Soto pitched a scoreless ninth inning in a non-save situation during Sunday's 7-3 win over the Rangers. He struck out one.

Soto struggled in his last appearance Thursday, allowing three earned runs and blowing his second save chance of the year. The lefty still has been mostly solid with a 2.88 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 13 saves this season. His strikeouts are down, however, as he's currently posting an 8.6 K/9, down from 10.7 last year and 11.3 in 2020. Soto may be prone to more regular bad outings unless he can start missing more bats, though he should remain fairly secure in his role as Detroit's closer.

Vespi (2-0) struck out two in 1.1 perfect innings to earn the win Sunday over the Rays.

Jordan Lyles (illness) was scratched from Sunday's start, and manager Brandon Hyde opted to go with a bullpen game. Vespi was the reliever to finish the fifth inning and one of three pitchers to exceed three outs in the contest. With just one run allowed in seven appearances this year, Vespi has been an effective low-leverage option for the Orioles. He has a 0.96 ERA, 0.75 WHIP and 8:2 K:BB across 9.1 innings.

Pressly walked one and struck out one in a scoreless inning to earn the save in Sunday's 4-3 win over the White Sox.

Hector Neris allowed the White Sox to get within a run in the eighth inning, but Pressly was able to close the door in the ninth for his 13th save in 15 chances. This was Pressly's fourth straight scoreless outing after he allowed runs in each of his first two appearances in June. The 33-year-old has a 2.55 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 13:6 K:BB through 17.2 innings overall.

Morgan (3-2) allowed a hit and a walk and struck out three in 1.2 innings to earn the win Sunday over the Dodgers.

Morgan allowed an inherited runner from starter Shane Bieber to score in the seventh inning, but the Guardians tied the game in the eighth and went ahead in the ninth to put the reliever in line for the win. In his last 20 innings, Morgan has not been responsible for an earned run, and the three unearned runs he gave up all came in one appearance. He's been strong in a multi-inning role with a 1.62 ERA, 0.57 WHIP and 42:6 K:BB through 33.1 innings overall, and he's also picked up six holds.

Clase struck out one in a perfect ninth inning to earn the save in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Dodgers.

June's been kind to the Guardians, and that's allowed Clase to record eight saves in 10 appearances this month. With another strong outing Sunday, he extended his scoreless streak to 14 innings -- he last allowed a run May 17. The closer owns a dominant 1.59 ERA, 0.85 WHIP and 30:4 K:BB through 28.1 innings overall while converting 15 of 17 save opportunities this season.

Romano allowed a hit and a walk over 1.2 scoreless innings Sunday, striking out two and picking up a save over the Yankees.

Romano put runners on second and third with two outs in the ninth but was able to escape with a save in the 10-9 victory. It was the 29-year-old's first save since May 31, and he's now 17 for 19 in save chances on the year. He's riding a 5.2-inning scoreless streak, lowering his season ERA to 2.52 through 26 appearances.

Rosenberg allowed two hits and three walks with one strikeout over 4.2 scoreless innings in a no-decision versus the Mariners on Sunday.

Rosenberg threw 71 pitches (43 strikes) in his first big-league start. He performed well but fell one out shy of qualifying for the win. He'd given up five runs in six innings across two relief appearances earlier in the season, though he's pitched well as a starter in the minors, logging a 2.34 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 36:12 K:BB in 34.2 innings with Triple-A Salt Lake. The southpaw appears to be in contention with Jose Suarez for the role of sixth starter in the Angels' rotation. The Angels are off each of the next two Thursdays, so it's unclear if they will turn to either Rosenberg or Suarez in a starting role in the immediate future.

Lopez allowed a hit and no walks while failing to strike out a batter in 1.1 scoreless innings to earn the save in Sunday's win over Tampa Bay.

Lopez has been effective while serving as Baltimore's closer this season, and he's converted 11 of his 13 save chances over his first 29 appearances of the year. The right-hander has tossed 15.1 scoreless innings over his last 12 outings and has converted all seven of his save chances during that time. He now has a stellar 0.79 ERA and 0.84 WHIP in 34.1 innings to begin the 2022 campaign.

Voth allowed three hits and a walk while striking out four in 2.2 innings during Sunday's win over the Rays. He didn't factor into the decision.

The right-hander's first 22 appearances of the season came out of the bullpen, but he started Sunday's matchup on short notice after Jordan Lyles (illness) was a late scratch. Voth stepped up to the task by tossing 41 pitches while allowing just four baserunners over 2.2 innings. If Lyles recovers from his stomach virus in time to make his next start, Voth will likely return to a bullpen role.

Hendriks (forearm) is set to begin a throwing program Monday and is targeting July 1 for his return from the 15-day injured list, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

Hendriks will end up being shut down from throwing for less than a week after landing on the IL on June 14, but the White Sox won't have a clear sense if he'll be able to avoid a long-term absence until he steps back on a mound. He'll likely spend the next few days stretching out his throwing distance off flat ground before potentially graduating to throwing a bullpen session by next weekend or early next week. In the meantime, Kendall Graveman is expected to continue serving as the White Sox's primary closer while Hendriks is ramping up.
