

Williams (shoulder) is listed as an available bullpen option Monday in the Nationals' Grapefruit League game against the Marlins.

Williams finished the 2019 season on the injured list due to a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder, but the 27-year-old reported to camp healthy and has seemingly experienced no setbacks. He's already made two appearances in the Grapefruit League, tossing a scoreless inning both times out. The right-hander should have a fair chance at winning a spot on the Nationals' Opening Day roster, though the fact that he has three minor-league options remaining could work against him.

Munoz completed his first simulated game of the spring Sunday, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Though Munoz reported to camp completely healthy, the Padres are deliberately taking things slowly this spring with the 21-year-old, who is viewed as a key piece in the big-league bullpen in both the immediate and long term. He's expected to toss a bullpen session Tuesday before likely pitching in his first Cactus League game as soon as Thursday. The hard-throwing righty was impressive in his first taste of the big leagues in 2019, posting a 3.91 ERA (3.16 FIP), 1.17 WHIP and 30:11 K:BB in 23 frames.

Gallegos was credited with a save in a Grapefruit League win over the Nationals on Saturday, allowing a hit over a scoreless ninth inning. He struck out one.

The hard-throwing right-hander's spring got off to an inauspicious start Wednesday, as he allowed three runs on two hits and a walk over two-thirds of an inning versus the Marlins. Gallegos' resurgent effort Saturday was therefore particularly encouraging, especially considering a report by Anne Rogers of MLB.com indicating Gallegos' fastball-slider combination and impressive strikeout rate in 2019 could make him a leading candidate for the primary closer role during the first half of the season, at minimum, while Jordan Hicks (elbow) remains sidelined.

Lamet hurled two scoreless innings against Cincinnati on Saturday, allowing one hit and one walk while striking out three.

Now two seasons removed from Tommy John surgery, Lamet has emerged as a popular breakout candidate following a 14-game stint in the majors last season during which he struck out 105 batters in 73 innings. He's a lock to open the campaign in the Padres' rotation, and he has the tools -- including a fastball that sits in the mid-90s -- to put it all together this season if he can stay healthy.

Jansen has retired all nine batters he has faced this spring, six by strikeout.

Per Michael J. Duarte of NBC Los Angeles, Jansen is throwing less cutters this spring while relying more on his two-seam fastball and slider. There have also been reports of Jansen throwing with increased velocity in the early going. All of this bodes well for a bounceback campaign from the veteran closer, who posted a career-worst 3.71 ERA last season.

Rodriguez left Sunday's game against the Mariners with right biceps discomfort, Jesse Rogers of ESPN.com reports.

The 23-year-old sailed a fastball against the third hitter he faced during the sixth inning Sunday before alerting the dugout of an issue with his right arm. Rodriguez has been scheduled to receive further evaluation Monday.

Holmes was diagnosed with a fractured foot Sunday and will be in a walking boot 4-to-6 weeks, Rob Biertempfel of The Athletic reports.

Holmes was forced to leave Saturday's game after being struck by a comebacker on his first pitch, and he'll now miss the start of the regular season as a result. The 26-year-old could potentially be in the walking boot until mid-April, so there's a very real chance he won't be cleared for game action until May. Holmes is out of minor-league options and the team will need to decide whether to carry him on its active roster once he's healthy.
