Logue was designated for assignment by the Athletics on Wednesday.

Logue made his major-league debut in 2022 and posted a 6.79 ERA and 1.54 WHIP in 57 innings over 14 appearances (10 starts) with the Athletics. He was sent down in September and will be cast off the 40-man roster after Oakland signed Drew Rucinski.

The Orioles signed Bazardo to a minor-league contract Monday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Bazardo posted a 2.76 ERA in 16.1 innings with the Red Sox in 2022 and a 3.45 in 57.1 with Triple-A Worcester. The righty could find a role in the Orioles' bullpen in 2023.

The Angels outrighted Rosenberg to Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday.

He'll remain in the organization after going unclaimed off waivers when the Angels removed him from the 40-man roster last week to clear a spot for the newly signed Justin Garza. Rosenberg made three appearances (one start) for the Angels in 2022 but otherwise spent the majority of the season as a member of Salt Lake's rotation. In 62.2 innings for the Triple-A club, Rosenberg submitted a 3.16 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 62:27 K:BB.

Mills was acquired by the Red Sox from the Royals in exchange for Jacob Wallace on Friday, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.

Mills appeared in 27 games between the Mariners and Royals in 2022 and had a 4.60 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 26:13 K:BB across 29.1 innings. The 27-year-old should see the majors at some point in 2023 even if he doesn't make the Opening Day roster, but he'll likely fill a low-leverage role.

Kay was designated for assignment by the Blue Jays on Friday.

Kay was sidelined by an unspecified injury for much of 2022 and threw only 22 innings between the majors and minors. Chris Bassitt was added to Toronto's 40-man roster in a corresponding move.

May agreed to a one-year, $7 million contract with the A's on Friday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.

May missed a chunk of last season with an arm injury and had a 5.04 ERA across 25 innings, but he was still able to secure a solid deal for 2023. The 33-year-old was a dependable bullpen piece over the previous four campaigns with a 3.33 ERA and 32.3 percent strikeout rate, plus 11 saves and 46 holds.

Weber signed a minor-league deal with the Yankees on Monday.

Weber spent the 2022 season with the Yankees and threw 10.2 innings in the majors. He was designated for assignment in mid-September and rejected an outright assignment, though three months later he's back with the team. Weber may have the chance to contribute a handful of innings out of the Yankees' bullpen in 2023.

Rodriguez signed a minor-league contract with the Mariners on Nov. 23.

Rodriguez spent the 2022 campaign in the Mets organization, covering 76.1 innings at Triple-A Syracuse and logging a 4.95 ERA, 1.51 WHIP and 68:36 K:BB. The 27-year-old right-hander previously made 10 big-league appearances with the Angels between the 2019 and 2020 seasons.

Yarbrough (oblique) agreed to a one-year, $3 million deal with the Royals on Tuesday, Kiley McDaniel of ESPN.com reports.

The veteran left-hander was non-tendered by the Rays in November and will now continue his career with the Royals. Yarbrough often followed an opener for Tampa Bay and had a 4.02 ERA across his first three MLB campaigns, but the team opted to cut him loose after he struggled the past two seasons. He had a 4.50 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 61:22 K:BB across 80 innings during 2022 and should slot into the back end of Kansas City's rotation.

De Leon signed a minor-league contract with the Twins on Tuesday, which includes an invitation to spring training, the pitcher announced.

De Leon, 30, made 11 appearances in the minors in the Blue Jays organization in 2022, missing a large chunk of the year due to injury. The former top prospect has dealt with major health and control issues but has missed bats consistently when on the mound.
