Brigham is healthy and ready for summer training camp after recovering from a biceps injury, Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald reports.

The right-hander didn't pitch at all during Grapefruit League play due to the injury, but Brigham appears ready to go now. After posting a 4.46 ERA and 39:14 K:BB for the Marlins last year, he's likely headed for a low-leverage role in the bullpen, but his prior experience as a starter in the minors could allow him to emerge as one of the team's key long relievers early in the season as the members of the rotation build their stamina back up.

Stanek is fully recovered from the back injury that limited him in the spring, Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald reports.

The right-hander threw only four innings in Grapefruit League action back in March, but he appears to be good to go for summer camp. Stanek's experience in a variety of roles with the Rays the last two seasons, including as an opener, could serve him well during what's likely to be a chaotic 2020 campaign, but his main appeal to fantasy GMs remains his career 11.0 K/9.

Voth will compete with Erick Fedde during summer camp for the opening in the rotation created when Joe Ross opted not to play in 2020, Jessica Camerato of MLB.com reports.

Given that Fedde had been optioned to the minors just before spring training was put on pause, Voth could be considered the favorite for the job. The right-hander followed up a strong September last season with a 1.29 ERA and 6:1 K:BB in seven spring innings.

Reyes could potentially be utilized as both a middle- and high-leverage reliever during the 2020 season, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

The talented 25-year-old took some lumps during Grapefruit League play (8.31 ERA), but he's still considered a versatile arm that may be particularly valuable during a truncated 2020 season. Manager Mike Shildt will have plenty of options to work with when it comes to his bullpen, and Reyes has both the starting experience and arm (96.8 mph average fastball) to potentially thrive in either the middle or late innings.

The Pirates announced Sunday that Bolton will be included as one of 19 players on the team's taxi squad for the 2020 season, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.

Bolton's inclusion on the taxi squad and the Pirates' 60-man roster pool will make him eligible to see big-league action in 2020, but his lack of high-level minor-league experience makes it unlikely he'll be much of a factor for Pittsburgh. He finished the 2019 campaign with Double-A Altoona, posting a 5.85 ERA and 1.33 WHIP over nine starts with the affiliate.

The Pirates announced Sunday that Hartlieb is included in their initial 60-man roster pool, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.

Thanks to the expanded roster for the 60-game season, Hartlieb will stick around with the big club in 2020 after he was initially optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis on March 20. Over 29 appearances out of the Pittsburgh bullpen in 2019, Hartlieb posted a 9.00 ERA, 2.00 WHIP and 38:18 K:BB in 35 innings.

Kelley was named as part of the Phillies' 60-man player pool Sunday.

Kelley was designated for assignment in late January but remained a part of the Phillies' organization. He's unlikely to be one of the team's top choices this season but could still spend some time in the big leagues if the Phillies need to dig deep into their pitching staff.

Howard was announced as part of the Phillies' 60-man player pool for the upcoming season.

The announcement comes as no surprise, as Howard has long been expected to play some sort of role for the Phillies this season despite not yet being part of the team's 40-man roster. He's yet to even reached the Triple-A level, so in an ordinary year he may not debut until a month or two into the season, but the Phillies may be forced to rush him with a 60-game schedule and no minor-league games. While the young righty is very inexperienced (he's only made 13 starts above Low-A) he could already be one of the team's five most talented starting pitchers, as his 2.03 ERA, 0.83 WHIP, 34.8 percent strikeout rate and 5.9 percent walk rate in 15 minor-league starts last season were all remarkable numbers.

Mantiply will be a part of the Diamondbacks' 60-man summer camp.

While he doesn't have a spot on the 40-man, Mantiply was signed to a minor-league offer in January and will now get a chance to earn a spot in camp. He could always get a shot as a left-handed option out of the bullpen, but considering he was pegged as a Triple-A reliever in January, it could be an uphill battle for the 29-year-old.

Martin (elbow) will be a part of the Diamondbacks' 60-man summer camp.

Martin is less than a year removed from Tommy John surgery, so his invite to camp will likely just allow him to work on his throwing program in the short term. Should all go well for the right-hander, Martin could factor in the mix down the road in August or September.
