Munoz agreed to a four-year, $7.5 million contract with the Mariners on Tuesday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

The deal will buy out all of Munoz's arbitration years and also includes multiple club options. The 22-year-old righty missed all but the final weekend of the 2021 campaign while recovering from Tommy John surgery, but he showcased himself well in his first taste of big-league action in 2019 with a 3.91 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 30:11 K:BB over 23 innings.

Iglesias agreed to a four-year contract with the Angels on Tuesday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.

Iglesias rejected the $18.4 million qualify offer from the Angels earlier in November, and he'll end up returning to the team on a $58 million deal, per Jon Morosi of MLB Network. The right-hander was acquired by the Halos last offseason and enjoyed a strong first season in Los Angeles, converting 34 of 39 save chances with a 2.57 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 103:12 K:BB across 70 innings. He's locked in as the Angels' closer for the foreseeable future.

Duffey agreed to a one-year, $3.8 million contract with the Twins on Tuesday to avoid arbitration, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

Duffey recorded a 3.18 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 61:28 K:BB over 62.1 innings while recording three saves and 22 holds last season. He should enter spring training as a high-leverage bullpen option for Minnesota next year.

Scrubb was outrighted to Triple-A Sugar Land on Tuesday, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The move clears a spot on the 40-man roster for the signing of Justin Verlander (elbow). Scrubb pitched in 18 games for Houston in 2021 and had a 5.03 ERA, 1.47 WHIP and 21:14 K:BB over 19.2 innings.

Thielbar agreed to a one-year, $1.3 million contract with the Twins on Tuesday, avoiding arbitration, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.

Thielbar delivered a 2.25 ERA during the shortened campaign in 2020, and he followed up with a 3.23 ERA and 13 holds last season. The 34-year-old should open 2022 with a secure role in Minnesota's bullpen.

Luetge signed a one-year, $905,000 contract with the Yankees on Tuesday, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.

Luetge saw his first big-league action since 2015 last season and pitched well for New York with a 2.74 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 78:15 K:BB over 72.1 innings. The 34-year-old should have a spot in the major-league bullpen to open 2022 with a decent showing in spring training.

Lopez agreed to a one-year, $1.5 million deal with the Orioles on Tuesday to avoid arbitration, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.

Lopez missed the final month of the 2021 campaign with an ankle sprain, but he should be ready for spring training. The 28-year-old started in 25 of 33 appearances for Baltimore last season and struggled to a 6.07 ERA, 1.63 WHIP and 112:56 K:BB across 121.2 innings.

Brasier signed a one-year, $1.4 million contract with Boston on Tuesday, avoiding arbitration, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.

Brasier missed most of the 2021 season, missing time first with a calf strain and then with a concussion. He returned to post a 1.50 ERA in 12 innings of relief late in the year, dropping his career ERA to 3.39 over parts of five seasons.

Megill was claimed off waivers by the Twins on Tuesday.

Megill struggled to an 8.37 ERA in 23.2 innings of relief in his first taste of MLB action last season, but his underlying numbers are considerably more encouraging. A .420 BABIP contributed a fair amount to that inflated ERA, as both his 26.1 percent strikeout rate and 7.0 percent walk rate were better than average. It's possible he winds up as a useful piece in the Twins' bullpen next season, though it would be a surprise to see him in a high-leverage role.

Raley agreed Monday with the Rays on a two-year deal, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.

The financial terms of the deal have yet to be revealed, but the contract lasts two years plus an option for a third, per Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times. Judging purely by his 4.78 ERA in 49 innings of relief for the Astros last season, Raley doesn't look like much of a player, but a deeper dive makes him look much more interesting. All three of his 31.7 percent strikeout rate, 7.8 percent walk rate and 45.3 percent groundball rate were better than average, leading to a 3.27 FIP and 2.90 xFIP. It's very possible he'll see high-leverage opportunities and the occasional save in the Rays' fluid bullpen.
