Winder (1-0) earned the win Sunday at Tampa Bay after striking out seven over six scoreless innings. He allowed only two hits and one walk.

The 25-year-old pitched in long relief his first three appearances of the year, but he made his first big-league start Sunday and shut down the Rays. Winder threw 54 of his 83 pitches for strikes and allowed only one baserunner to reach second base. Despite the impressive performance, the young right-hander may be headed back to the bullpen since Sonny Gray (hamstring) made a rehab start Sunday and could return from the injured list this week.

Jackson fired 1.2 scoreless innings in a loss to the Guardians on Saturday, allowing a walk while recording three strikeouts.

The rookie now has five scoreless appearances in his last six trips to the mound, recording four consecutive multi-strikeout efforts in the process. Jackson has also tallied four holds alongside his 2.79 ERA and 12.1 K/9, making him a rewarding early-season find for fantasy managers.

The Angels recalled Rosenberg from Triple-A Salt Lake on Sunday, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Rosenberg will give the Angels a long-relief option out of the bullpen for Sunday's game against the White Sox after starting pitcher Jose Suarez -- who was optioned to Salt Lake in a corresponding move -- lasted only four innings in Saturday's 4-0 loss. Jaime Barria covered three innings following Suarez's departure and likely won't be available for the next couple of days, though he could slot into the rotation next weekend when Suarez's turn comes up again. Assuming that's the case, Rosenberg doesn't look like he'll have much fantasy value while he's limited to low-leverage mop-up duties.

Sandlin (1-1) pitched a perfect inning to earn the win Saturday versus the Athletics.

Sandlin worked the eighth inning, and the Guardians took a lead on Richie Palacios' two-run double in the ninth. Over his last 3.1 innings, Sandlin has allowed just one hit with three strikeouts. A couple of bad outings early on inflated his ratios to a 4.70 ERA and 0.91 WHIP, but he's also picked up three holds in eight appearances. He'll be part of the high-leverage mix as long as he can keep poor performances to a minimum.

Jimenez (1-1) took the loss Saturday as the A's were downed 3-1 by the Guardians, giving up two unearned runs on two hits in the ninth inning.

Entering a 1-1 game, Jimenez saw the Oakland infield mess up two potential inning-ending double plays to set up a two-run double by pinch hitter Richie Palacios. The right-hander still has a 0.00 ERA, but he hasn't struck out a batter in his last three appearances and topped out at 93.9 mph with his fastball after touching 96 earlier this month. Lou Trivino (illness) is set to begin a rehab assignment Sunday, and other arms in the A's bullpen are dealing right now, notably A.J. Puk, so Jimenez's opportunity to lock down the ninth-inning gig could be slipping away.

Lopez (2-1) walked one and struck out one in two innings to earn the win Saturday over the Red Sox.

Lopez worked the ninth and 10th innings. He pitched well to put the Orioles in line to win on an error in the bottom of the 10th. The right-hander has surrendered runs in only one of his 10 appearances this season. He owns a 1.59 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, 14:6 K:BB and four saves across 11.1 innings as the Orioles' primary closer.

Clase gave up a hit in a scoreless ninth inning Saturday to record his fourth save of the season in a 3-1 win over the A's.

An Elvis Andrus double to right field made things a little interesting, but Clase was able to get the job done. Since stumbling out of the gate and being tagged for runs in each of his first two appearances of the season, the right-hander has a 2.84 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 6:1 K:BB over his last 6.1 innings.

The Athletics optioned Oller to Triple-A Las Vegas on Sunday, Matt Kawahara of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Oller hadn't pitched since April 22 and wasn't lined up to start Sunday's series finale with the Guardians, so his demotion comes as little surprise. The Athletics activated James Kaprielian (shoulder) from the 10-day injured list in a corresponding move, and he'll enter the rotation and start Sunday against Cleveland in his season debut. The Athletics have a pair of doubleheader games coming up in the second week of May, so Oller could be in line for a brief stint in the minors before rejoining the big club to make a spot start. He won't make for an especially reliable fantasy option, however, after submitting an 11.17 ERA and 2.38 WHIP across 9.2 innings over his first three MLB starts.

Soto pitched a scoreless inning of relief in Saturday's win over the Dodgers. He didn't allow a hit or a walk and struck out one.

Soto blew his first save of the season in his previous outing, so while Saturday's 5-1 Detroit win didn't produce a save opportunity, it was encouraging to see the lefty bounce back. Outside of the blown save, Soto has been solid this season with a 1.29 ERA across seven innings of work. He has only five strikeouts so far, but after recording a 10.7 K/9 last year, the whiffs figure to pick up as well.

Fulmer, who pitched 1.2 scoreless innings of relief in Saturday's win over the Dodgers, has yet to allow a run this season across 9.1 innings.

Fulmer was effective again Saturday and recorded his third hold of the season in the 5-1 Detroit victory. The righty also has one win and one save, which has boosted his fantasy value. Gregory Soto is still the primary closer, but Fulmer certainly has an important role in the Tigers' bullpen and will remain a solid fantasy asset if he keeps pitching like this.
