Lopez allowed two runs (one earned) on two hits and a walk over three innings during a win over the Twins in Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader. He struck out three and did not factor in the decision.

Lopez gave up a run on a Josh Donaldson sacrifice fly in the first inning but the only earned run he allowed was a solo blast by Mitch Garver in the second. It was his first big-league start during the 2021 campaign after producing a 7.62 ERA in 10 Triple-A starts before his promotion earlier this month. He'll likely slide back to the bullpen but could make spot starts for the White Sox as needed.

Foster was returned to Triple-A Charlotte following Monday's doubleheader against the Twins. He allowed one run on two hits and struck out one over two innings in Game 2.

Foster was brought up for the twin bill as the 27th man, and after firing 20 pitches Monday night, he'll go right back down to the minors.

Pivetta (8-4) earned the win after allowing four runs on 11 hits and two walks while striking out four across 6.2 innings Monday against the Blue Jays.

Pivetta cruised through the first three innings before surrendering four runs in the fourth. Despite a rough frame, he managed to work nearly seven innings, and his offense provided plenty of run support in the 13-4 win. He's now picked up the victory in two of his last three starts, and he was able to bounce back from a loss his last time out against the Phillies when he surrendered five runs (four earned) over four innings of work.

Jax did not factor into the decision during Monday's win over the White Sox. He allowed one run on one hit and a walk while striking out six across four innings.

It was a short performance but a strong one for the right-hander, who was recalled ahead of Monday's start. It was later revealed that he was removed due to a blister, per Dan Hayes of The Athletic. His only damage of the day came from a solo homer by Tim Anderson in the third inning. Even despite Monday's success, Jax holds an unfavorable 7.48 ERA and 1.48 WHIP across 21.2 innings in the majors and is likely to get sent back down after his outing.

Robles picked up the save in the first half of Monday's twin bill against the White Sox. He allowed one run (unearned) on one hit and no walks with a pair of strikeouts across one inning.

Robles accounted for a run thanks to a RBI ground-rule double off the bat of Jose Abreu in the eighth frame. Otherwise the right-hander held the White Sox in check to finish things off for the Twins. Sporting a 3.86 ERA and 1.29 WHIP on the season, Robles is a potential trade candidate with the deadline approaching next week.

Raley (COVID-19 protocols) rejoined the Astros on Monday but is expected to require a rehab assignment before being activated from the COVID injured list, Jake Kaplan of The Athletic reports.

The left-hander has been in the health and safety protocols since July 8, but he's cleared said protocols and is now back with the team. Raley last saw game action July 4, so it's not a major surprise he'll need a game or two in the minors to get back up to speed.

Scrubb was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday with a strained right shoulder, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

It's unclear when Scrubb picked up the injury, but he last pitched Friday against the White Sox and delivered one scoreless inning. The right-hander will be eligible to return in late July, though it's unclear if he's expected to be healthy by that point.

Hatch was recalled from Triple-A Buffalo on Monday.

The 26-year-old was reinstated from the 60-day injured list July 6 and was immediately sent to Triple-A, but he'll now join the Blue Jays in hopes of making his season debut in the majors. Hatch and Anthony Kay are in the mix to start Tuesday versus the Red Sox in place of Alex Manoah (back), who landed on the injured list.

Anderson (elbow) will throw live batting practice again Tuesday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Anderson threw his first live BP on Friday, and he'll face hitters once again several days later. The right-hander has felt good following several throwing sessions recently, and he could return to game action sometime in early August if he remains on the right track in his recovery.

Mejia was recalled by Cleveland ahead of Monday's start against the Astros.

Mejia made one start for Triple-A Columbus after he was sent down prior to the All-Star break, and he gave up seven runs on four hits and three walks while striking out two in 2.2 innings. The right-hander has given up six runs in each of his last two major-league appearances, but he'll return to the mound for the series opener in Houston.
