Lambert was returned to Triple-A Charlotte following Sunday's doubleheader against the Mariners.

Lambert served as the 27th man in Sunday's twin bill, and he made a relief appearance in the nightcap. He allowed four runs on four hits and two walks while striking out two in 1.1 innings, and he'll now head back to the minors following his lackluster outing.

Romano struck out one in a perfect ninth inning to earn the save against the Orioles on Sunday.

Romano had little trouble preserving Toronto's three-run lead Sunday, as he retired the side in order. The right-hander didn't have any save chances across the first three weeks in June, but he's now picked up three saves in the last six days. He hasn't allowed any earned runs across his last 15 appearances, and he's posted a 0.88 WHIP and 21:5 K:BB in 16 innings during that time.

Lopez (2-10) allowed five runs on 10 hits and four walks while striking out two in 4.2 innings to take the loss against the Blue Jays on Sunday.

Lopez allowed a season-high 14 baserunners in Sunday's outing, and he's now been charged with losses in each of his last four starts. During his current four-start skid, he's posted a 7.65 ERA and 1.90 WHIP in 20 innings. The right-hander tentatively lines up to make his next start on the road against the Angels on Saturday.

Taylor (0-2) allowed an unearned run in one-third of an inning in Sunday's extra-inning loss to Detroit.

In the bottom of the 10th, Akil Baddoo was Detroit's initial runner, and he moved to third on a groundout before scoring on a sacrifice bunt that stuck Taylor with the loss. The southpaw still has a decent 3.17 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 15:5 K:BB across 14.2 innings. He's added three blown saves and two holds in 16 appearances, mainly in a low-leverage role.

Soto (4-1) allowed a walk and struck out one over two scoreless innings, earning the extra-inning win Sunday versus Houston.

Soto kept Houston off the board in the ninth and 10th innings, and he earned the win after Robbie Grossman's squeeze bunt allowed Akil Baddoo to score the winning run. The southpaw continues to work in a flexible role -- he's notched six saves and six holds in 34 appearances. Soto owns a strong 2.25 ERA with a 1.28 WHIP and 35:19 K:BB across 32 innings this year.

Sewald (5-2) picked up the win in relief during Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader against the White Sox, striking out the only batter he faced in the bottom of the eighth inning.

Sewald entered to face Andrew Vaughn with the bases empty and two outs in a 2-2 tie during the eighth inning. He punched Vaughn out and was replaced by closer Kendall Graveman after Taylor Trammell's second homer of the game gave Seattle the lead. Sewald now has five wins on the campaign to go along with an exceptional 1.86 ERA. He should continue to see work in high-leverage situations going forward.

Graveman picked up the save in Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader against the White Sox, allowing one hit in a scoreless ninth inning.

Graveman shut the door for the seventh time this season after Taylor Trammell's second homer of the day gave the Mariners a 3-2 lead in the top of the ninth. The right-hander lowered his ERA to 1.19 across 22.2 innings and has failed to convert just one of his save chances. He should remain Scott Servais' top ninth-inning option going forward.

Hendriks (3-2) took the loss in Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader against the Mariners, allowing a solo homer while striking out one in the ninth inning.

Hendriks entered in a 2-2 tie in the ninth inning. After retiring the first two batters, Taylor Trammell took the right-hander deep for his second homer of the day, leading to a 3-2 Seattle victory. Despite Sunday's hiccup, Hendriks maintains a solid 2.23 ERA while converting 19 of 22 save opportunities.

Lambert has been recalled from Triple-A Charlotte to serve as the 27th man for Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader against the Mariners.

The White Sox have not yet announced a starter, so Lambert could be a candidate to take the ball for the nightcap. Lambert's lone big-league outing this season came in a spot start during the May 31 twin bill against Cleveland. He took the loss in that contest, allowing three runs on seven hits and one walk across 3.2 innings.

Santiago was ejected in the bottom of the fifth inning during Sunday's game against the White Sox because of a foreign substance on his glove, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports. He allowed one run on three hits and two walks before departing.

Santiago becomes the first pitcher to get tossed under the new foreign substance rules that were instituted last week. While the southpaw will likely appeal, as of now he'll be suspended for the next 10 games, during which the Mariners will be forced to play with just 25 players.
