Barraclough has signed a minor-league contract with the Angels, Chris Kilburn-Trenkle of Baseball America reports.
Barraclough made 10 relief appearances with the Twins in 2021 but spent most of the year in the minors. Across 32 outings at the Triple-A level, he logged a 2.75 ERA and 1.04 WHIP in 39.1 innings. The right-hander will likely compete for a spot in the major-league bullpen this spring.

Royals' Arodys Vizcaino: Signs with Royals
Vizcaino signed a minor-league contract with the Royals on Thursday.
Vizcaino hasn't been called up to the majors in either of the last two seasons, but he's made big-league appearances across seven total seasons dating back to 2011. The right-hander missed most of the 2021 campaign due to injuries but recorded a 2.35 ERA and 0.97 WHIP in 7.2 innings across seven relief appearances at Triple-A Syracuse. He'll likely serve as a non-roster invitee this spring.

Dereck Rodriguez RP | ATL
Twins' Dereck Rodriguez: Inks minor-league deal with Twins
Rodriguez signed a minor-league contract with the Twins on Wednesday, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.
Rodriguez has made 51 big-league appearances with the Giants in three seasons, but he pitched exclusively in the minors during the 2021 campaign. He made 22 appearances (19 starts) at Triple-A Albuquerque and logged a 6.51 ERA and 1.65 WHIP in 85.2 innings. Given his past major-league experience, it wouldn't be surprising to see the right-hander serve as a non-roster invitee in 2022.

Yankees' Jimmy Cordero: Signs with Yankees
Cordero (elbow) signed a minor-league contract with the Yankees on Thursday, Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports.
Cordero elected free agency in early November after he was outrighted to Triple-A Charlotte. He's expected to be sidelined until at least the middle of the 2022 campaign after he underwent Tommy John surgery in March.

Blue Jays' Jordan Romano: Undergoes offseason surgery
Romano had surgery to repair a torn left meniscus in early November, Rob Longley of the Toronto Sun reports.
Romano noted that he was dealing with the injury down the stretch of the 2021 season, but he managed to pitch through it by receiving treatment. "Two weeks into the offseason I got an MRI showing the tear and we went down to Cleveland and got the surgery, got it cleaned out," said Romano. "Now we're six weeks out and it feels like a brand new knee. It's going to be nice to go out there and not have to worry about it." Romano will now turn his attention to his usual offseason throwing program in preparation for 2022.

Twins' Trevor Megill: Back with Twins
Megill has re-signed with the Twins on a minor-league deal, Darren Wolfson of Channel 5 Saint Paul reports.
Megill was non-tendered by the Twins on Nov. 30 after being claimed the same day. He'll now have a chance to earn a bullpen role with the club in spring training. Megill spent his 2021 campaign with the Cubs, and he posted an 8.37 ERA and 1.86 WHIP across 23.2 innings in the majors.

Twins' Danny Coulombe: Re-signs with Minnesota
Coulombe agreed to a minor-league deal with the Twins on Wednesday that includes an invitation to spring training, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Coulombe was non-tendered by the Twins on Tuesday, but he'll return to the organization via a minor-league contract. The 32-year-old appeared in 29 big-league games last season and had a 3.67 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 33:7 K:BB over 34.1 innings, so he should have a chance to make the Opening Day roster.

Royals' Taylor Clarke: Heading to Kansas City
Clarke signed a contract with the Royals on Wednesday, Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports.
Clarke was non-tendered by Arizona on Tuesday, and he was able to quickly latch on with a new team. The right-hander had a 4.98 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 39:14 K:BB over 43.1 innings during 2021 while operating exclusively as a reliever.

De Los Santos signed a minor-league contract with the Guardians on Wednesday.
De Los Santos will be invited to Cleveland's major-league camp this spring after he was outrighted to Triple-A Indianapolis in early November. The right-hander made 33 relief appearances with the Phillies and Pirates last year and posted a 6.37 ERA and 1.73 WHIP in 35.1 innings.
