Loasiga (shoulder) is currently tending to a family matter in Nicaragua, Bryan Hoch and Brian Hall of MLB.com report.

Loaisiga went on the on the injured list May 25 with right shoulder discomfort, and he was subsequently shut down from throwing for 10 days. The right-hander has since left the country, though manager Aaron Boone stated that Loaisiga may throw while in Nicaragua. The expectation is that Loaisiga will return to action by the end of June.

Baker (2-3) allowed a run on a hit and a walk in 1.1 innings, earning the win Tuesday over the Cubs.

Starter Kyle Bradish came up one out short of qualifying for the win in an inefficient outing, allowing Baker to snare a win in relief. The 27-year-old right-hander has been a bit shaky with 10 runs allowed (eight earned) in his last 11 innings. For the season, Baker has a 5.40 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 23:8 K:BB through 23.1 innings while adding a blown save and a hold. With lackluster ratios and very little high-leverage usage, he's not much of a factor in standard fantasy formats.

Chapman (Achilles) is no longer experiencing pain, according to Yankees manager Aaron Boone, and he could throw a bullpen session near the end of the week, Brian Hall of MLB.com reports.

Chapman has been playing catch, but he's yet to throw from a mound since going on the injured list May 24. The veteran reliever appears to be close to throwing a bullpen session, so it's feasible that he could be activated within the next few weeks. However, Chapman stated Tuesday that there's not yet a timetable for his return.

Clarke allowed two runs on four hits and a walk with two strikeouts in two innings during Tuesday's 7-0 loss to the Blue Jays.

Clarke was given the ball for mop-up duty as the Royals' offense gave starter Brad Keller no help in this contest. In his last nine outings, Clarke has struggled mightily, allowing 15 runs (13 earned) on 21 hits and a walk with five strikeouts in nine innings. Overall, the right-hander has a 6.00 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 16:1 K:BB across 21 innings. While the control is solid, the results aren't there, and he could be at risk of a demotion once the Royals get some injured or ill relievers back from the injured list.

Strahm struck out two in a perfect 10th inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Angels.

Strahm took care of business after the Red Sox were able to pulled ahead in the top of the 10th. This was his second save of the season -- his only other one came on April 29. With Hansel Robles (back) and Matt Barnes (shoulder) both on the injured list, Strahm is one of a handful of relievers in the closer committee. He's pitched to a 3.94 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 19:4 K:BB in 16 innings. He's picked up two saves, a blown save, four holds and a 2-2 record through 20 appearances.

Pressly earned the save Tuesday after tossing a perfect ninth inning and striking out two in the 4-1 win over the Mariners.

Pressly was asked to protect a 4-1 lead in top of the ninth, and he made quick work of the Mariners while recording two strikeouts in a perfect frame. The save was his 11th of the year and he has now converted eight straight opportunities. Pressly now owns a 3.07 ERA and 1.23 WHIP with 12 strikeouts over 14.2 innings in 16 appearances this season.

Duffey allowed three runs on two hits and one walk while striking out two over one inning Tuesday against the Yankees.

It was Duffey's second poor outing in a row after he allowed three runs and a home run in two-thirds of an inning at Toronto on Sunday. Duffey has given up nine runs in his last 4.2 innings with 10 hits allowed and four walks. He may need to be used in some lower-leverage spots until he gets out of his recent slump.

Soto picked up the save, striking out one while retiring the side in order in a 5-3 win Tuesday in Pittsburgh.

Soto needed only eight pitches to close out the Pirates. He is now 11-for-12 in save opportunities on the season and has converted eight straight opportunities. Soto has not allowed an earned run in his last 11 outings, compiling a 9:1 K:BB in 11 innings.

Mushinski was placed on the 15-day injured list Tuesday with left elbow discomfort.

Mushinski was promoted from Triple-A Sugar Land over the weekend and delivered a scoreless inning Monday against the Mariners, but he's now unavailable due to the elbow issue. Brandon Bielak was promoted from Sugar Land in a corresponding move.

Neris was handed a four-game suspension after MLB determined he intentionally threw at Eugenio Suarez on Monday while warnings were in place, but the right-hander is appealing the ban and will be available for Tuesday's game against the Mariners, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Neris had already hit one batter and given up a homer during the inning prior to the incident with Suarez, and the veteran reliver is now facing a multi-game suspension. The 32-year-old will remain available for Houston until the appeal is heard.
